Elena is a normal (albeit a bit nerdy) human woman with a normal mom and dad and a normal little sister. She had a normal childhood and now lives a normal life as a normal librarian. She's pretty darn normal. Like, seriously, I'm drowning in her normalcy. There's nothing notable about her except for her love of science fiction and fantasy books.
