Status: Holder Of Time-Lord High-Presidency,which is the equivalent of     royalty.

Eyes: Blue,Brown depending on incarnation.
Height: Unknown, appears to be about 6 feet in Time-War Incarnation.

Personality: Originally honourable and incorruptible,intimidating towards his enemies and beloved by his people. Rassilon eventually discovered the secret of immortality but quickly came to see it as a curse rather than a blessing,vowing never to allow any other Time-Lord to live with his curse. When Rassilon was brought back to lead the Time-Lords in the Time-War he developed an obsession with staying alive,ultimately attempting to destroy all of time to survive the time-war.
Strengths: Intelligence and advanced knowledge of Time-Lord science and physiology,Immortality,access to fearsome weaponry and artefacts.
Weakness: Somewhat arrogant,Stubborn.
Likes: Power (Later Incarnation),Time-Lords and Gallifrey itself.
Dislikes: Corruption (Originally),Immortality (Originally).
Dream: Time War: End the Time-War and ascend to a higher state of consciousness to avoid death. Pre-Time War: To stop anyone else discovering the secret of his immortality.

History: There are many accounts of Rassilon's history,some accounts say he has been alive since the earliest days of Time-Lord society and fought the vile creatures known only as vampires in the dark days of the universe. Over the course of the next thousand or so years he began to develop the traditions that would exist in Time-Lord society for centuries after,these would include the possible genetic manipulation of Gallifreyans in order to create Time-Lords. The development of TARDIS technology and harnessing the power of a singularity to create The Eye Of Harmony.

Rassilon was not alone in his development of Time-Lord society,his friends Omega and The Other assisted him in his ambitions. Most notably Omega developed the idea of capturing a singularity to develop Time-Travel along with Rassilon. The project was sabotaged however,leaving Omega dead and Rassilon with access to both the tools he needed to cultivate Time travel and the means to transform Gallifreyans into Time-Lords.

Over time normal Gallifreyans began to display the ability to regenerate, gaining an extra heart in the process. Rassilon was among these new "Time-Lords." Though curiously Rassilon appeared to be able to "regenerate" indefinitely,while other Time-Lords could only do this 12 times. Some Time-Lords speculated that Rassilon had deliberately engineered this flaw in other Time-Lords' regeneration cycles for his own reasons.

Eventually disgruntled Gallifreyans overthrew Rassilon and imprisoned him in the death zone,this "Tomb of Rassilon" went undisturbed for many years; until the Time-Lord Borusa discovered his resting place in the death zone and the fact that he had discovered inmortality. Borusa also discovered several artefacts of Rassilon along with The Game of Rassilon. The Time-Lord known as The Doctor eventually found out the truth about Rassilon,his immortality was (in his opinion) too dangerous to be shared.

Rassilon's incredible mental abilities meant that even in his unwilling sleep he could transform Borusa into a simple statue decoration on the bed he lay on without lifting a finger. After this incident Rassilon lay again undisturbed for a number of years until the Last Great Time-War. The Time-Lords realised the Daleks were too numerous and too strong.

Rassilon was retrieved from the Death Zone,awoken and presumably regenerated into the slightly younger form the 10th Doctor encountered. Over the course of the long war Rassilon began to change into a different man. He began to fear death and clung to life with all his might. In the final days of the Time-War he spoke to his fellow delegates on the council,hatching a plan to use Gallifrey's unique technologies in order to send a uniquely Gallifreyan object to create a physical link into the future,post Time-war universe. Manipulating The Master into creating a portal to the Time-War Rassilon appeared on earth where The Master had transplanted himself onto every human being on earth at the time.

When The Master threatened to do the same thing to Rassilon and the Time-Lords,Rassilon simply flicked his wrist (his left hand gloved in The Gauntlet Of Rassilon) and reversed The Master's handiwork in a second. At that moment The 10th Doctor burst in,trying to stop The Master,save his own life and stop Rassilon simultaneously. The Doctor shot the device keeping Rassilon on earth as The Master,furious at Rassilon at manipulating his entire life for his plans,blasted him as they were both cast back into the Time-War....

Rassilon,Lord President Of The Time-Lords stands in a darkened room,the only source of light coming from the landing lights of his TARDIS,in the guise of a simple scout ship. The body of a member of The council of the Time-Lords a simple skeleton,all flesh stripped from his body in an instant,given no time to regenerate. "Vashta Nerada,accursed parasites." Mutters Rassilon. He reaches into a small pouch hanging from his waist,sewn into his deep crimson presidential robes,he opens it up wide enough to see inside,all he has is a tiny sonic rod,a small wooden box and a mirror. He reaches in and pulls out the rod,he looks over at the dim landing lights on his TARDIS and begins to formulate a plan in his mind.

He pulls out the mirror and points the rod at the lights,it whirs mechanically and glows a bright white from it's tip,the lights begin to glow brighter and the beams begin to create a pool of light around the TARDIS. He then points the mirror at the lights and it reflects the light onto a nearby wall,he manipulates the mirror with his hands until a small pool of light appears around his feet. He slowly begins to walk forwards towards his TARDIS,moving the mirror slightly to move the pool of light around his feet as he moves. He eventually reached his TARDIS,manipulating the controls and dematerialising silently.

You are supposed to use the exact sample RP given but I don't think it matters too much in this case. There is one thing there though, we try to rp in past tense if possible here. I'm assuming from the picture you're (mostly at least) going to be roleplaying as the more recent Rassilon but it was still nice to see the details on the other regenerations. Really well done on your research.

Rassilon, there is only one nit pick that i have about your CC. And that's your RP sample that you have given us. Yes, i know it has already been approved and this will not change that.

While you RP here, be mindful of the use of commas within your replies. In your sample RP, you used far too many commas. I guess that my problem is just based off of your grammatical errors, not on anything else.

It just makes it easier to read and understand if you use things like commas correctly. Know when and where to use them, don't be afraid of periods or semi-colons. That is all
