Silence in Time

It was a cold night on Mars. Almost 2 million years before humans evolved the Warden was enjoy a good mean at his favorite Martian restaurant. He loved Mars, Mars in its prime reminded him so much of Gallefray. The red sand and the auburn sky where all that it had in common but it was enough. There mountain chains that scared the surface of Mars where so familiar to that of home as well he truly felt at peace. He got up and let of the railing of the restaurant and looked down over the balcony, over 2000 to the ground, the auburn sky lit up the tips of the mountains and reflected its warmth back at him. As he gazed at the horizon he saw a small white speck zooming at him, trying to get a better look he watched as it came closer till finally it was right in front of him. It was something he knew all too well, he had seen over a thousand times, a Time Lord Distress beacon. Gripping it in his hand he was over joyed seeing the sigil on the box. The Keeper. The leader of the rebellion, he had escaped. Placing it against his forehead he listened to the message

“Hello? This is The Keeper of the TLIA that’s Time Lord Independence Army ID code AZX72-EpslionV, god I hope someone finds this. We did it! The rebellion escaped, The Warden left plans of how he planned to escape and we managed to get them before time rest again. We are on a larger ship but it has no weapons we stole a Dalek transport, the Desecrator, there are almost 2000 of us and we have Women and children and a World engine. We are prepared to create a new Gallefray and a new Time Lord race free of Rassalon and Omega forever. If you are hearing this and you can understand it then you will never have to be alone again. But our ship is damaged, the engines are destroyed and our life support is failing, I figure we have less than 12 hours left. Please we have a chance to save our species, we need rescue our location will be physic implanted into your mind. Please save us, we can start anew. The universe needs the Time Lords. Now ending message 1 of 6”

He gripped the cube tight in his hand, they did it. His plan worked the extra shielding on the Dalek vessels with stood the pressure over a larger surface area. He had to help them, leaping to his feet he programed the destination in to his TARDIS-B. he then came to a sad realization that he couldn’t help, his TARDIS-B can only move 3 people through time and space and it would take too long to more 2000. Thinking quickly he re wrote the distress beacon.

“This is The Warden. We are no longer alone. Some of you I have met some I haven’t but that doesn’t matter. A ship, a Dalek ship the Desecrator, escaped the time lock just as I did, they have 200 Time Lords, Women and Children. As well as a world engine to tera-form a new Gallefray. I know those of you that know me don’t all trust me but this is our people! And they need us, I showed them how to get out now we need to bring them to a new home, the location is encoded in the physic frequency. They need us. I’ll be waiting. The original message is attached.”

Taking the beacon he split it into 6 separate copies and sent them through time and space to find help. Imputing the location and, activating the vortex shield, warped to the location provided. He arrived in the damaged ship and damaged was a generous term. It was not a Time Lord ship so it was as big as it looked about the size of a human plan but 3 times as wide. He saw the cockpit a blaze and saw two dead bodies. Walking down the hall of the ship he called “Hello? This is the Warden. I got the call brothers and sisters we are going to get you to safety. Its ok come out its safe I promise.” As he yelled a small girl emerged from a closed door. He smiled kneeling down as he approached her “Hello little one. Where is everybody? I’m here to help.” As he entered the room the door slammed shut behind him and the girl vanished, a hologram.

Wheeling around he drew his Dagger and began to work on the door as there was began to hiss, gas filling the room. He dropped his dagger and, as his vision blurred together, he tried to activate his vortex shielding but it was too late. The gas had entered his system. As the weakness spread he fell to his knees and then to his side. As he held on to consciousness he saw three figures walk in, two soldiers and one woman, with an eye patch. She knelt down and stroked his face, hers unrecognizable in his state, and she spoke “This one has a wrist mounted device. Maybe a TARDIS meant for war, our file on this one is that he escaped the time lock. Remove it from him, cut off the arm if you must but get him out of here and get that TARDIS matrix to the lab. We must be ready for when the others arrive.” As he fought to get up he finally succumb to the poison and passed out on the metal floor.

The TARDIS released a noise, long and hallow, throughout the control room. Lifting his head, the Doctor stared at the console briefly. He was sprawled out of the cement floor, his legs crossed at the ankles. The noise died down and the Doctor set his head back once again. "Fine, as I was saying-" The noise cut him off again. The Doctor grunted and he sat up, frowning at the console, but not saying anything. A tap at the door granted silence to the TARDIS and the Doctor stumbled to his feet. "If this is another ticket, I'm never coming back to your parking lot!" He reached out a hand, slowly pulling the left door open with a cringe. The small box flew in, smacking the Doctor in the chest as he wrapped a hand around it. "I've got mail!" He exclaimed loudly, shutting the door with his foot as he ran up to the console.

