| "Rain. Pouring. Never stopping. Always raining" Tirelessly moaned Timothy Crew as he stared aimlessly outside of his bedroom window as he had done for the past couple of days. All the happiness and joy in city of Cambridge seemed to fall apart; an through the classes day in and day out that the students had to take, these times in between were held the most precious. Then one day, a statue caught the eye of Timothy as he passed by the library on his way to class. The tapping of constant rain hitting his umbrella which shielded him from the uncomfortable sensation of being drenched. For a moment he looked at the statue, the hands covering the eyes as if in mourn and its wings held high, pointing to the heavens. "When did that get there?" Timothy asked another student as she passed by, but by the time he looked again, the statue had gone. Shaking his head and assuring the other student he was not crazy, Timothy carried on with his academic life, though each day he saw the statue more and more, sometimes even seeing a different one.
"Look, i don't know what to tell you. We have had no statues placed in the university." The headmaster reassured Timothy, who sat hunched over in one of the two chairs in front of his desk, "Maybe your studies are getting to you..get some nights sleep. Everything will clear up by morning". That night came to no aid to the soul of Timothy Crew as he sat ideal in his bed, staring up at the ceiling until countless screams echoed throughout the university. Shooting up from his bed, Timothy dashed out of his dorm, only to see that exact Weeping Angel he had seen in days past to be hovering over a pile of books that had just hit the floor. It's arms stretched out as if it were lunging at someone and it's nails sharpened outwards.
Walking to the front of the Weeping Angel, Timothy looked at its face which bore menacing sharp teeth and a wicked scowl. From the corner of his eye he saw a shadow move, then another, and another, until finally it forced his attention to shift just slightly, for a second. A second enough for the angel in front of him to move an inch closer before Timothy peered at it once more. A bead of sweat dripped down his cheek, his eyes locked in terror, legs stiffer than a rock in fear and a chill rolling down his spine. Run. Run..Run you fool Echoed his subconscious before he obeyed and ran; ran faster than he had ever done before until making it off of school grounds. Only then, and only then, did he turn around to witness the school covered in the statues, some glaring out of the windows, some in mid stride over the courtyard and some still in their positions after taking a student.
That night caused the nearby towns and cities to never sleep, including Timothy, especially Timothy. Cambridge had fallen to the Weeping Angels and soon the neighboring towns began to go quiet. Quickly the entire country became fearful and there hence forth loomed the Era of Weeping.
For those who dare trek into the University for paranormal tv shows and video capturing, none stop them in proceeding. But they never come back..ever. Only one is said to have made it out alive from Cambridge University, Timothy Crew.

| Mal was chilled to the bone as she sped down the walkway with a brisk pace. Her whole body was stiff with paranoid fear and her eyes darted around. It was getting dark and she had been doing her best in keeping up with England's happenings by reading the papers. It just so happenedto mention the odd disappearances that were occurring throughout the country. But it was impossible, wasn't it? There's no such things as... as moving statues. That was just absurd!
Nonetheless she was frightened and anxious to get to her flat. Apparently those silly angels were not the only thing to worry about. She may die of hypothermia if she didn't cover herself in a thousand layers soon. A cool wind picked up, causing her teeth to chatter and add to her anxiousness.
Turning a bend she came to an abrupt stop and screamed in horror... right in the face of a man. The shocked look of the large person turned to that of irritation as he shoved past her without a word and stormed off. Jesus.. that was horrifying. Mal's heart was pounding painfully in her chest and she thought it was going to rip itself out and flop on the pavement.
After getting a move on, something shifted at the corner of her eye. Her eyes quickly shifted towards it but found it was just a cat.
Paranoid... she was just paranoid. But perhaps it wasn't in vain. Because when the doors to her flat came in sight, she saw the very statue dreaded by the people of England. The mournful angel blocked her path and the day was only growing shorter.

