Ramona started and fell back when Robin's voice sounded from behind her. She held the screwdriver at attention, whirling around in fright to point it at the girl who looked about as wide-eyed as she did. But she didn't look like she was in quite the same pain as Ramona, or the Doctor for that matter and this bothered her. Her legs quaked as she struggled between mulitple commands, multiple voices bouncing around her head. She squeaked and gripped the screwdriver tighter, swinging it around to face the woman who caressed the Doctor's face so familiarly, like she knew him. Like she had the right to put her hands on him. Ramona hissed at the bruises that formed where he'd been hit, her vision blurring as the knot in her gut spasmed and she gasped. "Stop! Robin stop!" She begged, still not looking at the girl.

"Stop please," She addressed the woman this time, fingers shaking on the button. She would do it, she would cut this woman open in a heartbeat if she moved wrong, spoke wrong, or tried to threaten her. Ramona was at her wits end, pain lancing through her limbs, her entire body going numb with a faint buzzing in her digits as she stumbled. "Robin-" She shouted as her knees gave out and she hit the floor, straining to support her weight on her arms. What in dear gods name was in her? Honest to god fear for her life seeped through every fiber of her being and her instincts reacted accordingly. She started crying as she mustered what strength she had to point the screwdriver at the woman and press the button.

The woman's eyes widened in surprise as a sudden lance of pain erupted over her thigh. "Agh!" She cried out, a panicked expression crossing her face as she collapsed onto the floor, already spotting the small cutting of vine they tossed to the ground, too small to make anything. "No! NO! Rowan, get me out of here!" She screamed, scrambling away from the cutting as it slowly advanced towards her, sensing the blood, needing to be near it in order to survive.

The man turned his head and watched the woman that had berated him and ordered him about like a simple slave for the past year impassively as she tried to escape the vine. Feeling a slight smile twist his features, he leaned his hands against the edge of the table, watching in obvious entertainment. The cut on her thigh was deep, enough to where her muscle was useless in fact as she tried to stand up only to have her leg give out from under her again. "I suppose this puts me in charge now." He murmured, looking down at the Time Lord in front of him with a raised eyebrow, already working out what could happen if he were to just tweak the genetic code of this specific vine growing inside of him. He'd make millions, just from a few simple leaves. Oh yes, this would work out perfectly.

Without sparing the two girls another glance, he began to work again amid the cries of the man on the table and the screams of his former boss as the vine finally found it's mark and began to burrow into her flesh.

The Doctor was drifting on a haze of pain, watching what happened in front of him with simple detachment, idly wondering why Ramona collapsed onto the floor if the female had been the one shot with... Is that my sonic? What happened to my sonic? This simple thought was enough for him to clear the red in his vision and begin struggling again, already focusing his energy and thoughts on halting the plant's progress inside of him, hindering it carefully then finally forcing it to be pushed from the gaping wound in his leg with a relieved groan of pain.

Robin could do nothing but stare, everything going on around her completely insane. Then Ramona collapsed. "Ramona!" She yelped, rushing down to the poor woman just as she pressed the button on the sonic and... Cut her leg? But how, the sonic didn't do that, right? Pushing the thought away, she tried to get Ramona to respond. "Did they infect you? Ramona, I need to know, did they infect you?" She tried to stay calm as she asked, but right now, that was nearly impossible. The screams of the Doctor and the woman caused her to jump and scramble to her feet. Oh God... She shook out her wrist, the tingling feeling intensifying and even starting to turn to pain, but she didn't think much if her own infection, because she wasn't the one dying. Ones. "Oi! Stop hurting him, just get the damned thing out!" She screeched, unaware that that was actually what was going on. Her eyes widened as the vine began coming out of the Doctor's leg, not sure what to even say about it because there was no way that scientist was only helping.

She'd seen some gross things in her twenty-four years, all the way from her parents living an open relationship in the living room to a deranged Time Lord that ran around literally eating people when he found it necessary, and sometimes for fun. She'd witnessed an android choose the form of a sickly young woman and lurch around in the shadows, hell she'd even gone and sliced a mans head in two and cut up a woman's leg. But even as Robin was rushing to her side in worry, yelling at the Doctor who now stumbled for her life from her own creation, Ramona set her eyes on the most disgusting thing she'd ever seen. By far. She never, never wanted to see him do that again, never wanted to see some unknown force push the bulb and stalk of a blood-fed/soaked plant out of his destroyed leg muscle again. Ramona twisted her head around to look at something, anything but the monstrosity that just occured, bile and disgust warring in the pit of her throat. Finally she focused on Robin and waited until she was just one person before leaning toward her "My ribs hurt." Is all she choked out before turning back to the Doctor.

