Aleandra had arrived in Cardiff after riding the subway under the channel between France and Britain, walking, and hitching rides from generous strangers. She was so close to Aunt Jen's and Terrance, yet so far away.

"Almost home guys!" She said to no one in particular and grinned widely. She hefted the backpack on her shoulders to ease the weight and picked up her guitar case and made her way to the Ronald Dahl Plaza passing what looked like a derelict Police public call Box that had seen the better part of time and frowned a little checking her pockets for change to grab something to eat. She had to tighten the belt on her jeans due to all the walking she had done.

She shuffled through the myriad things and smiled as her hands closed on a few Euros. She counted the money and bit her lower lip as she huffed softly. She had just enough to get a drink and maybe a few slices of pizza.

"Right then..." She went and bought a meal of fish and chips as she sat on a curb people watching and squinting from the sunlight. She was temporarily wearing a jacket that had been given to her by an elderly couple who had sheltered her after she helped do odd jobs for them. She soon finished her soda and wiped her fingers on her jeans. She then pulled out her guitar and tuned it making the strings hum from her fingertips.

She hummed a few bars and then strummed the strings starting to drift into her music and her rendition of Into the Night by Santana "It was easy to see..." she sang softly and broke into the song playing her guitar and grinning. Granted it wasn't the electric but she felt calssic ones had a bit more soul. She was trying to draw the tourists and earn a bit of money for a bus ticket to see her five year old brother and Aunt. She had sent presents to him for his birthday and christmas on her travels, but this was the first time she was close enough to drop by for a visit.

The subway station was packed, packed to the teeth with people and various species of aliens who walked over the glass floors that hovered above deep space. Unlike modern day subway stations on Earth, this subway station was an intergalactic station, transporting people across the stars and throughout galactic civilizations. "Now boarded for Helian 5" A voice called over the intercom as a metalic like monorail hovered up to the station, a wavering blue light connecting the carts of the train together. The doors opened with a hiss, allowing passengers to come off and new ones to board, one of which that included The Doctor. His eyes focused on the holographic like ticket he held in his hand before it was snatched away by a droid who placed it into it's chest, paused for a moment then stated, "Ticket accepted. Please enter" before turning its attention to the next passenger.

Minutes later, the operator of the intergalactic monorailer spoke through the intercom, "Destination set and we're all ready to go. Hang on everyone". Suddenly from the tip of the monorail, a beam shot out, hitting the edge of the station glass wall which stood a few feet in front of the train. A portal shot open, only to disappear once the train had entered and the train vanished from the station with lightening fast speed. From the windows of the train, thousands of millions of stars could be seen passing by in which seemed like streaks of light. The passengers on board of the train ignored the spectacle outside of the train, as they had seen it countless times before. But for The Doctor, it broke a smile to his face, reminding him that out of all these years and out of all the things he had seen, he could still have fun and still enjoy what he saw. However, this blissful time was short lived as the train suddenly jerked forward, causing all the passengers to fall onto the floor upon the lights beginning to flicker.

With each flick, the images around The Doctor began to change, the passengers, and the interior of the train. Until finally, the lights flickered back on and The Doctor was suddenly surrounded by modern day men and women, each waiting eagerly to exit the train as it shot up to the station. The doors creaked open as The Doctor slowly got up, his eyes wide with amazement as he slowly exited the train and entered the station, peering around in complete shock. Almost immediately his attention was caught by a young lady who sat playing a guitar, singing more than likely for money. "Excuse me" The Doctor exclaimed, dashing over to her, "Sorry, but...where are we? I..i had a bit of a crazy and completely mad night last night..lots..lots of dancing and stuff..hence forgetting. So, which subway station is this?".

Robin sighed, slamming her head down onto the table she sat at. There had to be a more interesting way to get these sorts of things done, there just had to be. Whatever, dwelling on it wouldn't change the fact that she was still stuck here all day. Or the fact that she had no where near enough money left to pay for lunch. Then again, if she cleaned the table before she left, maybe they wouldn't notice? Oh well, that seemed to be the plan so far. Picking up her tray and taking it to the rubbish bin, she noticed a woman outside take out a guitar and begin to tune it. Nice, hopefully they wouldn't make her leave for doing that. Honestly they needed something to draw people in, it was barely inviting. Setting her empty tray on the stack, she put her hands in her pockets and strolled out the door, fiddling with the crumpled up bill left in one of them.

