History:

She grew up with good and loving parents and in good schooling. They looked out for her and she was quite innocent for most of her life. As an intelligent young girl, she was in several gifted programs and many after school activities. She was always encouraged to do her best and not worry about being THE best, so she always held herself to high standards. Lira's parents passed strong morals down to her as well, so she values wisdom above intelligence, though they are both very close on her list.

Finally at college, she doesn't want to mess up since the consequences of messing up when one is on one's own are much higher than when one has someone to cover for him or her. Though she is excelling in academic environments, socially she is struggling. With an array of talents, she has no clear direction to pursue. She feels pressure from all sides to figure out what to do with her life so early into it. Lira is also learning who to trust.

In short, she is a college freshman. She's trying to figure out herself while keeping life going.