She avoided his tattered leg with a purpose, the one security guard had returned to some unknown work with a smirk, leaving the woman she guessed was his boss to shriek in horror. Again that was none of her business, getting the Doctor free and all them away from this place was top priority. Ramona gripped the screwdriver tight, lifting herself from the ground on shaking arms and quaking legs that didn't want to work. Her muscles burned in complaint to the forced use as Ramona stumbled the last few feet to the Doctor's side, using the metal thing he lied on as support. Wheezing against it's cold surface she looked up at him, wincing. Definitely looked like he'd been beaten up, she wouldn't want to wake up with that on her face. Even though she'd just watched him expel an alien life-form through his leg she still mustered a smile for the man "Hey, come here often?" A sick chuckle and she groaned, hunching over as the knot in her ribs spasmed.

Looking over at Ramona through the haze of pain clouding his mind, he managed to grimace at her weak joke. "I don't make it a habit to be tested on, no." He grunted, his eyes shifting over to look at the man, watching as he gathered the plant up into a metal box then place it away on the shelf near the back of the room. "There, you've gotten what you wanted. Low let us go, these two won't produce anything like that and the little bit you do have there, if you can call that a little bit, will last you ages." He said quickly, shifting his hands around slightly as the man strode back over to the table, the cuffs unlocking with a single pass of his hand. "I'm afraid not, Time Lord. You may produce wonderful results, I do still need a lesser grade to sell cheaper. Not everyone in the universe is rich." He chuckled lightly, completely ignoring everyone in the room beside the Doctor as he sat up slowly, silently cusing the weakness in his body. "You and your friends here will be around for a while. But don't worry, we'll take good care of you now. Comfortable beds, food, luxury like you wouldn't believe."

With that said, he turned away, brushing past Robin as he strode from the room, leaving the Doctor to deal with two ailing humans and a quietly sobbing human in the corner. Turning to look at his companions, the Dictor swallowed his normal words, comforting words that were empty, they needed comfort, but he jyst couldn't bring himself to lie. "Ramona, let me see my sonic." He said instead, focusing on what he did know.

Robin couldn't do anything but stare at the scientist as he walked out of the room, her face paling. So they were all just farms. Just something to grow that stupid plant in so he could make a profit. God... She could see why the Doctor didn't like apes. And now they were all going to die. No, don't think like that. That's not good. Think something happy. Like... like... Robin shook her head, hurrying to the Doctor's other side and decided to focus on what was going on right now. A glance down at her 'swollen' wrist didn't help her nervousness, already feeling the blood flow being cut off from her hand. Looking back up to the Doctor and Ramona, she just felt terrible. They both had to go through all that pain and all she had was a a bit in her arm. All the better to help, she supposed. "Got a plan, then?" She wondered out loud, not exactly sure how the sonic was going to help other than maiming more people. That reminded her. A wave of guilt washed over her at the whimper of the other doctor, feeling bad for not helping, but not willing to assist someone like that anyway.

She was tired, her breathing was becoming further labored and it hurt to stand. It hurt to use her body and so without really thinking she dipped into her left sneaker and pulled out the- Wait. Immediately she stiffened and brought up both screwdrivers side by side, two? Confusion hazed the already muddled facets of her mind and she groaned to herself. She didn't even know anymore, and she didn't care. She passed the one from her sneaker to him and idly slid the replica into her pocket before folding her knees and slipping to the ground beside his table. She dind't bother looking at him, at Robin who came forward, asking about plans. She tuned the both out and rested her head against the freezing, metallic surface of the Doctors prison, her heart thudding softly under the skin of her neck.

She would just sleep here for awhile, let them wake her up whenever something productive happened. The ball in her ribcage writhed and twisted, it was moving, shifting down and pressing her intestines to the side, she winced and coughed. Closing her eyes Ramona exhaled slowly and tried to relax.

Glancing down at Ramona's pained expression, the Doctor gritted his teeth, fiddling with his sonic idly before scanning the room. He caught her pocketing the other one she had, and right now wasn't the time to ask about it. Looking over at Robin, he forced a small grin on his face as he began changing the settings, alternatively scanning the room with each change he made, searching for something. "The plan is to get out." He said simply, his smile growing for a moment then fading back away as he slid from the table, testing his leg only to have it collapse from under him.

