Species: Timelord
Age: Around 450 Earth years
Gender: Male
Occupation: Traveler, explorer of the Universe!
Status: In Transit
::Appearance::
Hair: His hair is moppy and disorganized, much like his clothing. It’s a shade of dark brown, but in the right lights it appears almost as a shade of jet black.
Eyes: His eyes are a shade of deep purple, glimmering with a newfound youth and curiosity. But when he became irritated and upset, they lit with a fire inside that turned them a shade of deep blue.
Height: Nearly 5’6’’, quite possibly 5’8’’.
Figure: A healthy weight for his age, or what appeared to be his age. He wasn’t necessarily skinny, but wasn’t a Miss Piggy either.
Other: None that could be readily available
Clothing: His clothing always remained consistent over the years. An oversized, floppy collared shirt under a Victorian mourning jacket, red suspenders bedazzled with various yellow shapes, houndstooth or plaid trousers, and brown suede boots. He always had a handkerchief in his left breast pocket, dangling out for ready use.
::Info::
Family:
Grandaughter: Susan Foreman (left behind to make sure she had a normal life with an Earth man she loved)
Personality: This particular Doctor, unlike his much older predecessor, embodied a newfound youth that had previously not existed. He often was quick to insinuate, and easily insulted. He found company in his youthful companions, acting as a surrogate father figure to most. He kept them under his watchful and protecting eyes.
He could easily dish out the insults as much as he could the compliments. He would avoid conflict at any cost, but always made sure that if he was needed, he was there. He could easily distinguish the imposters from the authentic, and found that despite his former skill of pretending to be a helpless old man was long gone, he could easily portray the buffoon and fool just as easily now.
Strengths:
-He was always curious about what was out there. He always sought for what was bigger and more awesome in the galaxy.
-He could identify imposters quite quickly, always giving a false sense of trust to them to lure them in and achieve information.
-He made friends quite easily as well, acquiring companions and allies with ease.
-His information of the galaxy was quite expansive, and his identification of the information was astounding.
Weakness:
-He is easily insulted, dishing out the insults as quickly as he could spit them out.
-He is naïve and innocent, but terribly dangerous when one is on his bad side.
-He looks like a buffoon and fool, making it terribly hard for anybody to take him seriously at first.
-He has a low tolerance for stupidity and too many questions. He prefers that one knows the situation immediately; the less explaining he has to do, the better.
-He is a bit of a coward. He will avoid conflict at any costs, but seeming to always land in a trap.
Likes: He has a severe fondness for science. He is always tinkering, exploring, and learning. He craves the bigger and better worlds in the galaxy, and always is looking for a relaxing spot to lay back and enjoy his youth.
Dislikes: He hates the typical maniacs of the galaxy: the Daleks, The Cybermen, the fiendish Ice Warriors. Nothing makes him more sick than to see an advanced species take advantage of a lesser species, and he’ll do nothing less than to make sure those species pay for their crimes. He also hates the ignorant and the idiotic. If you have no consideration for others, then stay FAR away….
Dream: Is there ever a time to relax?
History:
Mondas. The Tenth Planet. This is where the end became a new beginning.
The icy surface of the planet was hard to traverse for the exhausted Doctor, who was traveling to the safety of his TARDIS. Whence inside, the Doctor collapsed, surrounded by a bright orange glow…..
The regeneration was a success! The newly changed Doctor sat up, holding his confused and groggy head. The first regeneration was always hard on the usually tough time lord body…his hair had gone from a powdery white to a shiny brownish-black, his aged brow now embodied a curious and mischievous youth. But for the life of him, he couldn’t remember anything that had just happened…
As he was rummaging though his old chest in search for a new wardrobe, he came across his old traveling journal from years gone by. As he flipped through it, he remembered his past travels, age-old enemies, long-passed friends, and much more. Though providing useful to getting him started on his path, this journal failed to provide any sort of help in navigating the TARDIS.
While on that subject, this particular Doctor always made sure that his companions knew he knew how to fly the TARDIS, regardless of what evidence proved otherwise. He was always fiddling with it, always trying to improve one thing or another, usually ending with an explosion, sparks, smoke, or anything of the sort. Despite what he thought though, the TARDIS always took him to places where he was needed.
The Doctor’s adventures came across the Daleks and their master plans, several invasion of Cybermen, spine-chilling terrors of Ice Warriors, and even a visit from giant Macra. His unmerciful eye sent all his enemies spinning and whimpering with their tails between their legs.
After spending what seemed like centuries in the TARDIS, the Doctor’s TARDIS landed in a mysterious location that was dubbed as the War Zone. He experienced several unusual time zones colliding with each other, all in the hand of battle. The Doctor’s expertise was too weak to stop the fiendish War Lord, who was a fellow Time Lord from Gallifrey. The Doctor realized that he had to call upon the only people he knew that could help him out: the Time Lords.
In doing this, he revealed that he had run away from the Time Lords to explore the universe in his own time. After they came and stopped the terrible War Lord from his dastardly deeds, they captured the Doctor, forcing his companions back to their own times and places, wiping their memories.
The Doctor, on the other hand, was forced to regenerate and was exiled to Earth with an unmobile TARDIS, beginning the age of his third incarnation.

SAMPLE RP:
The rain was pattering heavily upon the Doctor's bright yellow raincoat, feeling a bit like someone was shooting little peas and BB's at him. Of course, the Doctor left his umbrella in the TARDIS, which was far down the street from where he was at at the moment.
Lightning streaked across the sky, lighting up the surrounding forest. The Doctor's hearts were pounding. He had faced the corrupt eyestalks of the Daleks and the lego hands of the Ice Warriors with ease, but he feared terribly what lurked in the shadows in this neck of the woods. He had remembered the warning his journal gave him:
at no costs, do not spend more than 2 minutes in the shadows. They will find you, they will eat you.The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and started whirring it around the flashlight in his hand. The flashlight flickered and fizzed, then lit up with a terribly bright glare. The light illuminated the stump in front of him, only making his fears worse: the stump had two shadows...
He rummaged through his pockets and found a carrot, presumably from earlier when he was on Old MacDonald's farm. "
There we go....TAKE THIS YOU HUNGRY FIENDS!"
He tossed the carrot into the shadow, landing with a light *plop*. He had picked the wrong shadow...