He had parked the TARDIS in the lot of a shopping mall without acknowledging it, until someone continued to press their knuckles against the doors. It had been ignored, obviously, until the sound had returned with a different pattern. He clutched the small box, letting the message play aloud, and running his hands over several different controls and levers. The TARDIS replied with a groan, as if she were trying to warn him. He looked up, stuck his tongue out, and went back to the controls. "No, everything is completely fine. I'm tracking a random signal through a glowing box." He exclaimed, jerking backwards as the TARDIS did.

Within several seconds, the ground went still, as did the Doctor. He set the box down gently, roaming to the doors with silent footsteps. Cracking one open, he stuck his head out, watching as the little girl appeared behind a fallen box. He stepped out, curling his hands at his sides as he looked the girl in the eyes. "Hello, Troy Handsome. Have you got crayons? I'd like to leave a note. I'd prefer it to be a green crayon. Though blue is accep-" A hiss filled the air and the girl was gone. The Doctor stood straighter, more alert than before. "Hello?" He called out, but his voice sounded weaker than before. He stumbled forward, the edges of his vision becoming blurred by an unidentifiable source. The door to the TARDIS was still open behind him, but he was unaware. There was enough sight left to see something to his side and slightly around the bend of the TARDIS; a man being dragged away.

Amy cautiously walked up the ramp, she knew the Doctor didn't know she was here. Yet. She had seen the TARDIS right before it left, and she had just... Gotten on out of instinct. But now he had walked out, the door still open. The TARDIS looked less alive than before, the new design wasn't nearly as childish. "Doctor!" She called out once his ranting had stopped. The crayons, again. He still thinks his name written on something could make it his, didn't he? Amy hurried to the doors, stepping out as she immediately threw a hand over her mouth. It looked like smoke, clouding the air, but by looking at the Doctor, she knew it wasn't. "Oi, Doctor, in, now!" She yelled, ignoring the noise of a dragged body to her left as she tugged on the Doctor's arm, pulling him into the TARDIS. She quickly shut the doors behind her.

Sitting back in a lawn chair, Sonya enjoyed the sunlight beaming down on her face with her eyes closed. The sounds of a surf breaking across the sandy beach filling her ears as she relaxed back into the seat. Just as she was ready to drift off, a sudden warning bell rang next to her ear from the speaker in the wall. Jumping up, she stumbled on the bag of goodies she had brought with her into the projection room, falling back onto the chair again only for it to fold up on her, trapping her arms and legs easily.

Swearing under her breath in Gallifreyan, she struggled with the contraption until she was free. Getting to her feet, she raced into the control room, pulling the screen over for her to look at and frowned at the message flashing on the screen. Shooting a glance at the door, Sonya strode over to it and pulled it open slowly only to be hit in the head by a flying box as it raced into the room behind her. "Agh! Slow down, will you!" She snapped, rubbing the sore spot on her head as she chased the spinning box around until it finally came to a rest, hovering in the air in front of her so she could take it. Snatching the cube out of the air, she held it up, spinning it around in her hands slowly until a small voice began speaking out of it.

Blinking in surprise, she listened to the message and grinned brightly. Warden, that wonderful Time Lord, he deserved to be hugged for this. "Wonderful, did you hear that, Lady! There's more!" She said cheerfully, looking up at the ceiling with a laugh before setting the box to the side and beginning to work on the controls quickly. She was sure the Doctor wouldn't miss his TARDIS for a few more minutes, it was a time machine after all. She could bring it back before he decided to leave. Shaking her head, she smirked at the expression she could imagine him having on his face should he find the empty spot where he knew he parked the TARDIS. "Oh, I'm sure we'll be getting a call sometime soon. Skinny boy will most likely blow a gasket, but oh well, just two girls having some fun, yeah?" Checking the screen to be sure she had the directions correct, she pulled the lever down and sent them flying into the vortex.

Theta lay out on a grassy hillside, drinking up the warm sun, eyes closed and features relaxed. A few meters behind him was his TARDIS. She had changed her exterior from the black metal box she was usually in to a white wooden one, since she'd been getting hot. It was the middle of June, after all.

