| Black Moor it was one of the most famous locations in the galaxy not only did it have one the largest marketplaces but it was infamous for black market goods. Now Eerie planned to "acquire" certain items for his own ends. As he appeared though something was wrong an auction was already taking place. There was something wrong about the item for sale it was simple book, but there were too many shadows coming from it despite the bright lights everywhere. "A book from the largest library." the auctioneer proclaimed. Many of the more criminial minded patrons took notice including Slitheen, and Judoon. Everyone was tense as they thought the same thing vasta nerda could be used as assasins leaving nothing behind. Eerie looked around carefully such an item was even more dangerous then usual it would be quite the challenge to steal it. | |

| The auctioneer waited for the final bid to be called out before calling the highest bidder up. He was a little man in scruffy clothing. A shady character, the auctioneer thought, but he didn't stand out from the crowd. "Congragulations, you have agreed on a final bid, 210,000,000 credits" he called out. The little man smiled, his attention focused on the book with strange shadows swirling out from under its covers. "You have all the credits?"
The man opened his mouth and replied with one word. "No."
"No!" The auctioneer fumed, irritated by the man's calm composure despite having nothing to pay for the book. "Then sit back down! we don't have enough time for your shenanigans." The man replied. "Actually, I was hoping it'd be free." "And where did you get that idea" the auctioneer replied. The man strode towards the book, "well now it is." His hand shot out and gripped the book by its spine. Immediately he made a dash for the entrance. A little theft was nothing when it came to getting a dangerous item off the black market.

| Black Moor. Flannagan knew the place well, having been a frequent visitor in the...past, future...he had lost count, the timelines seemed to merge together. This time his visit was sheer accident, he did not mean to end up in this section of the galaxy but, if he was here, might as well enjoy the time he had here.
An auction was taking place and Al's hands were in his trenchcoat pockets as he rummaged around the place, not paying attention to the actually event at hand. Of course, that was until the auctioneer seemed to have gotten rather irritated and he saw a man dashing out of the entrance. The man was scruffy, and rather little. Flannagan grinned, taking off after the man. He had heard that it was a book from some large library, that never seemed to bode well. The last time he had heard about a library was from some aliens who said flesh-eating shadows resided there.
Even the other aliens had stood stock still when that bid had been shown. So, it was something of danger, something of value. Flannagan was considering handing it over to the Judoon, but he was pretty sure the rhinos would not take them. Plus, being a mercenary, it was not ideal.
"Oi, mate! Get back 'ere with that book!"

| Before Eerie could even formulate a plan a man he reconized as The Doctor ran past snacting up the dangerous book and another man quickly followed after. He had appearence of another mercanary Eerie grinned to himself looking forward to the competition. It would be easy to disappear within the crowd with the use of his percepton filter to look like a regular patreon as he discretly followed. That was when he noticed another slitheen following them too. Ignoring that for now he readied his light staff to blind the runners and to protect himself, he would wait for the opportune moment.

| Of course, stealing items from auctions would always result in a chase scene no matter what he did. Already people were ordering him to return with the item in question. But he had to dispose of it. It was a dangerous weapon, a harmless looking book with a hidden, lethal force. And it was fast, one moment you'd opened it, the next, you were dead. The Vashta Nerada didn't take their time.
The doctor rounded a corner and raced down a small side alley. He might've tried to buy it, but it was expensive and the only interesting thing about its contents were the creatures living inside it. The alley connected with another street, this one packed with aliens of many different species. But he couldn't be safe here for long, it was only natural to assume that his pursuers could find his scent. So naturally he'd hidden his Tardis behind a nearby store. All of time and space, he'd be safe once he dematerialized. Then he'd find a nice cave system and release these creatures into the darkness, their natural habitat. He moved behind the store to find...
The Tardis was gone. | |

| Flannagan kept running, he had passed a mirror on his way and saw that another one seemed determined to chase either after him or the man with the book. He was curious, how the seller got it in the first place was strange. He was hoping that the madman was going to destroy the book, because he was probably going to light it on fire and watch it burn.
His trenchcoat flapped against his legs as he pulled out his pistol. It wasn't so that he was going to kill the man, because that wasn't exactly the way to interrogate a dead corpse, he was using it more as intimidation than anything else.
Flannagan rounded a corner and continued to follow the man, shouting for him to come back with the book. Of course, the man just had to stop and his breaks did not work in time and he rammed into the back of the man.
He stumbled back, rubbing his head. "Apologies, mate, would 'ave to come later. I need that book, it's dangerous." Flannagan waved his pistol around, nonchalantly. He was hoping the man had some common sense. "Open it now and we're all goin' to be dead." Flannagan was also wondering why the man had stopped so suddenly, looking at thin air like that...

| "I wouldn't wave that around if I was you." Eerie creeped up behind both men carefully keeping an eye on the pistol and book. The ruckus had caused the book to almost flip open Eerie's light staff was ready just in case. Just as he was about to use a distraction to get away, the Slitheen arrived around the corner snarling visciously. "Run!" Eerie told the two men using a bright light to blind the creature but also attempting to snatch the pistol away the less violence that was involved the better he thought. | |