| The news of the incident and the events that took place after that only keep adding to The Doctors curiosity as he stood over his control console and peered at the scanner and sweep through the written articles in the local newspapers. Angels attack once more. Terror of stone. Murder, disappearances happen more often. Police task force gone in broad day light. All headings of recent papers, it was easy to understand everyone's fear and horror as they walked to their flats and houses in the dead of night, or during the day for that matter. Sighing, The Doctor rubbed the back of his head and yanked down the lever; the TARDIS burst through the time vortex and spun widely as it maneuvered past time lines and fixed points until finally it found it's way onto a dark, damp and lonely street corner.
The sounds of the TARDIS materializing echoed through the streets and continued until they hit the water which repeatedly struck the flood gates on a by the second basis. With a creek, the door opened and out popped The Doctors head before he fazed around the street for a moment then exiting the time machine. The door closed behind him with a slight tug and The Doctor entered the dimly lit street, it's cobble stoned ground that was laced with puddles from the recent rain causing an echoing sound as he progressed.
It wasn't until the echoing scream of a woman caught The Doctor attention that he waved off of the beaten path and began to dash through the streets like the mad man he was. Quickly he caught up to a man who huddled behind his coats collar as he turned and walked up his flats steps, not acknowledging The Doctors presence at all. "Someones having a bad day" The Doctor mumbled, turning away from the man and spinning around the corner to see an, obviously, shook young woman who faced a Weeping Angel as it stood between her and a door. Extending out his arm as if to stop her, The Doctor called out, "Keep your eyes on it" he yelled to her, "Don't look at me. Look at the angel and back up. Come to my voice. Trust me".

| It was just standing there. Weren't these things supposed to spring to life and kidnap the unsuspecting (or even suspecting, for that matter) souls of England? Maybe this was just a joke. Someone must have put it there just to scare the pants off of Mal. Well, she couldn't say it wasn't working. In her utter uncertainty, Mal just stood there and stared at the Weeping Angel with a look that must have resembled a deer in a set of headlights.
The sound of a voice calling out to Mal caused her to jerk in surprise. She didn't turn but she certainly didn't move right away either. Ok, stare at the damn thing. Don't take your eyes off it. How hard could that be? Nerves were getting the better of her and the command only caused her to perspire more than she already was. Great, not only did the wind feel colder but she was going to stink too. Did she really care about that right now? Well certainly if she was going to make her way to the man waiting a few yards away. Mal's right arm momentarily came out of paralysis to smack herself in the head. She always did think too much at the worse of times.
Swallowing heavily, she slowly backed away from the angel at the door and towards the mysterious man behind her. What if this bloke placed the statue there just to coax her away and appear to be a hero? He was probably going to kidnap her! So this is how all those people went missing. Jeez, talk about paranoid. Keep your head together, will yeah? Mal thought to herself. This notion would, of course, be impossible given the amount of people gone in such a short time.
Mal kept going until her back touched the man who called out to get in the first place. It caused her to squeak and painfully tense up. She swore she could feel her heart stop and it took a while before her body would allow her to breathe.

| A scream rent the air, jerking Sonya from her thoughts. Looking around quickly, she suddenly realized she had been sitting on the bench for over an hour. Not even noticing as the dark descended around her while she thought. Jumping to her feet, she started running towards where she heard the noise, skidding around corners and nearly running into someone that had been racing in the opposite direction she was. Late getting home no doubt, casting a glance over her shoulder, a shudder coursed down her spine at the sight. Nearly bringing her to a standstill as she stared at the angel statue that stood where the man last was. Turning a corner quickly, she stretched her legs out, cursing her inability to keep running at a fast pace. Tucking her head down, she focused on her feet as they slapped against the pavement. Forgetting everything else as she ran, casting another glance behind her, she felt a falter in her step. The street was empty, no angel was chasing her, in fact... It was deserted, absolutely deserted. Slowing to a stop, she leaned her back against a brick wall, her chest heaving as she tried to catch her breath. Two hearts or no, she still wasn't the best runner, even if something was chasing her. Leaning her hands on her knees, she shut her eyes tight and focused on calming her hearts down to a reasonable pace before continuing down the road once more. Turning the corner ahead, she spotted a familiar figure in a long, tan overcoat and a young woman with him. Should have known better than to think he wouldn't come. Sonya thought wryly to herself as she jogged up behind them. Not saying a word as she caught sight of another statue standing in front of a door. | |

