Personality: Noah's person personality is usually happy. She is also a curious little fella. Too curious. She is always prepared to correct the doctor on any mistake he makes.

History: Noah was born in Glasgow, Scotland to Marianne and Spencer Wolfanger. The two parent always complained about... Well... Every thing. Eventually they got divorced. Marianne moved to London, England to get away from their former house but Spencer couldn't bear to see Noah so he left to London to, where he was soon married to a woman named Rosa.

Noah had the rest of her life normal-ish. Besides a Slitheen attack where Marianne died. Atleast she found out how to protect herself before she died because she dropped a bottle of vinegar when she died. Noah was depressed after that for a few years. She also heard someone talk about 'The Doctor' at the scene. She looked up The Doctor and the internet and found many articles. She was determined to find The Doctor.

Yeah, I know, I missed it. But she did post in the canon connection area, and had an RP sample attached to that. After seeing that, I am going to say she's still approved. Unless someone like Sonya or Brax thinks the specific RP prompt is necessary, I think its okay.
