Name: Primer

Abilities (what does it do): The Setzran have gained access to time travel via use of their Temporal Star to power their Primers which are devices and vehicles of many kinds to travel through the Time Vortex unharmed. Although nowhere near as powerful as a TARDIS,the inferior Primers have proven effective in use; taking on the forms of bracelets, motorcycles, and space jets.

To function, Primers are charged with energy from the Temporal Star and are activated when a Setzran provides their own Primal Energy to the Primer, thus providing a protective field of Temporal Energy around the Primer as the user travels through the Time Vortex. The recommended median for a Primer is a Space Jet or Carrier as they are more protective and less bound for injury or failure.

Seifer's own Primer takes a triple Primal link between a Bracelet, Motorcycle and Spacecraft however the Spacecraft is the main form of travel through space and time. (However the motorcycle and spacecraft has not been obtained as of yet)

Appearance/Separate Abilities:
Seifer's bracelet Primer is a smooth black, almost glass like bracelet that extends to the fingers to eventually form something of a chain finger ring. The chains and the ring are silver with a red gemstone that is revealed when the ring slides down the middle finger, triggering the bracelet to activate. Marking and engravings of the bracelet light up to reveal red linings that travel throughout the bracelet, causing the light to pop out of the bracelet as if 3D. From this 3D light appears words, screens, and dates that the user manipulates to help the user reach their destination through the time vortex.

It can also operate as a scanner of sorts and it loaded with information about the universe such as the motorcycle and the spacecraft is as well.



The Motorcycle link of the Primer appears as a futuristic light up motorcycle that mimics the linings and red light of the Primer Bracelet. This particular model of the model of a Setzran Motocycle is called the Phantom IV due to the phantom red lights is emits as the user rides it. It is fully equipped with boosters and it is able to glide walls and buildings for a short amount of time. The front and back of the Phantom IV is equipped with blasters that utilize the user's Primal Energy to fire. When used as a Primer, the motorcycle must reach a set speed of 80-Sals before entering the time vortex. When activated, the Motorcycle takes whatever it is Primal linked with along with it.

The spacecraft Primer is Seifer's made Primer of choice due to it's power an proficiency. The Spacecraft (The Ifrit) is as seen above a red ship that is modeled after the Ifrit seen on Setzra within the Ankhran territories. Spacey, the Ifrit is able to fit several people inside the cockpit and behind where there is a fully customized lounge for comfort and lodging. On either sides the Ifrit is equipped with a much more powerful version of the Phantom IV's blasters and carries a separate photon launcher below the center of the ship for massive firepower if need be. The Ifrit is capable of travelling through space and can match the speeds of space jets and is quite maneuverable. As the one and only advanced latest model from Setrzra, the Ifrit is fully packed with advanced scanners and controls that allow for efficiently and durability in use within for the travels of time and space.

Name: Vega Pistols (Dual Wielded)

Abilities (what does it do): Vega pistols use a Setzran's own internal Primal Energy and expels it through the the center of the Vega like a blaster. It is highly effective because the Vega Pistols amplify Primal Energy allowing for a Setzran to fire blasts that are far more superior than when without a Vega Pistol. Vega Pistols can also be used as Horas for melee combat by slamming them into something to cause damage while expelling Primal Energy. If Primal Energy is depleted or if a non Setzran attempts to use the Vega Pistols, the ammunition shifts to plasma bolts.

Appearance:


The Vega Pistols (dual wielded) appear as futuristic horas with a handle in the center for grip. From either sides of the handle the vega pistols surround the handle around the hand of the user. These particular Vega Pistols are red and as just glow red when activated.