Before she had a chance to make it out there, though, a wild looking man in a suit rushed up to the woman. Wait, she knew that face, didn't she? The Doctor! Smirking, she leaned against the window and watched, wondering how long it was until she slapped him. Then again, maybe she could tolerate his craziness. It would be much more entertaining if she couldn't, though. Either way, it was better than sitting around and waiting for her Doctor to show up.

She looked up at the wild haired man and smiled a little. "You really shouldn't party that hard if you get that forgetful. But you're in Cardiff. " She chuckled softly. She looked down at her guitar and then at the non-existant crowd. She was a little miffed at the fact that someone had hurried over just as she was getting ready to play. "Hey if you are the manager of this place. I'm sorry. There wasn't a no loitering sign anywhere I could see. I'll pack up and play somewhere else."

She unslung the guitar band from around her neck and looked a little put out. It looked like she was going to have to hoof it to a different area so she wouldn't bother anyone.

"No, no. You can continue" The Doctor quickly replied, trying to stop her before she put away her guitar, "Although, i would tune up A and D just a tad and adjust low E. Oh! Hang on!". A sudden burst of excitement from The Doctor fueled him as he flipped out his sonic screwdriver and hovered it over the woman's guitar, "Try tuning it now" he told her as he slowly yanked his attention over to the train that was departing behind him, "Thanks for the location by the way" he mumbled before walking away. Once the train departed the station, The Doctor peered across the width of the station before leaping across and jetting to the frame of the subway where the train entered the station.

"Interesting" The Doctor mumbled as he flipped on his glasses and scrutinized the frame before scanning it with his sonic screwdriver, "A temporal disturbance....just a fraction out of sync with the rest of the universe..hidden" he continued. Taking off his glasses, The Doctor ran his hand down his face with a sigh, "But why? And why here? In Cardiff".

Robin sighed, almost disappointed in her lack of reaction. Still, the Doctor meant trouble, and at this point, that was sort of what she lived for. Strolling out of the shop, she hurried over towards the woman with the guitar, dropping the last bill from her pocket into the case. 'Hey, mind telling me what he was asking about? Don't worry I'm not a stalker, don't have a reason to be. Just... curious.' She frowned a tad, trying this new thing called not lying. To be honest, she sounded creepier when she was telling the truth, but whatever. Glancing over her shoulder to see no trace of the Time Lord, she shook her head and turned back around to face the girl. 'And if you don't mind, I'm in a bit of a hurry to catch up with him so...' Hm. Well that didn't sound nearly as creepy, should've started with that.

She tested her guitar after the guy had flashed the strings of it with...whatever he had in his hand. She looked up in surprise and a small frown flitted across her face to find he had disappeared. Aleandra made a small noise in annoyance.

That was until a young woman had walked up to her asking about the guy. She raised an eyebrow in question and looked down as the woman dropped a bill into her guitar case. She then picked up the bill folding it and slipping it into her pocket after putting her guitar into the case. She closed it up and grinned hefting the case. "He was asking where he was. and if you follow him I'm going with you. I have to thank him for the awesome sound he...flashed...into the strings..." She hefted her backpack and smirked again. "Besides I have a feeling there is an adventure underfoot." Her eyes twinkled with merriment.

The Doctor pondered the moment at hand for a few seconds, flipping his sonic screwdriver away and using his wits almost completely for the first time in several years. Then suddenly, just before he admitted he was stumped, something caught his eye. A glimmer of both hope and pure energy sparking on the railway just slightly before going out. Jumping down into the railway, The Doctor crouched next to the rail and scrutinized it carefully, "Particle energy" he commented, his eyes dancing down the length of the rail. Like the spark that emitted just moments before, The Doctor received an idea that coursed through him and caused him to jump to his feet. "Oh! Of course! This railway is filled with particle energy! Bursting! All i've got to do is course the power through the rails and up to one point just before being met with another point to cause an explosion of the energy and rip open a new hole. Letting me back through! Ha!".

Feeling accomplished by his minds working of the problem, The Doctor scaled up the side of the railway and pulled himself back up into the station and began his ran again before being stopped by an officer. "Sir. We caught you on camera looking at the rail" The police officer began, "This is a high criminal offense, now unless you've got one damn good explanation then i am going to have to put you in custody.". The Doctor's expression immediately changed to one of seriousness as he glared at the man, deep within his eyes, "This station is filled with particle energy, bursting at the seems. Now if you don't let me use it to get back to my TARDIS within the next...oh i don't know..ten minutes then this entire place will blow higher than the tower of London!!".