"Bloody hell..." He let out a groan, shifting over to his side and pushing himself up with his hands, glaring at the floor as he tried to think of something, anything that would get them all out of this alive. "Robin, you don't look like you've been tested on..." He suddenly said, rolling over onto his back and looking up at the younger girl with a small frown on his face. In fact if anything, she only looked slightly uncomfortable rather than in pain. "What did they do to you?"

Robin was about to run to the other side of the bed and make sure Ramona was okay, but the Doctor didn't seem panicked when he looked down at her, so that was something. As he tried to get out of bed, she tried to offer him some help. Being the Doctor, though, it was no surprise he didn't take it. She yelped as he collapsed like a baby deer, rushing down to make sure he was fine. God, they were dropping like flies! Helping him get on his back, whether he'd tell her he was fine or not, she sighed and studied his face in concern. Of course, he was already trying to hide any traces of pain, but it wasn't like she wasn't doing it too. She smiled grimly at his question, holding up her swollen wrist for him to see. It looked like there was a chunky bracelet hiding under her skin. "Infected. Right now I'm fine, doesn't hurt too badly, and I can still use my hand, so let's just focus on helping Ramona, yeah? I'm afraid it's gonna crush her rib cage..." Her smile slowly faded back to her worried expression as she patted his shoulder and stood up, walking to the other side of the bed to check on Ramona. "Ramona, how bad is it?" She placed a comforting hand on her back, only to pull it away with a hiss and use her other. Well if the Doctor heard that, it completely ruined her lie.

What was this madness? Little girls rushing around to the aide of adults? Ramona scoffed through the murk of her mind, flailing in a grungy ocean that insisted on keeping her down. Her heart fluttered faintly and she sighed, eyelids peeling back so she could face the concerned teen. "My ribs are fine than- Thank you." She huffed "Let's just focus on getting out of here right?" Her breath came in short puffs as her muscles almost refused to listen. Her legs felt like limp noodles and she was afraid that they wouldn't hold her for long, not like it was that bad, look at the Doctor! In the time she'd closed her eyes he'd dropped from his vertical perch and was rolling around on the floor. Leg sliced open and flayed and just, it was disgusting and she sneered at the image. She hated blood. A beautiful color but a terrifying meaning.

"Doctor, you think you can- Fix that up?" Ramona leaned heavily on the contraption that had held him earlier, staring down at him blurrily.

"Of course I can fix it back up." The Doctor muttered in a distracted tone, his eyes remaining focused on his sonic as he sat up again with a slight wince. "On the TARDIS. In fact, if we get out of here, I can get the plants out of you two without doing anything as extensive as I've got here." He added dryly, flashing his Sonic out and scanning the room again before landing on the woman laying a few feet away from where he sat, watching her curiously. Her chest was moving, she was alive, but unaware as her eyes stared blankly at the ceiling above her.

"Right, Robin. Find me a chair, something, Ramona, you'll have to share, I don't think she has the strength to push two of them." He said, his eyes tearing themselves away from the image against the far wall and turning back to the younger girl with a grin. "You get to be the hero this time." Reaching over, he gripped her good wrist gently so he could turn her hand over and place his sonic in it. "Already on the right setting, unlocks any door. Keypass and tumbler. Get going."

Robin would have grinned at the thought of being the hero for once, but then she realized that meant pushing two full grown adults for who knows how long with one wrist. Oh goody. Instead, she flashed him a weak smile and moved to start looking for a wheelchair, since an actual chair just would not work. Hurrying out of the first room, she waved the sonic around idly, wondering what she'd do if someone saw her. Kick them, she guessed, and see what this setting wouldn't do to a communication system. Probably nothing, but worth a shot. Reaching a door with a cart of medical supplies outside of it, she decided to try that one. She soniced the door near the handle, assuming that's be where the lock is, and tried to push it open with her other hand. Then she remembered. With a yelp, she yanked it away, taking a minute to breathe before using her shoulder to push it open. Yup, definitely have to push the chair with one hand. Strolling inside, she sighed in relief at the absence of people and began searching for a wheelchair, thinking on how she could push them both out of here fast enough. She could... Back into them and push them that way? No, can't see ahead of her or steer like that. There was the option to... Nope. Anything but that. Not unless guards were already chasing them down, she had to do it some other way. Sighing, she gave up on this room and made her way to the next, wincing as the vine in her wrist wrapped tighter and did what she thought might have been trying to grow up her arm.