"I don't know, we already went to DauMamur! Anyways, it's not like they'd let a TARDIS join into the water wars"

She hummed back an argument, providing images of a humanoid TARDIS they had met a few weeks ago, Medwyn, as if to say she could always use the Chameleon Circuit. The 37 year old shook his head against the grass.

"Oh no no no, you are not turning into a lady. Anyways, your circuits might get damaged from the water!"

The TARDIS hummed back, this time a warning. Theta opened his eyes and glanced back at the TARDIS.

"Oh, wow, threatining? Fine, we can go. Jeesh, never thought you were a violent...type..."

Theta caught sight of something in the air, small, white, and speeding straight for him. Oh. That's what she was warning him about. He only had enough time to roll to the side before it impacted the ground where he'd been lying, sending grass and dirt flying everywhere. Theta coughed, brushing his hair out of his face and looking at the strange object.

It was small, about the size of an Earth soda can, white and basically a box. It lay in a small crater, smoking.

"Hey, look! Mail! Could have been a little less urgent with it, though" picking the small capsule up, he placed it to his forehead and listened. His eyes grew wider and wider at the message played. He jumped to his feet as soon as it had stopped playing, running over to his TARDIS.

"C'mon! There are Timelords out there that need rescuing!"

As soon as he was inside the white wooden box, he threw the device up into the air, where it then sped towards the console. With a clang it latched on, and Gallifreyan symbols flashed on the hologram panels as she analyzed it. A few seconds later, the white point star exploded with light, and they were sent whizzing down the vortex. Little did Theta know that they had an unexpected...stowaway.

The TARDIS landed, and Theta stepped out, looking at his surroundings. They had landed next to a blue box which Theta recognized as the Doctor's TARDIS. He closed the white doors behind him and stepped forward to knock on the blue ones.

"Hello? Doctor?"

Theta became aware of a faintness in his head, and an increasing difficulty to stay on his feet. He fell to his knees, coughing. It was then that he finally noticed the gas in the air.

"I-it cough cough it's a t-trap..."

Theta turned on his respiratory bypass, which caused his chest to stop moving as he halted his intake of poisoned air, but it was already too late. He felt the edges of his vision get fuzzy, and feebly tried to crawl back to his own TARDIS. He collapsed halfway there, arms still reached out in an attempt to reach Lady. His eyes began to blink closed.

"I'm tired, I think I'll just rest for a bit, kay?"

The TARDIS hummed loudly in his mind, but it seemed to come from far away, and farther and farther as he slipped into the embrace of sleep.

Robin almost yelped as Theta's TARDIS took off. Here we go! She grinned as they flew through space and time, lucky she didn't have to cling to the wires and give herself away. No doubt the TARDIS would have told Theta she was there by then. After she heard Theta walk out, she began to climb out of the wiring. The TARDIS hummed a bit and Robin winced. I wish I could speak TARDIS so I knew what she was saying...

Once she heard Theta coughing, she knew something was happening that shouldn't be. Running for the doors, she began to worry - the coughing was stopping. That and the "I'll just rest for a bit." Robin made it out of the doors and saw Theta laying there unconscious. "Theta!" She ran out and tried to shake him awake - then realized that was a stupid idea. Why? Oh only because the air around them was poisoned. She blinked her eyes, not liking the fuzzy feeling creeping into her mind.

Holding her breath, she grabbed Theta by the ankles and began to drag him back to the TARDIS, hearing an upset sounding hum from her. Nodding as if she understood, she pulled him all the way inside and shut the doors quickly. She took a deep breath of clean air, shaking the rest of the drowsiness out of her mind. "Theta, wake up.." She sighed, moving over to crouch down next to him and wait.

As the TARDIS’s metalized, and there occupants exited them, they were encased in a temporal lock preventing them from leaving and a voice echoed over the speakers.

“Greetings Time Lords. This is Colonel Falrick, acting commander of the Silence. You, your race, and your technology are now property of the Silence and the people of the Human race. Your self-imposed governing over time and space ends tonight, your weapons will be deconstructed and use to create the first Silent Empire. And you will be experimented on until you hold no further purpose. Then you will die. The gas you are breathing is unique to your species, you will be rendered completely unconscious while humans who breath it, such as our solders shall experience no ill effects. This is the end of you, those who did not come will be hunted down. The Time Lord will be no more.”

