The Timeline Of Lord President Rassilon

One, Two, Three, Four; I Declare A Time-War: The War Doctor returns to Gallifrey having just regenerated where he is confronted by Rassilon for "desertion" and "cowardice" upon his arrival, The Fourth Doctor soon arrives on The War-Time Gallifrey by mistake and is quickly accosted and taken to see Rassilon by presidential guards. The Fourth Doctor quickly arrives in The War Room where Rassilon and The War Doctor already are. The War Doctor does his best to conceal his identity from his past self just as a Dalek Puppet reveals itself and attempts to kill Rassilon. The War Doctor dispatches it and The Fourth Doctor and Rassilon briefly converse as another puppet attempts to kill Rassilon, this time The Lord president simply kills it with his gauntlet. Romana enters and the four leave the room together as Dalek puppets run rampant throughout the presidential palace, they eventually find a passage under the palace and The Doctors summon their respective TARDISes as the group try to formulate a plan.

Underneath That Burnt Old Sky: Rassilon is addressing the entire council of Time-Lords after the events wherein The Doctor saved Gallifrey by removing it from the normal universe, Romana opposes Rassilon as he makes a speech about rebuilding Gallifrey with time and effort, Rassilon becomes enraged by this and orders Romana's arrest. Just as Romana is about to be captured A Time-Field opens on a nearby wall and The 10th Doctor unwittingly flies his TARDIS through it. WIth the arrival of the spiky-haired adventurer Rassilon's temper is calmed by The Doctor's words and after a brief conversation about certain secrets held within the presidential palace the three enter a secret underground chamber which is meant to hold the legendary Hand Of Omega, upon closer inspection it's casket is empty with no trace of who could have taken it. With the group having deduced that The Chancellor, the supposedly loyal Council member who sent the rhythm of four back in time to drive The Master insane is Omega himself they rush to formulate a plan to find and stop Omega from opening Time-Fields throughout the universe.