| The Doctor placed his hand onto the woman's shoulder as she squeaked, "It's alright, i'm not going to hurt you. Just stay calm, breathe..everything is going to be fine" he told her in a calm low toned voice as he stepped in front of her to face the angel, "Guessing from the sound of footsteps behind me, i reckon that'd be you Sonya. Good. I need you to take her inside the nearest open building or flat..i will keep an eye out for the angels. That should buy you enough time". His eyes locked onto the angel and never came off of it, though there was a temptation to blink constantly nagging him, he forced himself to push on and keep his eye focused as the hands of the angel slowly began to move away from it's eyes. The hands crunched down the angel to reveal it's face which turned to face The Doctor, How is this happening? Have they evolved? No, they can't have. Distraction, it's a distraction!, echoed in his subconscious before he spun on his heel just in time to catch sight of an angel dashing up to them from the corner. "Sonya" The Doctor called over his shoulder as he locked eyes with the angel inches in front of him, "Going to need you to hurry up with that. I don't know how many there are". | |

| "Quite a few, I spotted one on the way here... Well.." Sonya added, her hand reaching out and grabbing the woman's wrist gently as she spotted what the Doctor looked at out of the corner of her eye. "That would probably be my friend right there actually..." She added with a sigh, casting a glance at the Doctor, she managed a wry smile before moving towards a unblocked doorway, her hand grabbing the handle tightly. "Can you make it to your TARDIS from here? Because I honestly don't think a simple door is going to keep them out... I was thinking more like... The top floor of that building over there." She added, nodding over towards the skyscraper a few blocks away. "You can follow me, but make sure to close the door tightly behind you, Or they can follow us too and our little jaunt will be pretty much useless." Opening the door sharply, she pulled the woman inside and pushed her back into the empty office behind her. Moving back to the doorway, she peered out and glanced at the Doctor. "Come on, get that skinny body of yours moving!" | |

| Mal dumbly looked up at the man and let out a puff of air she wasn't even aware of holding. His voice calmed her nerves enough that her brain began to function again. Now if only her voice would follow suit she could get a few questions answered. Clearing it, she attempted to form words until she spotted the statue moving. Moving! It was actually moving! "Oh! Wh-what is that? No way, this can't be real."
Before Mal could panic too much, her wrist was encircled by a hand that begun to tug her in a random direction. She found herself pushed into an office and she stumbled. Being the klutz she was, her footing was not found in time to prevent a fall. The desk in front of her was not a recommended landing pad but she found herself clinging to the edges in an attempt to find her bearings. It was about that time she started really processing all of this.
"There are a bunch of creepy statues- living statues- that are kidnapping people! I-I mean, you're b-basically saying there is a whole wack load of 'em... But why? Where are they taking those people? For an old fashion probing on a star ship? What exactly are those things? Because I'm pretty sure they aren't actually stone.." Her voice came out spitting, fast and jumbled, a popular tone when Mal was trying her hardest (and more often failing) to be calm and think.

| The Doctor retracted his steps and cautiously moved back and slowly up the steps behind him; his foot slipped once and his body came plummeting to the stone steps below. Crashing up against them, The Doctor blinked and immediately, the angels went to work. All of them dashed and sprung into action but unfortunately for them, The Doctor quickly regained his balance and shot through the door. Slamming it shut behind him, The Doctor propped himself up against the door for support as the angels began to bang continuously on the door, trying to get in, "All you need to know right now is they are trying to kill us and our only way of surviving this is to get to the TARDIS" The Doctor explained to Aravis, grinding his teeth as the banging became harder and more forceful. "Sonya, see if you can find a way of getting to the TARDIS before they send me back in time" The Doctor yelled as the wood behind him began to break and his spun away and placed his hands at the sides of the door. | |

