| Abilities: Transports the wearer to any time and place as set by the coordinates. Acquired: During one of Annie's adventures with the Sixth Doctor they met a group of Time Agents. Before parting ways, Annie 'borrowed' one of their spare manipulators. Description: A small time-travel device disguised as a tough, aged leather wrist strap. A flap can be opened to access the manipulator. The tightening strap is about nine inches so it can be adjusted to comfortably fit the wearer's wrist.