The voice ended as half a dozen solders entered the room armed with Dalek weaponrey. The solders approached the TARDIS”S placing a black disk on the doors they turned to face the Time lords.

In a dark room with a single light the Warden hung suspended on an X shaped frame, his arms and legs out stretched. This single light blinding him as he slowly awoke, looking around he saw what looked like others on similar platforms. “What’s going on? Who are you? Where are my People? What have you done with them?!” he struggled, with no avail to get free. Upon feeling the metal against his wrist he notice that his TARDIS-B had been taken off him. “How did you remove my Bracer, its bonded to my cells, it cant exist off of me how did you do that? Humans never had nor will ever have that lever of technology! Answer me!” he ordered the light to do as he commanded, ant it responded. A shadowy figure stood up his silhouette illuminated from the light.

“You no longer give orders ‘Warden of Gallefray.’ We are in command now, and you simply answered your own question. You and your people travel time observing races and cultures, from start to finish. Examining their level of advancement and there technological know-how and ‘decide’ what we are allowed to have. You travel time and see things that can save us, save millions and you don’t help because its ‘not your place’ yet when we are attacked who shows you? Your beloved Doctor. He arrives saves us and takes away the left overs so we can never learn from our attackers.  Well no more. We have a new silent partner and they have given us the tools to replace you. We will be the new lords of Time, the new guardians of the Vortex. And with the four TARDIS’s we have in our possession we will go back and repair the damages to the human time line, bring advanced weapons to fight Hitler. Bring a cure for AIDS and Cancer to 1982.  And supply faster the light travel to the 21st century. Humanity will no longer be oppressed by the time lords, we will your all of creation. With the Silence at its head.”

The gas still lingering its effect the Warden’s head felt crushed warm blood ran from his nose down his face as he still tried to struggle free.

“We will stop you. Do you have any idea what you’ve done? There is nothing more dangerous in the whole of creation then a species fighting to exist, fighting to prevent their own extinction. And that is what you just made ever one of my people. A cornered animal fighting for the right to exist. We have existed for all of time. We will not cease now because of you. We. Will. Exists.”

His head fell limp as he passed out from the strain of resisting.

The Doctor blinked, shook his head to get fallen hair out of his eyes. "Need to reverse that signal," he exclaimed, spinning around Amy to get to the console. "The Warden. Leaves a message and doesn't even show up." He scuffed, then paused. He lifted his head from the controls and looked back at her. "Amy?" He asked softly, slowly walking towards her as he extended a hand out, every finger curling in besides his pointer finger, pressing it against Amy's shoulder. "Amelia Pond," he whispered, then clapped loudly upon hearing the noise outside. He pointed a finger at Amy, "stay here. No following. Right here. Feet stay." He warned, pushing aside the fact Amy was even... Here. He opened the door an inch, slipped out and shut it again. His back pressed against the doors as he eyed the new people here. "Oh, hello. I wasn't expecting company." A hand on his shoulder shoved him forward, and the Doctor's eyes landed on the Warden and the approaching guards. The Doctor raised his hands, smiling like he knew something they didn't. Which he did, because they couldn't know who he was. Of course not, he erased all that history from every database. Including their's. All they knew was he was another Time Lord. "Sorry I'm late." He said simply, smiling softly at the guards. The sides of his vision were fuzzy once again, but he kept his stance, refusing to collapse.

Once the Tardis landed, Sonya skipped to the door, humming a soft tune under her breath. Once her hand touch the door, the controls suddenly sparked, bringing her back to reality and finally hearing the warning bell going off. "What, what!" She shouted, clapping both hands over her ears as she glared at the time roter in frustration. "What on earth could you be so worried about? Time Lords! My people! I'm sure that there is not-" her words died away as she opened the dor to see several people dragging limp bodies from the room. "hing to worry about..." Her eyes locked with a woman's... Eye from across the room as she looked up to spot Sonya froze in the act of stepping out of the TARDIS. Sucking in a breath to speak, she regretted it instantly as her head began to fil with a blinding mist and a dull ringinin her ears began. Answer the phone, here is no phone then what is that... Ringing? Shaking her head, she stumbled backwards onto the TARDIS floor just as the doors slammed shut in front of her. Sonya sucked in a breath of fresh air, already crawling back to the console, intent on sending a message out for any other Time Lord that might have gotten the emergency call. To warn them of the trap, just as she gripped the edge of the controls, she felt herself begin to fade out, black already crowding the edges of her vision. Falling back onto the floor, she let out a hoarse cough, looking up at the ceiling as she struggled to focus. "Cl... Cloak, lady!" She managed to couch out, just as her mind collapsed into the threatening dark that was sleep.