She grimaced at his reply, talking like it was so obvious that he could fix what was broken. She knit her eyebrows together and narrowed hazel eyes at him before choosing to find a different focal point. She was weary enough as it were she didn't want to so stand there wanting to kick him in the face. Ramona exhaled heavily and tentatively touched her abdomen, fingers pressing just barely but she didn't have the heart, they fell away and she rolled her eyes. He was talking to Robin about escaping and sharing a chair or something and it was enough to make her look back over to them. The young girl was smiling and running out of the room, presumably to find something to cart them around in.

With a frown of dismay Ramona puckered her lips childishly while looking down at the Doctor than back at the door. "Ya know, I think I'll walk instead okay?" She stated suddenly, glancing honey eyes at the Doctor long enough to guage a reaction before she settled them back on the door to wait. Her eardrums felt stuffy but she still listened, she waited for something awful to come through that door and wipe all of their hopes off the board.

"Fine, pass up a ride in style. That's your choice." The Doctor shrugged, his eyes flicking over to the woman again, a sudden curious look crossing his face as he stared at her form. "Is it just me, or did something move under her shirt?" He asked suddenly, sitting up again as he leaned forward, a small frown appearing on his face as he focused on the lower half of her top, blinking when another shift of movement rustled the fabric. "There see! It did move, wonder what could be doing that?"

With a grimace, he locked his jaw and slowly slid over to the far side of the room, settling himself down a few feet away from the figure, staring intently once more on her shirt until finally something began to poke through the fabric. "Well, would you look at that. Grew right through her skin, using her like a pot, growing through and around her. Like soil, or mulch if you want to look at it from another point of view." The Doctor said idly, watching as the vine slowly began to slip from the shirt and wind it's way up towards her face. "Might be why it's so violent, now that I think about it. Being ripped from where you were born, then placed in an unfamiliar environment. Causing it to grow rapidly until it finds another suitable source to live in again."

((Oh yes, that's definitely going to make Rami feel better.))

Robin crossed her arms, tapping the sonic to her side as she tried to find another room with medical supplies in it, having trouble finding a door without voices on the other side anyway. Spotting a door with a labcoat hanging on it, she hurried up to it and pressed her ear against it, straining to find any voices from inside. Her lips curled into a grin as she heard nothing but beeping from the other side. Great. Pressing the sonic to the surface, she pushed the button and unlocked it, shoving it open with her shoulder again. Stifling a gasp at the body laying on a table, she tiptoed inside, thankful that whoever that was was still asleep. Poor fellow. Knowing someone must be on their way back here soon, she rushed to check the place for a wheelchair. Groaning in frustration as, yet again, she saw no chair, she moved quickly towards a storage closet on the other side of the room, rolling her eyes as she found it locked. She buzzed it with the sonic and shoved it open, almost laughing in relief at what she found. Well that didn't take so long, did it? Shoving the sonic into her pocket, she reached out and pulled the chair out of the closet, turning it around and rolling it out of the room. Unfortunately, it was hard to steer it with one hand, but she didn't really have another option. Hissing as the vine tightened again, she glanced down at her wrist just in time to hear the snap. A loud yelp sounded as she shut her eyes tightly, her arm shaking. Oh, that was just brilliant. Taking a deep breath, she rushed to make it back to the room the Doctor and Ramona were waiting in. She simply couldn't keep the pain off her face any longer, the breaking of her wrist pushing it too far. Oh well, the sooner they could get out of here and fix all this, the better.

Ramona stiffened and followed his gaze as he spoke, eyes narrowing and brow screwing up into a knot as she struggled to see what he did. It was amazing how sharp he was in such painful condition, her own knot shifted and prodded against... Something. An organ, probably an important one and Ramona covered her mouth to hide a sharp gasp, instead making it look like horror in reaction to the slow growth of the plant through the woman's shirt. Her mind curled against the images that popped up for viewing, she didn't need sights like that right now. Luckily she was saved by the groan of wheels and suddenly Robin was jogging inside. A wheelchair? Oh now she really felt silly, trying to picture the Doctor in a wheelchair was impossible and just looked ridiculous.

