| Clara went quiet and listened as the Doctor replied, quite harshly, to Zal. She glanced from Zal to the Doctor as the latter replied to the Doctor's rant, saying that he would make a good commander, which made Clara smile faintly. She quietly cleared her throat. "Sorry to interrupt, but we're kind of standing on an enemy ship, and they could come along at any moment and, you know, capture us or something.." She pointed out. "So.. don't you think we ought to get on with whatever plan you've got, Doctor?"
She then turned to Zalatar. "As for you, just.. do whatever the Doctor says to do, that usually works for me. It's kept me alive many times.." She told him. "He may not be the Doctor that I know, but it's him from his past, so he's sort of the same man, so I trust him." She smiled slightly and then looked at the Doctor. "So. Which way, Doctor?" She asked, waiting for him to lead the way.

| Turning down to Clara, the Doctor gave her a smile. He looked up to Zal, then turned face. "Well, let's see here. We could go...probably down there with the...eh...this way."
The Doctor began walking down a corridor, boots clanking on the metal grates. Despite his massively long scarf, the chill of the martian airship still seemed to seep through to chill his bones. The trio passed by doors and corridors, clanking and banging their boots along the way. The Doctor was sure that the Ice Warriors would have heard their arrival or seen them by now.
Sure enough, the intercom overhead buzzed on, blaring the tinny version of the Commander's voice throughout the ship. "Intruder alert. Intruder alert. Intruders, your presence has been known and your location is on radar. Do not attempt to run, any further attempts to dissuade us will result in us using our emergency purification beam. Escort is on it's way." | |

| When the Doctor showed confusion on which way to go Zalatar shook his head, if only because he thought it was amusing that he showed he would take order and yet didn't know about direction. When he finally decided on which way to go Zalatar followed just as Clara did, if only to keep the peace amongst them while dealing with Zaul and his men. However as they continued onward he began to worry.
"This isn't right." he commented as they kept walking. "We are moving towards the aft deck. Zaul will be at the control center forward. All we're doing is leaving ourselves wide open for..." Before he finished the alarm sounded and the warning was made to the trio, Zalatar groaning with annoyance.Afterwards he only said "Do not try to fight them. They will take us to Zaul. Just stay calm. Both of you."

| The smile on Clara's face faded slightly as she watched the Doctor look around uncertainly. She suppressed a sigh. He was surprisingly very much like the Doctor she knew. He had no clue where to go, and was only making it up as he went along. She shivered a little and followed him when he chose a random direction, although in all actuality, she thought that Zalatar would have been the better person to ask on the directions. He was far more likely to know the direction that they ought to be going.
And she was right, as she discovered a few moments later when Zal mentioned that they were going in the wrong direction. She glanced around a bit worriedly when the alarm started going off. But then, with the amount of noise they had made walking along the hallway.. mostly due to Zalatar's heavy armor.. she wasn't that surprised that they had been detected.
After Zal spoke to tell them not to try and fight them, Clara gave him a 'really?' look. "Yeah, of course we're going to be calm around a bunch of big, scary Martians threatening to take over the planet and kill everyone on it." She replied sarcastically. She folded her arms and glanced around, shivering slightly as she waited for their 'escort' to arrive.
