You need to put a bit more in your history, explain why he acts the way he acts, how he was raised, that sort of thing. You said his family was killed, say something about that. Say why he doesn't know how. Also, having several forms of dragon would most likely be a problem, so that's something I'm going to have to say you should look into changing or at the very least limiting. The biggest problem is really your history, so need to elaborate on that.

Still not approved. You did fix the problem with the multiple forms, but your history is still lacking. You need to put in more detail on your character's past, explain how they were raised, include some important events from their life. What I really want to see is what kind of abilities you have and how it all came to be. I know you can do it, just put in a bit more effort.

Important reminder:
I will remind you that this site is Doctor Who based. NOT SKYRIM. I am getting this feeling that Skyrim is what you are going off of with talk about roles of old dragons and dragon slaying swords. I understand, i love the game too but this is Doctor Who RP'ing.

Also, your character is 18 which means so is your Dragon. The size of your Dragon should work hand and hand with that fact. A dragon the size you depict is an adult while your character is clearly not.

Why does he not protect animals? Why are animal's helping him grow up? How were his parents killed? Where was he born? Where is all of this taking place? Time period? What is his appearance? Does he have any weapons? How does he survive without a job?
DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS. Details help RP'ers go off of your character, the more you have the better they can RP with you.

Obiwan, now that this has been clearly spelled out for you and we have done the best we can trying to explain what you need to fix, you have one last try to edit your character. After that, if you are not approved, David and I have agreed that we are locking this thread. Make sure to use the heaps of advice you've been given here and try to gently re-craft your character's mythology to better fit the Doctor Who universe and you'll be much closer to approval. Perhaps explain how dragons fit into it: are they aliens perhaps? Remember that most things are explained by pseudo-science over mysticism in Doctor Who and Good Luck!