Robin almost frowned as the girl began to pack up, thinking she might have just made her uncomfortable enough to want to leave. To her surprise, she was standing up, ready to go out and look for the Doctor. Poor woman didn't know what she was getting into... But alright, better than nothing. Giggling, she crossed her arms, turning around to look in the direction the Doctor had run off to once more. 'Well you're the one who knows where he went, mind showing me? Sorry, haven't been to Cardiff much. Well... not this Cardiff.. anyway! Did he say specifically what he was looking for?' Casting a glance behind her at the girl, who unfortunately had not given her a name yet, she began to wonder what made her want to come along. Honestly, to the outside eye, people like her and the Doctor usually just looked insane, but for once, someone actually wanted to stick around? Hm, that was a nice change.

"He more than likely went near the tracks...it is a station after all." She said and held out her hand. "Aleandra. Ally to my friends." She mentioned and shook her head. "Not in the slightest." She said softly and lightly bit her lower lip thinking about her younger brother.

"How many Cardiff's have you been to?"

The police officer stopped and paused at the sudden emotional explosion from The Doctor before finally replying, "Looks like you've got a lot to do then" and moving out of the way. With a nod and a settle two fingered salute, The Doctor dashed by the officer; his sights and attention now set on the generators of the subway station. Within one minute The Doctor had reached the generator room and immediately went to work, using not only his sonic screwdriver but also his knowledge of human technology to help him work through the seemingly endless wires and panels inside of the generator. Until finally yanking out two wires and a grin appeared on his face, "Ha!" he proclaimed, spinning around and jetting over to the supply closet and gathering up two long cords.

Connected the cords to the two wires, The Doctor placed the two cords into one hand and ran them back out of the room and across the station, once more passing the police officer. "What are you-" The officer started before The Doctor quickly shouted back, "Rule number two! Don't ask stupid questions!!" and the officer stopped, peering down with a silent nod.

Robin rolled her eyes, letting out a small sigh. 'Um.. 3? Technically 2, but if you count different... let's say time zones, then 3. Now, again, you're the one who knows where he left to, you're the one who's gotta lead me there. At least tell me what station it is.' She tried to get across the fact that she kind of needed to hurry, because knowing the Doctor, he would be gone by the time they got there at this rate. Even if she wouldn't know what station she was talking about, someone around here could give her directions, right? It was still something to go off of, and that was more than she had right now. Tapping her fingers on her arm, she looked up at the woman in hopes that she'd actually take off in the direction she pointed the Doctor in.

She raised an eyebrow in a sign of doubt and then shrugged. "Tracks are this way..." She stated and made her way to the train tracks in search of the man her acquaintance was asking about.

Needless to say, when she spotted him holding a pair of wire cables and had a police officer at his side she scratched at her temple. "Yo! If you touch one of those wires to something your gonna fry yourself!" She yelled and ran towards the guy.

Jetting through the station, The Doctor weaved in and out of the crowds of people, his eyes dancing over their forms to make sure he didn't not to run into them. Spinning out from corner of the station, The Doctor entered the main lobby where he was just moments before when he spoke with the woman. One crowd after another, The Doctor managed to bolt by them but not one group. Two standalone girls standing near one another. The Doctor was going too fast to miss them both, he had to choose and in a split second he shot right and proclaimed, "Robin!! Move!!!!" before hitting her shoulder lightly and jetting past her.

With the cords in hand, The Doctor leaped down into the railway of the station and jammed the cords directly into the rods of the railway. Peering over his right shoulder, The Doctor saw the lights from the train in the distance, roaring towards him with every passing second. The energy from the cords coursed through the railing, stopping at the frame of the entrance of the station and hitting the front of the subway train. In front of the trail a ball of electricity burst into existence as The Doctor stood up and leaped out of the way and back up on the station floor. With a grin plastered on his face he rushed to the frame where the energy was still coursing and flipped out his sonic screwdriver. Activating it over the frame, the electric energy coursed stronger and more prominent to the naked eye, "Nine seconds until impact. Time this right and we can get sucked straight back to where i was before...time it wrong..and..well...let's worry about that when it comes" The Doctor spoke out loud, guessing the two had made their way behind him by now.

