| Name: Romana's Sonic Screwdriver Abilities: Tired of having to use the Doctor's (in her eyes) inefficient screwdriver, Romana made her own, using the numerous odds and ends she found in the TARDIS. It is capable of intercepting electronic signals, soldering and cutting thin metals, etc. It can be used to hack computers, disrupt or enhance electrical components, open or break locks, and help fix K-9. It can function for at least a week before it needs to be charged again. It cannot hurt a living being, except for those who are sensitive to sound. And it is, of course, ineffective against wood. It also cannot open a deadlock seal and cannot repair itself, should it be broken. Appearance: A slender, sleek screwdriver with a gold tip and green accents. Instead of using a Metebelis crystal, it is comprised entirely of electrical components. | |

| Before I could approve this, I would just need a few more clarifying details.
-We need just a little bit more in the ability section. Namely, I'd like to see a range for the time that it can go without charging: for example how long it could go with heavy use and how long it could go if it weren't used at all.
-Info on how it's activated, be it a button or just by thinking really hard, then just some explanations on how it looks and sounds when it's used
Other than that, everything looks pretty good to me. So just post again once you've made the edits and I think you'll be good to go.

| Espen, how are we to know all this? We don't even know the charge times for the Doctor's screwdriver, let alone for Romana's.
Likewise we don't definitively know how the Doctor's screwdriver is activated. It could be button, thought or both. Or for all we know there could be an extremely advanced sensory device that detects how hard the Doctor holds it and exactly where he places/moves his fingers. We don't know, not for 100% sure.
This was an acceptable application. I tricked you, but it was a necessary trick. Not all applications you'll review will have something wrong with them. We don't need exact details on everything all the time. Part of being someone who accepts and denies applications is not knowing when something is wrong, but knowing when it's acceptable.