Humming in response, the TARDIS flipped the switches around on it's own controls, turning the usual blue exterior invisible to the others in the room. Wih a last groan, she fell silent, waitin gfor the Time Lady inside to heal and to decide on what they should do next.

Theta, unfortunately, had activated his respiratory bypass system. And while that had prevented too much of the gas getting into his system, it also meant that he was not filtering it out, replacing the poisoned air with the air in the TARDIS. So for the moment, till the gas wore off, he was out for the count.

Theta looked fine, aside from the fact that his chest was not rising and falling at all. He'd have some explaining to do to Robin once he woke up...then again, she had stown away, so she might need to do some explaining too.

Robin looked down at Theta, still waiting for him to wake up. She rested her hands on her knees and looked around the console room for a moment, then back down at Theta. If he's messing with me right now... She sighed and laid down on the floor. "How harsh was that gas...?" Sitting up again - hating staying in one place doing nothing for so long - she looked back down at Theta. Her eyes widened as she realized something - his chest wasn't moving. She moved her ear by his mouth and nose to listen for any air movement - nothing. "Oh god..." She stood up, her hands covering her mouth. "Theta, you better not be messing with me!" She nudged his side with her foot, then began to walk in circles around the room. "Great. Stuck in an odd place with a dead Timelord and his TARDIS. Can't leave - there's a good chance something outside wants something from him at that it isn't good." She tried listing off the possible things she could and couldn't do when the TARDIS hummed at her. With a sigh, she looked over at the console, "I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're saying." Robin moved over to Theta and nudged his side with her foot again - the frown on her face only growing.

"Doctor!" Amy yelled, frustration kicking in as the TARDIS hummed in response. She sighed, glanced at the console and nodded softly. "But he's wrong if he thinks I'm staying. He should know better by now." Rushing towards the doors, she tried to pull one open, but it was shut tightly. She sighed, looking back at the console with a frown. "Funny, but you can't let him just walk out there by himself. Especially with..." She trailed off, walking towards the screen as the TARDIS showed her what was happening outside. Her brows furrowed. "Them... Again." She said sternly, more frustration bubbling up inside her as she rushed back to the doors. Now she definitely wasn't about to leave the Doctor alone. This time, the door opened smoothly. Slipping out, Amy immediately grabbed onto the Doctor's arm, keeping him balanced as she used her other hand to shut the door. "One question, who in their right mind says 'feet stay'?" She snapped softly, jabbing him with her elbow as her eyes wandered around the room and the guards hesitantly.

As the gas cleared from the rook one of the solders, gun pointed at the array of TARDIS’s before him called into his radio. “The gas has dispersed Colonel. What do you want us to do?” the soldiers took a step toward Amy and the Doctor. “Time Lords. This is your final warning! Step out of your war machines with your hands above your heads. Your TARDIS’S are locked they cannot escape and the device on the door will force them open in a matter of moments. Come out now and your human friends will be spared.” The Colonel barked over the speaker system, while in the back room the Warden, was strapped to portable platform, chained back up and wheeled into the main room. A small group of 13 solders escorted the Colonel, the Warden and the woman from before, only she was carrying a strange device in her hand.

As the came into clear view in the large empty room with the three separate TARDIS’s the colonel spoke again. “I believe you all know this man? But as I’m sure you know he is not a man! This is the last Warden of Gallefray. Your hero the one who escaped the time lock, a solder of you war. For every second that you remain hidden our dear Madam Kovos” the woman with the eye-drive approached the Warden and placed the device around his neck and the Colonel continued “will use this. It is a Biological extractor, based off your chameleon arch. It extracts his Time Lord DNA and bonds it with extract from the Judas tree. In 5 minutes he will completely lose his ability to regenerate. In 10 he will be dead. The countdown has begun.” He clicked a stop watch as Madam Kovos activated the device around his neck, once activated it sunk 4 two inch long spikes into his neck and began filtering his DNA and adding the poison, it was very painful.