She would have laughed but clenched her teeth to catch a cry, eyes burning with unshed tears as her own little bundle of joy twisted and writhed around her body parts. Reaching, it was getting lower, spreading, she could feel the infinite probing of multiple sources. Why couldn't she have an internal mechanism that allowed her expel nasty plants trying to use her body as potting soil? With a huff at her own joke Ramona gave a sharp whistle to gain the Doctors attention, then turning and limping weakly to Robin. "I'll be walking thanks, I'll help. When did that happen? Gross." She probably could have been a bit more sympathetic, it was obvious what had happened but she couldn't stop the bile in her throat. Placing a hand on the grip to steady herself Ramona gazed intently at the young girl "We're gonna get out of here alright? I won't let anything happen to you, no matter how well you can take care of yourself." And in that moment she meant every word of it.

The Doctor watched the two girls with silent amusement as they spoke, they hardly ever needed him for encouragement anymore, they had each other to cheer up and make each other stronger. Shifting slightly, he reached behind him and gripped the edge of the table to get to his one good leg, ignoring the sharp lance of pain that jolted up the other one as he studied the two girl's closer. They didn't have long before those plants inside began using them as potting soil too. "Come on, back to the TARDIS so I can fix us up." He said brightly, flashing them a slightly forced smile as he shifted over to the chair and eyed it doubtfully, not sure about how that would work for any of them for the first time.

He wasn't exactly light, his bone density was a bit more than a humans, not to mention his muscle mass and height would add to his weight and make it harder for the both of them to push him, especially with Robin having a wrist broken and Ramona having a vine steadily winding around her middle and possibly breaking her ribs one by one. "You know... Might end up walking instead."

Robin smiled weakly at Ramona, her mind focused on keeping the pain off her face. But boy did it hurt, not to mention that the vine was already crawling up her arm and constantly jolting the break. Glancing over at the Doctor, she pushed the chair over to him as best as she could, really glad Ramona could help her push. "Don't be daft, we'd make it out faster pushing you than trying to get you to walk." She intended for her tone to leave no room for argument, but it came out much less so than she hoped. Oh well, he was still getting in the chair whether he liked it or not. Turning to Rami, she sighed. "Sorry but you're gonna have to end up doing most of the work..."

She eyed the Doctor before focusing her gaze back to Robin, keeping it there. She went from the girls wrist to her face, reaching forward to brush tentative fingers over the protruding wound. Upon contact Ramona winced, the breath forced out of her lungs as something groaned under pressure. A sharp pain made her drop her left leg and she held it limp, leaning her weight on her right. Turning to the Doctor she watched him heft himself up, holding his leg delicately while wincing with a grimace. He looked at Ramona and Robin then to the chair before agreeing that walking would be best. Of course Robin argued, pressing forward with the embarrassing chair and insisting. Ramona could understand why he wouldn't want to cart around in that, she wouldn't be caught dead being pushed around in a wheel-chair.

With an attempt at smiling Ramona tested her foot and stepped toward the Doctor, extending her arm to him. "Let me help." She locked her eyes on his "Please."

"Fat chance, You can barely hold yourself up, what makes you think you can hold me up?" The Doctor protested, looking her over with a raised eyebrow before shaking his head. "I might have a better chance hobbling out of here by myself than I have leaning on you and risk making you fall over as well." His eyes darted around the room idly, taking in the information before spotting a small rack of tubes off to the side. "Ah, hold on there." He proclaimed brightly, shifting himself over to the rack and pulling one of the tubes off and inspecting it. "Something they must have used to coax the vines out of a body that's dead, I hope anyway." He said in a distracted tone, twisting it around quickly before reaching in his pocket and pulling out what looked to be a cane topper in the shape of a question mark. "Knew this would come in handy one day again."

Shoving it into the open end of the tube, he pulled out a small tube of adhesive and fixed it into place before testing it out by taking a few experimental steps forward. "It'll do until we get to the TARDIS. Come on then, get moving, I don't really care to stick around and see how they treat the cattle." the Doctor said brightly, flashing them a smile as he made his way over to the door and paused by it, holding his free hand out to it and motioning for the two girls to go first. "Come on, get moving."

Robin sighed, seeing she wasn't going to be able to convince either of them to just take it easy and not hurt themselves. Then again, it did keep her wrist out of the way, so she didn't have room to complain. Instead, she watched the Doctor as he dragged himself around the room, raising an eyebrow as he pulled the question mark thing out of his pocket. What on Earth did he have that for? Well he was the Doctor, why wouldn't he have that laying around in his pocket. She couldn't help but roll her eyes as he ushered them out of the room. "Even when you're the one having trouble walking, you're still the one rushing us." She started out the door anyway, cradling her wrist carefully. Biting her tongue, she fought back a hiss of pain at the sudden jerk of the plant in her arm. Blimey...

