| I can be impatient with waiting for replies, when I want a story extended I use shorter posts. I stick with what "feels" right for my character while trying to incorporate some character growth. If I have inspiration I tend to skip right to it so that I don't forget its a habit I'm trying to break. I'm new at writing rp's so any Doctor. I have a rigid work schedule so would need to know when the best times to rp with a partner would be. | |

| I like to be the 10th doctors assistance. I like to get into a lot of trouble weather making fun of a darleck or just having fun. I am in school right now. I get out at 2:35 so threw out the day I might be on and off. my rpoc is Scarlett. my enemy is cyber men and mainly darlecks. I love to pull pranks on mostly enemys. every once and a while I will get on the doctors nerves. I can figure things out when I need to and sometimes I help the doctor with certain things. the type of writing style I like is short medium,romance/adventure/humor is my writing styles.i have roleplayed before but not on this site before, only with friends. | |

| Ok. Let's try this. I usually go for a darker style (something like series 4, 7, or but I like to keep it light enough to still be fun. Certainly not dragging on and on with just some atmosphere to guide it, but not as upbeat as say series 5 or even series 2. Thanks for the results when they come! | |

| Once I get my character approved I would love to do something with the 10th doctor (David) or maybe the 11th (Matt) Sometimes I am really bubbly and my responses are medium length and I make witty jokes and do more of a "Amy's Choice" kinda thing. But sometimes it's really serious and breathtaking and you just want to read more... Like, "The Name of the Doctor" But I love David Tennet and I'd give anything to go on an adventure with his doctor(s)* *If you didn't know, he's the 10th and 11th doctor becuase of the donna doctor episode thingie and Matt Smith (The real 12th doctor) says so to Clara when he's in Christmas (The town) and when they have that episode with David, Matt, and the time war doctor in it the time lord advisor guy says "NO, all 13 of them!"* | |

| Hi-yo, I'm still working out my character's profile at the moment, but one element that keeps occurring to me is the idea that Jay (blah-blah, typical 'Child Prodigy' character in the vein of Zoe, albeit in a more contemporary setting) WAS initially set up for a fairly typical and dry scientific career until a chance encounter with the Doctor... but the question is: which one!? So, since this thread exists, I figured I'd give it a shot and see who might be suggested as the Doctor who helps transition my character from wanting to be a lab shut-in all his life to... well, going into the whole 'scientific adventurer' deal.
My own roleplay style tends towards description focused mostly on the characters and their actions, the setting and environment usually get less work unless directly involved with the scene, or an initial description to set the scene. When it comes to writing, I tend to include little asides, often using parentheses to offer alternative 'thoughts' from the 'narrator' of the post itself. Usually this is an effort at some kind of joke that my character would, himself, be unaware of. Or just random little 'Or so he thought' reminders.
I feel my writing style, also, tends to be rather... blunted. Better suited for quick adventure and moving from one scene to the next. I like to think of it as fast-paced, others might think of it as lacking refined detail-work. Occasionally I delve into my characters' actual thoughts...
But bullet-points... my style is -Fast -A little choppy, moving onto new thoughts and ideas rapidly (a bit like literary ADD I suppose) -Generally light-hearted (except when its time to pull out some DRAMA and make sure its SRS BIZNIZ!) -Seems suited to an almost pulp-style adventure.
----
I bring this up because.... well, why not? And now... back to working on my character's actual bio! | |

| I'd like to say that I right kind of light heartily, I kind of enjoyed the style of the 4th, 10th, and 11th doctors. My character is the Ninth Doctor from the Curse of Fatal Death. | |