Robin offered a small smile as the woman finally led her in the direction they needed to go, following behind her and using what little patience she did have to resist the urge to run. Lucky for her, they got there quicker than she expected, so she got to save her energy for what she certainly did not expect to come next. Eyes widened as the Doctor ran past, she jumped to the side to get out of his way, staring incredulously at him as he sprinted towards whatever it was he was actually doing. What... Shaking her head, she spun around and dashed after him, not really caring about how mad they looked. She still had no idea what was going on, but there was no better way to find out than to find the source of the problem, and knowing the Doctor, he'd take her right to it. 'Oi!' She yelped, skidding to a halt as he ran into the tracks and placed the wires. What the bloody hell was he doing?! Only managing to keep her mouth shut until he was finished with his rather confusing explanation, she blurted out, 'What?! What impact, what even... What's going on?!'

"This entire subway station is bursting with particle energy" The Doctor initially replied before pausing with a sigh and turning his attention to Robin and her friend, "Particle energy is created when a huge temporal disturbance takes place, it can have major implications. Ever wonder why black holes were created? Well..i may or may not have created some of them. Anyways! I was in 2155 inside of a galactic subway station on route to Helian 5 when i was transported here...i don't know what happened and i can't know until i get back to my TARDIS. If the current of the generator energy meshes with the particle energy in this frame where i entered it will created a temporary black hole with the train and it's energy acting as my jump start".

Peering back to the fast approaching train, The Doctor counted the seconds down he had in his head as he glanced back to Robin and her friend, "When the train hits the hole it will implode on itself and cancel out. I can ride the pulse from the train through the black hole and back to the station..you can come with but you have to take my hand. Now!". Extending his hand out to Robin, The Doctor placed the other on the frame as the train became four seconds out from getting the now open mini black hole hovering in the center, "Trust me" The Doctor said calmly, peering back to Robin, "Trust me..I'm The Doctor".

Aleandra's eyes widened almost comically. "So you going to, and i quote, blow a hole in the fabric of time? With wires and a train?!" She asked and watched as a black hole began forming in the middle of the tracks. "Well," she said with a shrug, "Consider me convinced!" She grabbed both the young womans hand and that of the wild haired stranger. "This better not kill us all else I'm coming back to haunt your arse boyo!" She gave the wild haired man a look that promised just that.

Aleandra's hand connected the three together just in the nick of time as the train connected with the black hole, sending jolts of electricity through the trio. One moment they were standing inside of the subway station, the next, their consciousnesses spiraling through the light blue and green time vortex, their bodies meshing together into one liquid like form. Then, suddenly, a red flash appeared and their consciousnesses meshed back with their bodies which landed in the center of a intergalactic subway station. "Worst way possible to time travel" The Doctor growled, cracking his back with a sigh, "Now all there is to do is figure out why and who sent me back to Cardiff" he reasoned.

Around them swarmed groups of various aliens, all walking on the glass like platform all of them stood on. Underneath, and above them was the glass like structure while outside of that stood endless stars and far of galaxies. Suddenly the far left side of the station opened up and a silver, with a blue neon light running down the side, sped through the station. The wall wavered like water as the monorail like train hovered through it, stopped then dropped people off. "Oh.."The Doctor said suddenly, coming to a realization, "Forgot to say. Robin..guitar girl..welcome to the intergalactic transportation station number 5..or for short igts 5. Take you anywhere you want to go in the twenty second century..brilliant technology".

Aleandra closed her eyes just as the train hit the black hole and bit the inside of her cheek to keep from screaming. The trip had felt like another car accident to her, the speed and intensity of it made her keep her eyes clenched shut even after they had arrived. By that time she was attempting to will herself not to vomit all over the converse the guy was wearing. She pried open her eyes and looked around her mouth opening at the awe of it.

"I-G-T-S 5?" She asked. "Hold up but we were just in Cardiff..."She trailed off and pointed at the wild haired man. "You're saying that one...We aren't in Cardiff, but halfway across the galaxy AND in the twenty second century?! Bloody hell..." She stepped back and took it in. "Here I was semi-content with just traveling the Earth." She grinned widely at the wild-haired man. "The Doctor hmmn?" She tilted her head. "First of all, it's not guitar girl...the name is Aleandra. Most people just call me Ally though." She held out a hand to shake hands with the Doctor. "Funnily enough you look human...and you're an alien...gotta be. Power over all this tech? Humanity would have a field day dissecting it saying if its right or wrong. But you pop into any time without so much as a how do you do." She grinned even wider. "Sounds fun. By the way; what'd you do to my guitar?" She asked her curiosity growing. "What was that tool...funny lil buzzing sound eh?"

