Evil Characters

I feel like there are no main characters. Yes, there is the cult of skaro, and davros, but where are the ones that we actually like to see like Cassandra (the last human), the Great Intelligence, and Mr. Clever? Yes, I know, they all died, but that doesn't mean they have to die here as well. They can live on. So give your thoughts on this idea and how you think this would turn out.

In general, so long as you keep them in character, there's no problems using villains from the show in your threads. This is assuming, of course, that no one plays them. It's a site about Time Travel: Villains can be encountered multiple times even after they died in show. Heck, even in canon, the Celestial Toymaker's timeline bounces like mad around the Doctor's. Just try to keep their motives and their general characters in tact, and they can be usable.

Okay. Can Mr. Clever, The Great Intelligence, Cassandra, the Dream Lord, Alonso Frame(I know he isn't a villain), Max, and any other characters that you think should be added be added to the canon list? I think then there would be more enemies for our heroes to fight. We don't want just npc Daleks and Cybermen without end. And if a villain isn't claimed, they may be used until someone claims them(if they have a good backstory, of course).