She glared at him, just a moment before it vanished behind a wall of solitude. Well then. He would just fall all over the place on his own! Let him see if she cared. Ramona gave a small, childish huff as he made use of some tubing that the scientists had left lying around, making a rather efficient cane for himself. Throwing them both a winning smile- Which she bet was more fake than her aunts nails- and came up behind them, urging them to move onward. Despite being the worst injured he wanted to be the brave one? What kind of fool was he! Ramona grit her teeth and set her jaw, clenching her fists before stumbling from the room. She wanted to help him! But his man-ego just couldn't handle a little aide could it? No! Just so full of himself, even in pain. Ramona mumbled and cursed as the pressure from before became increasingly worse, suddenly she doubled over as the air rushed from her lips and her vision blurred. Just a moment, not yet- Not yet!

The knot writhed and gave a full-body twist, she grabbed her hair and jerked with a cry, pain issuing from her lungs as hot tears burned down her cheeks. Yep. Pretty sure that was a rib. It took a moment of leaning against the wall, with her hair in her face she refused to meet either Robin or the Doctor's gaze. And there was no way she was going to use that damn chair! She could walk better than the Doctor for christ's sake! A stupid- Ow- was not going to hinder that progress! Ramona flinched hard, a fresh coating of tears rolling off her eyelashes as she sniffed, rubbing at her nose, and moved forward.

Watching Ramona carefully, the Doctor stepped forward, using his makeshift cane as a third leg to keep him stable. "Ramona... If you can't walk, get in the char." He said quietly, eyeing her pained expression as he drew level with her shuffling steps, his ears straining for any other sound in the building that would indicate someone coming after them, if anything, it was beginning to worry him with how long it had been silent. He had half expected someone to show up and drag them off to their cells while Robin had been off hunting for a chair.

Frowning suddenly, he twisted his head around and studied their surroundings curiously. Quiet, very quiet in fact, he couldn't even hear faint talking much less anyone walking around. No cries of pain from other unfortunates or anything. "I hate to rush you, but I think we should start moving, quickly." He finally stated sharply, turning around to look at the two girls before hobbling off as quick as his torn leg would allow.

Robin yelped, rushing over to help Ramona as fast as she could. Seriously, what was that plant doing to the poor woman? Glancing up at the Doctor, she couldn't help but smirk. And they said the chair was useless. Her smirk quickly turned to a wince as her own vine jerked her wrist, forcing its way closer to her elbow. It wouldn't be too long until that thing was up at her shoulder blade. Watching the Doctor absently as he inspected the place, she simply nodded and turned back to Ramona. "Come on, if you're not gonna use the chair, at least let me help you, okay?" With that, Robin was draping the woman's arm across her shoulders as best as she could, holding her own injured one out if the way. If they didn't hurry up the Doctor was going to out walk them.

With a choked laugh she forced a lighter mood on things. He was so stiff and uptight, hobbling beside her as badly as she. Shaking her head Ramona reached up to tangle her fingers into her mane of hair, which had become badly frazzled in all of the mess. She really did make an effort on her hair most of the time, but for the love of everything it refused to listen! Therefore she made do with brushing it on the go as she did now, but now- Now she was almost positive it was in reaction to her nerves. And the pain.

It took everything in her heart and mind to stop from screaming, she would do that later when they weren't trying to escape. But she was pretty damn sure that her rib was now broken in response to a sharp jerking against her lungs, wrestling the air out of them for a long moment. Though her legs still shifted on command she remained silent, pointedly ignoring the Doctor's insistence that she use that chair. No. No she was going to make it just fine! If he could hobble around with a shredded leg and muscle than she sure as hell could do the same! Ramona blinked rapidly, her breathing sharp and fast as pain crackled through her back and spine with every quickened step. Not far, couldn't be that far. Comfort, she wanted comfort- "Robin.." She whispered hard, reaching out a hand toward the girl.

She didn't want to lean on the Doctor, didn't want to rely on him for any form of comfort or support. Just because she agreed to go on this crazy adventure didn't mean that she'd forgiven him for being a complete- Well use your imagination. This was all his fault, and she hardened her gaze.
