500 Member event!

As a thank you and congratulations for all of the members on this beautiful site for reaching over 500 MEMBERS, we (David and I) Think an RP event is a brilliant way to celebrate.

In short the idea is this:
The Tenth Doctor is sitting in his Tardis while it flies through the vortex, but something goes wrong and it sends out a wave of energy (Haven't named it yet) that comes into contact with everyone that has traveled through time at one point or another, either with a vortex manipulator or in the TARDIS itself.

And after this wave of sorts hits them (It wouldn't be anything bad, maybe thrown off their feet or feel like a strong wind just passed over them.) these people begin running into people (Either themselves or people they've met) From either their past or future.

Basically their timelines are converging on the current one we're all in. Past is colliding with the present and the future is crashing in with it.

As an example, I've composed a Reply for said Event (It won't be used, example only) to help understand what I tried to explain.

Frowning slightly at the blast of wind that nearly knocked her back into the street, Tyra ducked into a nearby cafe and made her way up to the counter, brushing off the odd occurance without thinking. "Hey, I'll take a coffee and... Er, one of those cookies you've got there. Surprise me." She murmured to the cashier before turning to look around the crowded room, eyes narrowed slightly while studying them. Something wasn't right, she couldn't tell what it was, but there was just... Something that didn't sit the way it did moments ago. A shift in the air maybe, a uttered sigh that didn't quite fit with the surroundings.

Then she spotted her, there was no way it could have been her, she saw the death, she watched her fall and never return. Without thinking, Tyra found herself walking slowly towards the woman by the window, unable to take her eyes off of her until she turned, the matching blue of her eyes freezing the girl in her tracks. "Hello, Tyra. Good to see you again." The woman smiled, the same smile from so many years ago, very out of place in this cafe, surrounded by these people. The last thing she remembered was her Mother's blue eyes widening as she swayed forward into Sonya's arms.

Just an example, but it explains what I mean by the Event. Any ideas? Likes, dislikes, maybe a pimp slap upside my head because it's all a horrible idea? Let me know what you think guys!

Sounds cool, I have more hours at work,so I would not be able to be apart,but I do enjoy reading the events. it is like reading a very good round robin fanfiction in a way. I had a morning shift today so i am a little loopy right now.

I was just noting the parallels of my idea and your ideas really. Also was not suggesting mine to be the cause...but was at the same time... Razz

But I'm assuming y'all have something minorly worked out, and I like the idea!

I'd prefer to play a Classic age instead of SJA age, however, I'll go where the story demands.

Alright guys. Which general time do you think would be best? I know that school is starting back up, for me it's college and there's no way i would be able to run a big event with college and work on top of everything. I am sure others feel the same way.