As he lay there, in indescribable agony, he held back screams of pain as the device slowly killed him. Gritting his teeth and gripping his fists. He simply lay there as if nothing was wrong, his strength still lacking as he tried to struggle free. He finally managed to work the lock pick out of his glove and began working at the chains around his wrist, just in case they didn’t make it in time

Sonya sat up suddenly, sucking in a gasp of air and staring around the TARDIS control room in confusion before her memory came back. Jumping to her feet, she ran to the screen and activated the external view to see what was going on. "Oh no..." She sighed, feeling a wave of sadness wash over her at the view she had of Warden. "Lady..." The TARDS hummed in response, understanding exactly what Sonya was about to do. Nodding her head slightly, she placed a gentle hand on the console and slowly walked towards the doors.

Pulling in a deep breath, she pushed the door open and stepped out to face the gathered people, distaste instantly writing itself on her face as she took in their expressions. She still remembered her training from UNIT, if she could just... No. Shaking her head, she shut the door tightly behind her and stepped forward, her hands held out in front of her, the wrists together and waiting for whatever shackles they planned to place on them. "No more, enough." Sonya said quietly, nodding over at Warden as he writhed on the ground in pain. "At least use that on me, I've had experiences with it! I could last longer than him. Just please, no more."

At the beginning of the Warden's screaming, Theta shot bolt upright, breathing heavily. His eyes darted around, trying to figure out what just happened.

"Who in the name of Rassilon is screaming??" His eyes found Robin, who was pacing back and forth in front of the console "Robin! Wait, how'd you get in here? And why was I lying on the floor?" his eyes darted to the pure white doors "and who is screaming?? That doesn't sound pleasant..."

Robin stopped in her tracks and spun on her heels to see Theta sitting up. "What?! What just... what?!" She ran over to him and poked him in the face cautiously... then slapped him. "You just died! Why the heck are you alive?! I mean, yay, you're alive, but you just about scared me until I wasn't!" She shut up for a minute, remembering the thing she heard earlier. "Well come on then, someone's about to force there way in here and kill us, might as well do something about it." She sighed, realizing none of this was making any sense at all. "Okay - you got a distress signal, flew here, and walked outside. Then you choked on some gas and died. Now you're not dead but I'm assuming someone wants us to be. Any questions?" She offered him a fake smile - realizing she was rambling and probably panicking for no reason.

Xeltia sat in a small cell, currently trying to annoy the guard. She was whining about how she was in the middle of a chess match with Napoleon, and if she won she would rule France, until she heard voices.
"Hey, guard man-dude, is my brother in the room next to us?" She asked, standing up. The guard hesitantly nodded, unsure of what Xeltia was about to do. She frowned for a second, before forcing a smile. "Good." She replied, walking over to the door of the cell. "Then I can do this." She yanked the guards head to the bar in between her arms, knocking him out. She took out her laser at pointed it to the lock, it sparking a bit before catching on fire, the door opening. "Oops." She muttered, walking out of the cell. When she reached the door to the room that everyone was on, an alarm went off, causing her to flinch. "Shut up, alarm! I don't need to hear your input!" She shouted, everyone in the other room clearly hearing her. She opened the door, slamming it behind her, annoyed. She smiled irritably at everyone's shocked expressions, especially the eye-patch lady. "Hello! I'm Xeltia Sigma, though you probably already knew this, since you kidnapped me and all." She glared at the lady, sticking her tongue out.

Theta blinked, trying to process what Robin had said. A hand slowly came up, clutching his stringing cheek. His look said disbelieving. Robin had slapped him. Sweet, kind, non-violent Robin!

"Ok...what? Repeat? I didn't die! At least I don't think I did..." he looked down at his arm, wondering if it would look different. Nope. So didn't regenerate "No, I didn't die. And how did you get in the TARDIS? And somebody is about to come in here and kill us? I just..." Theta groaned, clutching at his head. Usually he could process lots of information at once, but this was just mad, out of his ballpark even.

"And now you know how I feel right now." Robin sat down on the floor and leaned her head against the railing. "Oh - you left the doors open and I was bored." She took a deep breath and tried to calm down. "I really can't explain what's happening, but I'm gonna try. You can't go out there unless you want to die. If you don't go out there, whoever is out there is gonna burst in here and then we're both gonna die. There was some kind of gas in there air when you went out earlier and you passed out. I thought you did. Then you weren't breathing so I thought you died. I dragged you back in here. Annndd.... I just kind of explained that backwards. Oh well." She shrugged, crossing her arms and leaning her head back again.

