Massive weeping angel rp. Only suggestion at the moment.

If anyone has seen Babelcolour's "The Ten Doctors" that could be an interesting plot for an RP....

Well, I've attempted to use this storyline on another RP before, so it might work out here. If not for this one, than perhaps for some other time in the future.

Someone, or something, or some organization manages to get possession of a TARDIS. The scenario I used was a sort of evil Torchwood (So pretty much Torchwood before Jack) found a crashed TARDIS that had activated its chameleon circuit and hidden itself as a tree or a rock or something. The Time Lord pilot(s) were dead for a long period of time beforehand, and now the energy reserves are running a bit low on it. Damages prevent it from escaping into the time vortex or going back to Gallifrey. This organization (which could be switched out for an individual or whatever you like) basically picks up the TARDIS and starts experimenting on it, and in essence torturing it. While the ship can't rescue itself, it can send out a major distress call to all other TARDISes. And what's more, they leak out some information that they've obtained what they believe to be an alien time machine, and even give just enough detail for a knowledgeable person to pin it as a TARDIS.

So basically, every Time Lord with a Tardis, every UNIT agent with enough clearance, every scrub with an internet connection and a bit of time on their hands, and everyone that's ever heard of a TARDIS are alerted to this thing. And thus the trap is laid...

....And then we go from there =3.

Weeping Angel RP? Hmmm...the only problem would be finding an ideal setting that would give the opportunities for other characters to take part in it. Ex: Somewhere on Earth..or everywhere. But that sounds so cliche to have it on Earth...hmmm

As for the weeping angel rp, maybe it could be on the Angels' home planet?

Hmm...what if this stolen TARDIS begins to leak energy from the time vortex? Constantly opening up rifts in space and time that people begin to notice and fall through. One is the Angel's home planet..and feeling the energy from the time vortex emit from the crack, the Angels begin to crawl through to feed off of the energy.

Giving everyone not only the issue of the person who has the TARDIS but also the growing presence of Angels on Earth?

Great plan! Just saying though, I would definitely not be able to start this. I dunno how you have events work, but I won't be able to. I don't know enough of how Angels work to make it interesting! Ha

You guys wouldn't have to worry about it. I can handle the whole outline of the Event and the time line saga leading up to it. That's how i like to organize my Events, through RP's that lead up and build to the eventual Event.

This is just to gather up ideas and make more members feel like they are involved and have a bigger part in the Events that take place on the site.

I really like that idea, with the crashed tardis and the time rifts and angels slipping in. Sounds really interesting!
With that sort of thing happening with the time vortex and all, wouldn't it also be probable that other things, like daleks or whatever, might notice and come as well? like.. 'ooh crashed tardis? let's see if it's the doctor so maybe we can exterminate him at last! he might be weakened from the crash and unable to stop us this time' or something like that.. idk. lol

Yes Emma, technically it would. But being overwhelmed by enemies could play in. Since we already have the person who has set the trap around the crashed TARDIS and the Weeping Angels playing a factor, i would just say that is good for now

Alright, now I have a question. the second character I have in mind, her dad is an astronaut who either died or went MIA.. would it work to say that he somehow went through one of those rifts and like.. got sent to a wrong place or whatever? I'm not entirely sure all the details of that, but I thought it might be cool to maybe have a small tie-in to it in her background..
(the character is still in the making, and i'm not ready to even apply for a second character yet, but just wanted to see if that would work)

Yeah that would be fine. But his disappearance would have to be during the time of the Event, since the rifts were not open until the time of the Event.

If you want to have her father appear in the event as his return then you would have to explain how he got to the other side of the rift and where was he all that time. You would have to make an RP to explain it tbh. Because that's a mind twister if you want him to come back during the Event and meet Emma.
