| For those that have seen the Series 8 finale, jot in your thoughts and comments. On the finale or entire series as a whole. Do you like Capaldi's debut series? Was it too dark? I personally am still reeling over the loss of Osgood *sniff sniff* i really wanted her to be a companion . I hate Moffat sometimes | |

| I can't believe Osgood and Kate were killed... but then again it is The Master of all villains, he/she would do that sort of thing to break The Doctor. I liked this series, the dark twists made me love Capaldi but I'm still a big fan of 10 and that won't ever change no matter how good the more recent Doctors are | |

| I kinda called on the idea of Missy being the Master when she first showed up. Still I do think this is among the most evil plans the Master's ever had. Sure did add more emotional scenes with Clara and Danny, who I'll admit I had mixed feelings for throughout the whole series. Still he had a grand final moment. Everyone else's victories feel a little bitter since Clara's alone and the Doctor still hasn't found Galifrey, not to mention the Master is dead and the two were still friends deep down. | |

| I haven't watched the series finale yet (bad on my reading about it >_>) but I feel irked by the idea of the Master being a girl...but I haven't seen it to know exactly what y'all are talking about. | |

| I was expecting so much from the finale, to me it was just weak to be honest.
The build up was great but the solution to the problem at the end could have been much better. And yeah, i completely agree with Osgood. I loved Osgood and really thought she could be a possible companion when he said, "Anywhere in time and space". More reasons to hate Missy i guess.
Oh and her death was horrible as well. I would have kept her alive to be honest; much more future story line possibilities.

| Oh my goodness. I cried at the end because of Danny being gone and stuff, but then cracked up at the very end when Santa showed up! | |

| Ok so I finally caught up, sad to see Pink go. Though I'm miffed they didn't explain why the Master became female. Guys don't regenerate into girls, that just doesn't happen. So I'm wondering if the Master changed his gender to mess with the Doctor on purpose or what. I know he was seriously unstable and ripped open when he went back to Gallifrey...but meh. Don't see why they couldn't have left him as a guy. | |

| Actually, Meta, Timelord regenerations are random with the genders sometimes. Some guys wind up as girls and visa-versa. It's possible but not too often. I'm still wondering HOW he's the only one to have made it and none of the other timelords. | |

| Other than the 14th doctor on this site, where has that happened before?
Made what? Made it off Gallifrey?

| They explain it through cannon material. Don't know if it's happen in the show or in tie-in material but it's possible. And yeah, I mean off Gallifrey. I thought it was lost in a moment of time somewhere. I mean maybe Missy used a TARDIS but that leaves me wondering why the other Timelords haven't tried that. | |

| Maybe they have, but the Doctor hasn't met them yet? | |

| I quite liked Missy. Not my favourite Master, but not bad. I don't have a problem with the Master being a woman but I didn't particularly like the idea of the Doctor being her 'boyfriend.' That said - 'I just want my friend back' - was my favourite line of the whole series. I don't think she's going to stay dead though | |

| Given how unstable he was, I wouldn't be surprised if two versions of him showed up, the original male and then Missy. >.> At least I can hope. | |