"Ah... Oo, sticky situation." The Doctor mumbled, looking at Amy, then at everyone else, with a frown. "And I do. I say that. I say a lot of things. Did you come back just to insult them all?" He poked Amy's shoulder, then turned as he clasped his hands together. "Anyway, hi. This is Amy, I'm the Doctor and you've got gas. Not in the inappropriate way, but the killer way. Sort of. If you wanted us dead by now, that gas wouldn't have just knocked us out." He rambled, glancing at Amy as he pointed his fingers in aimless directions. "Sorry. I shouldn't be this excited." Sneaking a peak at Xeltia and Sonya, the Doctor took small steps towards the Warden, catching sight of the lock pick in his hand before moving back to stand beside Amy. "And don't listen to Sonya. She's still hung up on the gas bit. No need for step ins!" He straightened his bow tie, then looked at the Warden. "Most of us are out now. Just take it off of him."

Madam Kovos smile and deactivated the collar around the Wardens neck and said “Remove there war machines” as she spoke a crane came in and removed the two TARDIS’s that the Doctor and Sonya arrived in. “I’m done playing games with your Temporal dictators.” Activating the disks on Thetas TARDIS’ door the TARDI vanished leaving him and Robin on the floor. “We can do more then you know Time Lords.” She said now turning to Xeltia “you girly are more trouble then you are worth. Guards kill that one. We have 4 others ripe for experimentation.” The guards turned and pointed their guns right at Xeltia.

With the collar now off he was able to unlock the chain around his right wrist. As this had been going on they also neglected to realize that he got his feet free. With the TARDIS’s gone he had to make a move. In one quick move he ripped his left arm free of the chains ripping his skin off. Falling on the floor he grabbed the small red gem on his belt and smashed it on the floor and it exploded in a red pulse wave the engulfed the room. As the blinding light faded he slowly got ho his knees, blood and sweat running off him as he coughed some blood up as he spoke “pocket… Pocket time lock. It isolates Time lord DNA and those soaked in Vortex radiation. It isolates then and places them in a time lock for what feels like 20 minutes. Doors won’t open. We can’t leave this room and people and things in it can’t be altered. So we can’t disarm them or do anything but we can… I don’t know it was all I had.” He said as he collapsed on the floor awake but exhausted.

Sonya rushed forward, kneeling down next to Warden as she examined his injuries. "Damn it, why do you have to be the hero, huh?" She hissed under her breath so only he could hear. Reaching out, she placed a hand on his chest and focused her energy to send into him, healing the injuries with a soft golden glow. "Don't you complain either, you and I both know we have to have everyone in this room in fighting shape when that Time Lock fades out." She added sharply, casting a quick look up at his face before getting to her feet and looking about at all the others gathered. "Right, we're trapped, we have about twenty minutes to figure out an escape plan, and we have no TARDIS's to do said escaping with." She stated simply, her arms crossing over her chest as she eyed each person in turn. "Any ideas? We have several Time Lords in the room right now, and honestly, my head is spinning a bit from healing him. So someone start the ideas going." Sitting down on the floor, she leaned back on her hands and closed her eyes, trying to let her body recuperate from expending so much energy at once.

Robin gave up. First Theta practically dies, then his TARDIS is gone, along with all the others, and now she's in a time lock. Looking around the room, she recognized... 2? 2 people, including Theta. She stood up slowly, glancing from face to face. So apparently most of the people in the room were Timelords. At least most of them were, it was unlikely that they'd take so many humans on purpose. For all she knew, she could be the only human in the room. That and the fact that she was still a kid helped her decide that she wasn't going to speak up - especially since she had practically no idea what was going on anyway.

"Erm..." Theta blinked "What just happened?" he looked between the passed out Warden and the place where his TARDIS just was seconds ago. He caught sight of the large amount of Timelords in the area. His eyebrows furrowed, and the only word that could describe his look was confused.

"Ok...I'm even more confused than when Robin told me that I died"

"Oh, oh!" Xeltia waved her hand frantically in the air, ignoring the guns pointed at her. "How about we kill everybody?" She suggested, grinning madly. "It would be so much fun!" She clasped her hands together, her grin fading at the glares she recieved. "What? I didn't say it'd be fun for you dull people, did I?" She muttered, crossing her arms, pouting.
