Tim Wallace

Tim is a human he is 19 years old and is tall and skinny and is a bit pale. He has blonde hair and brown eyes with black circles under them. He wears a white button up shirt and black khaki pants with black formal shoes. When he was 4 years old he was diagnosed with Schitzophrenia all of his life he was made fun of because he always had hallucinations of see things like pirates ghosts or aliens. Or he was either made fun of for his lack of communication skills or concentration. Until finally at the age of 16 he saw a mysterious  man by a blue telephone box wearing a  blueish purple suit and tie with a long brown coat and spikey hair known as The Doctor. The Doctor asked Tim if he would like to go with him to see planets and other life he has never seen before and will never forget. Tim went with him in the blue box he found out was a time machine known as the TARDIS which was bigger on the inside. The Doctor took him to planets like the planet of the ood or Raxacoricofallapatorius and etc. The Doctor taught Tim about other civilizations from outerspace like The Daleks,Cybermen sonotarans Judoon and Slitheen Etc. Finally The Doctor brought him back to earth the exact point in time he found him and brought him along and left him there with knowledge the human race cant even develop. He soon start to tell his mom and dad about The Doctor and the planets or Aliens he saw, he even did a report on it. Soon he started getting hostile and defensive when his parents and teachers told him The Doctor wasn't real when he started making clay figures or drawings of the doctor and The TARDIS. He attacked his Teacher and hurt him bad when he denied The Doctor and the planets and aliens's existence. He was sent to a mental institution and was there for four years until when The Daleks and Cybermen invaded earth and saw The Doctor they let him out and now he lives by himself desperately searching for The Doctor. He also acts more like a child then an adult but also has adult statistics.

Ok, I cannot approve this for one small thing that you can change easily.
Not only would the Doctor NOT tell some random person all about the Time Lords, he would not teach them to read/write Gallifreyan. The man can hardly bear to look back on his past, why would he teach someone about his people?
Other than that, it's fine, just take that out or change it to something more believable and I will approve, but until then, no, sorry Tor. Its gotta stick to the Doctor Who lines somewhat.