| "Where did you park it?" Sonya asked him quickly, her eyes already spotting another door just across the room. Her mind working in over drive as she thought over exactly what she was supposed to to once she did get inside the blue box. Glancing back over at the Doctor, she let out a low snort then ran for the door, already guessing the place he had landed it before he spoke a word. Yanking it open, she was greeted by a wind of air before she plunged out into the dark, the door slamming shut behind her in the process. "Right... Find the TARDIS, get it to work somehow... And pilot it back to the Doctor without rupturing time and space. Piece of cake." She mumbled under her breath as she spotted the familiar blue box ahead. Lengthening her stride, she sprinted for it, her hand already reaching out for the handle as it opened in front of her, sending her sprawling face-first onto the floor. Letting out a low groan, she dimly registered the sound of the TARDIS door shutting behind her with a faint click, leaving her alone with the familiar humming surrounding her. "You really have to stop doing that to me, eventually I'm going to be running too fast and just slam into your controls. I don't think you would like that very much." She mumbled into the grating below her before getting to her feet. Shifting the bag on her back, Sonya wandered over to the console and felt a smile spread over her face. "Right then... He needs you again. I swear, I don't know how he'd get by without you, girlie." She murmured to the machine before hesitantly looking over the controls. | |

| Mal stared wide eyed at the door as bits of wood started chipping away from it. "Oh. They're just trying to kill us. No big deal." But something else he said caught her attention. TARDIS. TARDIS. Why did that sound so familiar? Mal also noted this was probably not the most appropriate time to let her mind wonder off. Instead she sucked in a large breath and jumped over to the man currently barricading the door.
The lady they were with was making herself useful, so Mal determinately decided she would be too. The emptiness in her stomach and the chill in her bones was just a reminder that she needed to get to her flat. And that wasn't going to happen by just standing here. "Can, uh, can I help? Preferably not in a way that requires dying or, uh, permanent injury... but, hell, say the word and I'll do it. " Or try.

| "Yeah, you can...try..and help me barricade this door" The Doctor grunted, taking breathes in between words as he continued to fight off the Angels forceful bashes against the door, "See if you can find something heavy or long. Something the Angels won't be able to move or hit through once we put it up, thanks" he added, grinding his teeth down once more. Suddenly a fist shot through the door and ended its entry just inches away from touching The Doctor, who immediately stared at the hand, "As long as i stare at this hand, it shouldn't be able to move" he mumbled to himself, moving his body to the remaining piece of the door that was still intact and allowed him to still hold it shut. The sound of the rest of the Angel fighting to get it's hand back echoed throughout the building as it hit the side of the flat in pure rage and anger, releasing a high pitched roar after another hit to the flat, "Come on Sonya, come on" The Doctor mumbled under his breath.

| "Heavy or long. Got it. Mal turned and her eyes darted around the office. If she pretended the banging of the angels were the drums of a parade she would be able to do this with a little smirk. So pretend she did. Moving around the room a tiny smirk played on her lips. Well, she could try and move the desk she fell onto earlier.
With an ungraceful hop she made it around back and started to heave and push at the desk which, to her dismay, did not budge an inch. She sheepishly called out, "Is this a bad time to mention I rarely go to the gym?"

| The Doctor hearing Aravis's call, glanced around the room frantically looking for something he might be able to move in front of the door, but to no avail. "Alright..ummm" He called back, thinking of another way they might be able to get out of this alive if Sonya was unable to figure out the controls of the TARDIS, "See if you can find another way out. Back door..something. Anything really, some place to hide where they cannot find us will be good to" he finally concluded as the door was jolted with a powerful thrust that sent it flying open a few inches and nearly took The Doctor off of his feet. But, finding his balance and ripping out the last bit of strength he had in his tank, The Doctor forcefully slammed the door back shut and returned to his previous position in barricading the door, "And you might want to put a little bit of Allons-y behind that" he called back to Aravis as another punch hit the door. | |

