Hello! A few things need to happen before approving your alien race.

First, please use the alien creation template found [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Makes it much easier for us to read and understand. Also, please put a title.

Secondly, please describe the Julmani in as much detail as possible. What makes them scary? What do they look like, in addition to having purple fur? What do they act like? What do they do? What's their history? What do you mean by "many planets"? These are all things you need to tell us before they can be approved.

Third, they cannot have all the technology. It's impossible. And while you may like them more than Time Lords, due to show canon, I doubt there's any race of people "better" than the Time Lords. Please remove that statement.

I'm sorry, but I still can't approve this. You ignored most of what I said.

All areas of the application need to be expanded on. This needs much more detail. We know hardly anything about this race by looking at the app.

They also cannot have "almost all the technology." Nor can they have "conquered all the planets." And I seriously doubt they could have killed "a ton of Time Lords" without the Time Lords wiping them out. All these need to be limited.