((I apologize for my major writer's block but I'm back! >.>))

Robin listened intently to the Doctor explanation, rolling her eyes when he stated he created a few black holes. Honestly it wasn't surprising. Once Aleandra rushed over and clamped onto their hands, she moved her other one over hand held on, just in time for the lot of them to be whisked off through the time vortex and into a completely different part of space.

As soon as they landed, she dropped Ally's hand, using all her will power to not collapse to the ground. God, that was terrible. That was truly, truly the worst thing she'd ever experienced. Well... No. No it wasn't. But forgetting that fact, she turned to the Doctor with an eyebrow raised, prepared to rant to him about how he probably didn't even think about how a human would react to that, or the fact that they might die, but held herself back and allowed the other woman to speak. Her words would be much more interesting anyway. She smirked as she listened, understanding why the Doctor liked taking people out to explore. Just to see their reactions - it was brilliant. Plus, this one was clever. Hm. Hopefully she'd run into her more often, and she probably would since almost everything interesting that ever happened, happened in England.

The Doctor flipped out his sonic screwdriver and quickly showed it to Aleandra, "It's called a Sonic Screwdriver. Very useful to those how know how to use it and yes, this isn't Cardiff. No i'm not human, i'm a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. I'm over one thousand years old and if you don't mind i've got a mad man to find..and before you ask..no, not me". Spinning on his heel, he turned his body and attention over to the station terminals, displaying holographic arrival times for various trains and set locations. "What i'm looking for is this sort of blue light emitting from somewhere" The Doctor began, his eyes dancing over the groups of people and even the passing subway train which boarded just moments before, "You can't transport someone of something across time and space that quickly without leaving something behind. Something small...or something so obvious i'm missing it".

Ally wanted to smack the Time Lord in the back of the head for his rudeness. She had been clever and yet was rewarded with rudeness! The back of his head was presenting a pretty good target. She looked over at Robin and something was flashing a blue light on the floor against the wall. She smirked and went over to pick up whatever it was.

She then grinned a little. It was the perfect time to get back at him for the rudeness. She closed her hand around the thing whatever it was and walked up behind this so called Doctor and grinned before giving the back of his head a good smack after she had put her guitar case down of course. "That was for the rudeness Doc. I don't even let my brother be that rude." She said and grinned. "However is this what you're looking for?" She asked as she held up what she had found.

"Oi" The Doctor exclaimed, holding the back of the head where he had been slapped before turning and seeing the glowing rock held firmly in Aleandra's hand, "Oh, that's just beautiful". His voice and tone immediately changing upon the sight of the glowing rock before taking it lightly out of Aleandra's hand and studying it, "Packed with particle energy but also something else....nice work by the way Aleandra but in the future...just..don't pick up things you don't what it is. Yes, i know i do it but that's after i know what it is..well..not really..well..not at all but still..just be careful". Turning back around, The Doctor gazed around the subway station as another train sped off into deep space just to turn back to Aleandra and Robin once more. "Particle energy can only be held by two known beings in the universe..well...the ones i know about anyways" The Doctor began, tossing the rock back to Aleandra, "That being Timelords and Axons. But the Axon's are nowhere near this part of the universe...The Axons are intergalactic beings of energy..gathering it to form their bodies and manipulate it to create fuel for their ships. Last i saw them they tried to strip Earth of all it's energy..but it can't be the case here..well...at least i don't think".

Rubbing the back of his head, The Doctor peered into the deep space looming behind his two ally's before glancing back to them and the rock which Aleandra currently held, "Aleandra...i need you to press both sides of that rock. If it's an Axonite rock then it will glow brighter then flicker out...if it's...well..my technology..my people's then a voice will come out. Sort of telepathic mail we sent each other in times of need..but..." he paused, "It can't be".

Her face turned a slight pale shade as she looked down at the stone in her hands and looked at the great-haired Time Lord in front of her. "Okay..." She said as she pressed down on both sides of the rock and closed her eyes a little afraid of what would happen. Curiosity did get the better of her though and she peeked one eye open to watch.

((Sorry life caught up and school got a bit harder.))