| Mal squeaked in nervous fear at the commotion happening at the door. Instead of, much to her relief, being paralyzed by it, it propelled her forward as she fled out of the previous room and into the next. What she discovered there made her grin widely. "For an unlucky girl.. this is a very lucky find." With a little hop to her stride she pushed back boxes, tools and other debris, only semi tripping over them, before she crawled into the front seat of a forklift. "Come on, let me hear you purr." The keys were in the ignition so she turned them, her fingers crossed tightly in the hopes it would work. And just like that, the machine sprung to life. Letting out a victory cry she changed gears and drove through the room, crushing any item in her way, and practically burst down the wall in order to return to the Doctor.
"Good news: the renovation god strikes again! Bad news: there's, uhm, a big gaping hole leading in here from outside, only covered by a tarp or something. I'd prefer not to think about that, though... " Forgetting to break, she bumped into the desk she was previously trying to move and was tossed over the steering wheel, momentarily winded.

| Flipping several switches, Sonya held her breath while her hand wrapped around the lever she saw the Doctor use on several occasions. "I really hope I didn't just set a time bomb or anything." She muttered before yanking it down and grabbing onto the console tightly before a violent jerk sent her flying down the hallway behind her and to god knows where. Looking up at the screen, she felt a jolt of satisfaction surge through her at the readings on it. "Ah ha! I did it, now they can't say I don't know how to do techie stuff, look at me now! Flying the TARDIS!" She shouted happily before landing with a thump and falling flat on her rear. Jumping to her feet quickly, she raced for the doors and threw one open, looking out at the Doctor and the young woman with a wide grin plastered across her face. "Come on come on, I didn't just fly the TARDIS for nothing. Get your butts in here!" Sonya said quickly, holding a arm out to them and waving it towards the open door. | |

| The Doctor smiled at the appearance of the TARDIS and Sonya as she gestured for the two of them to enter the time machine. The angels continued to try and etner the door through brute strength and rage behind The Doctor, "Go!" he shouted to the woman who had just recently brought the machine through the back door, "Get inside the TARDIS! I will hold them as long as i can. If i go then they get through, so go...now!!" he called once more, explaining his reasoning behind his choice. Almost immediately after, the stone hand of a weeping angel burst through the door, it's fingers curling menacingly, The Doctor's eyes shooting wide open as he peered down to the hand then back up to Sonya, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry" he mumbled before the hand grabbed his elbow.
Within the blink of an eye, The Doctor was gone, sent back into the past, the door creaking open. The angels stood in the door way, their smiles growing wide with satisfaction before peering over to the woman then finally the TARDIS.

| At the sight of the TARDIS, Mal's jaw dropped. And to think she was getting over the shock of the situation. "It rang a bell for a reason. Bigger on the inside space box, eh?" At the man's command she quickly scrambled to get out of the heavy machinery. But as her luck would have it, her black vest snagged on the stick shift causing Mal to come to a jerky stop in her escape. Small fingers clawed at the material in frustrated and frantic attempt to free herself. At the angle she was at, Mal watched as the hand of the Angel grasped the man's arm and she gasped. His apology seemed to make more sense when he vanished into thin air. So that's how they did it, and that poor sod knew it. A single touch is all those creatures needed.
Her vest became less important to her rather quickly in that moment. She simply did what she should have thought of doing from the start, she shrugged off the tangled fabric and jumped from the fork lift. Her landing wasn't graceful in the slightest but she thankfully recovered without breaking a bone. Mal ran for the TARDIS and didn't stop until she was bent over the railing of the blue box's ramp, inhaling and exhaling like the world's oxygen was about to run out.
"I-is there.. a way to... get 'em back? The missing people?" Mal rolled her shoulders back and stood up from her hunched position, looking around the baffling interior of the ship. "The Doctor owns this thing, don't he? Where is he, then? Surely he could think of a way to..." She bit her lip when her eyes rested on Sonya. Maybe she shouldn't bombard the other woman with questions. That man appeared to be a friend of hers after all.

| Casting a slightly irritated glance at the woman, Sonya slammed and locked the TARDIS door then made her way back over to the controls, the screen already lighting up with information when she reached for it. "He was sent back in time saving you. The least you can do is utter a thank you for the man that risked his life so yours could continue." She finally stated softly, her eyes locked on the screen as it flashed several bits of information while she typed furiously into the keypad below. "I can find him, but I honestly don't know much about using this thing, it was pure luck I managed to get it this far... And from the way those angels are acting right now, the extra palate shielding will only help so much before they make it through and begin to tear at that door." Looking over at the woman again, she jerked a hand out in her direction, an awkward look flashing across her face. "my name is Sonya... I'm not exactly the best sort of person to have in emotional or situations involving people so excuse my lack of empathy." managing a weak smile, she tucked her hand back in her pocket before the o th er woman could even reach out to grasp it and get urged back to th e screen, her brow furrowed in though t as she once again tried to figure out exactly how to find out where theDoctor had been sent. | |

| The Doctor's head slammed forcefully up against a cold, hard wall carved from stone; it's surfaced drenched in water as if a hose had been taken to it or rain had just poured that day. "Argh" The Doctor groaned, pulling himself up and rubbing the back of his head with his other hand before glancing around at the scene in front of him. Roars and screams echoed throughout the beach in front of him, men covered in full armor and wielding swords and a shields rushed up the steps adjacent to him. Blood. It was blood that was splattered up against the wall, not water.. The Doctor spun around and peered at the blood covered wall behind him then glared over to the beach which was covered in blood and bodies of both alive and dead men who fought against once another with fierce veracity. "Troy shall fall!!" One of the men roared as he slashed the neck of one of the guards on the steps of the cathedral and turned his attention over to The Doctor who stood at the edge of the building.
Taking one step back, The Doctor stopped as the edge came up behind him and forced him to stop unless he wanted to fall to the sandy beach below. The blood covered man marched up to The Doctor and thrust his sword out to him, "Name yourself! Or i will kill you!" he spat at him.

| Swallowing a wave of nerves, Mal shifted her weight from foot to foot and looked at the ground to avoid Sonya's gaze. She really ought to keep her mouth shut but that was a difficult task when her head buzzed with noisy questions and thoughts. "Yes, er, I-I'm sorry. How rude of m- wait. Are you suggesting that that man is the Doc? No. No, I've seen the Doctor. He's got clean kept hair and a big chin and a silly bow tie. That dude," Mal pointed at the door of the TARDIS, "had bedhead and..." She let the thought die as she mentally scolded herself. "But, uhm, yes.. nonetheless I do owe him a thanks."
Mal hesitated before walked slowly over to Sonya, studying her carefully as the other girl made her introduction and was, quite obviously, awkward in this situation. Not that she blamed her. Mal wasn't the greatest with interactions either. But surely this was already noted with the way she had been babbling on. "I'm, uhm, I'm Mal." That was the only thing she would allow herself to say as she listened to Sonya talk about finding, whom she was still skeptical of, the Doctor.
Nervous fear began to prick at the edges of her brain again at the thought of being unable to work the TARDIS. The thought of the angels shredding their way inside and transporting Sonya and herself to, well, the past was extremely unnerving. The humorous side of her stated in an unhelpful manner that at least the civilians were getting free transportation.

| Sonya let out a low laugh at the woman's description of the Doctor and shook her head while she worked. "That is a version of the Doctor, there are several different faces he has that are running around time and space at this moment. The one man we saw with the-" She glanced over at her with an amused grin on her face before continuing with what she was doing. "Bed head as you so aptly put it, is the version before the Doctor you know. I've met a couple versions of him, and from what I've read... There are more of him besides the two." Shrugging her shoulders, she suddenly narrowed her eyes at the screen then let out a yelp of excitement, her feet nearly leaping off the floor as she began running around the console, flipping several switches in progression only to be jerked off of her feet entirely by a sudden jolt from the TARDIS. "That would be the Angels, hang on to something, this ride is about to get a bit bumpy!" Sonya shouted before reaching up from the floor and yanking a lever down, demateralizing the ship from the room and landing it safely several miles out of the town so she could work in peace. "Right then..." Straightening up, she ran a hand through her mussed-up hair and stared at the controls in front of her in thought before remembering what it was she was doing. "Right! Anyway, I found him, stuck in the middle of the battle of Troy it seems... Typical of him if you ask me, only he would be sent back in time to a violet part of history rather than a calm hillside or maybe a glen, but no... The Doctor is a magnet for bad luck it seems and whoever hangs around him is bound to get caught in it. Not that i mind, but still, a tad unnerving with how much trouble that single man gets into on a daily basis.." Trailing off, she bit down on her lower lip and began working once more, her eyes glued on the information scrolling up on the screen in front of her. | |

| Mal smiled sheepishly as Sonya began to laugh at her. It's not like she new the man could, what, change his face. How was that even possible? She quickly decided that it wasn't important at the moment but she would be sure to inquire the ability of the Doctor to do such a thing. "So there are multiple hims out there currently. I'm just proud that I'm not freaking out about this time travel stuff. But I suppose it's just that kind of day." The continuation of that thought was on the tip of her tongue, but it never made it out since the TARDIS jerked. Mal flopped to the ground with a painful clatter and groaned. This was just her luck, to have none. Sonya's announcement drained the colour form Mal's face. It was, oddly, lucky that the ground was easy to hold onto. Her fingers curled around the cold metal as she hung on for dear life. They landed but Mal couldn't bring herself to remove herself from the floor until Sonya started listing off what she found out. This promptly got Mal to her feet so she could properly stare at the woman with confused wonder. "You can't be serious." The words came out as a breathy whisper to herself. She spoke with a little more volume and tension as she began to pace, "B-bad luck? Oh god, I'm definitely going to get killed. Or get him killed. Bad luck is basically my middle name. I don't think- I mean this- I can't even- oh god!" Mal finally settled with as she bent herself over the railing she absently wondered to and choked back a dry sob. | |

| The Doctor extended out both of his hands in a defensive posture as he reached for his psychic paper and flipped it out and showed him. "See. See! All good!" The Doctor proclaimed, his eyes wide and his body still in a defensive posture until the guard let down his sword and knelt down in front of him, "General, i apologize" he pleaded. Lowering his hands and tucking his psychic paper back into his breast pocket, The Doctor smirked and nodded, "Right" he replied, placing his hands into his pockets, "Just don't let it happen again. Now! Take me to your leader". The guard nodded and escorted The Doctor through the seemingly endless piles of dead bodies, blood and dead horses. "I've always wanted to say that" The Doctor said with a growing grin shined from ear to ear as he walked through the beach, the sand kicking up behind his shoes as he proceeded through. His mind trying to work deeply past the war and the horrors around him; the very sight reminding him of the Time War and what happened then. | |

| Sonya finally leaned back and rubbed a hand across her eyes as she stretched her shoulders from the hunch from them. "Alright... I think that's it, don't quote me on it though." She added, casting a nervous glance at the controls before looking over at the woman with a weak smile on her face. "So... You might want to grab onto something." She added with a wry smile before the TARDIS jerked violently once more, causing a curse to slip from her as she fell forward. "Damn it! They found us again, hold on!" Running to the other side, she began to fiddle with the controls as fast as she could, her entire attention focused on what she was doing while trying to keep on her feet at the same time. Finally letting out a low groan, she reached over and yanked the lever down, sending the TARDIS back in time towards where the Doctor had landed. After they landed, Sonya looked up from the floor with a laugh of delight. "Well! Went better than I expected. Come on!" Jumping to her feet, she grabbed her knapsack and flung it over her shoulder before bolting to the door and flinging it wide open to reveal a wide grassy area full of tents and soldiers as they filed along them. | |
