Species: Timelord
Age: Too old. Probably over 3000.
Gender: Male
Occupation: A Hermit.
Status: I believe I was famous on Galifrey for a while. That was mostly among kids, though, since I read stories to them. Well, one of the other me's read stories to them. I didn't really like that one.


::Appearance::
Hair: Dark Brown. It's beautiful, I know.
Eyes: Blue and green. Unfortunately, this version of me has the humanly disorder known as heterochromia. It's barely noticeable, though.
Height: 6'4
Figure: Slim...that's about it.
Other: Nope.
Clothing: I dress in anything that suits the occasion. Usually.

Family: None that I know of. Well, I think I had a sister or brother, but they were estranged.
Personality:
Unlike the very famous Time Lord that I mentored in my first regeneration (I'm not naming any names, but his is related to the medical field. Ahem.), I'm not very quirky. Of course, sometimes I'll have my moments, and jokes and laughter aren't completely abolished from my nature. I just tend to be a on a bit of the more serious side. Now, that doesn't mean that I have no emotion. That's not true. Some people also like to say that I don't like people, and that's not true either. I just don't like some people. Okay, alot of people. To put it straight, I'm not the fun happy Buddhist that the other two me's were. I also happen to like this form better.

His tendency to be sarcastic or not care can sometimes push people away from him.

History:
((Just throwing this out there. The Hermit has some very strange abilities that most Timelords don't have, and the show never explained them. They include teleportation, the ability to speed up regenerations, and the ability to create a mental projection of his next incarnation, that was able to move and act independent of K'anpo himself. Just saying, I probably won't use these too much, so if you were worried about that, there ya go xD))

His life on Galifrey was not very short lived. He, unlike his former friend who shall not be named, knew how to keep his incarnations. So for his entire time on Galifrey, he stayed in his first incarnation. He was part of the Galifreyan Religious Order (Which was declining at the time), and would read stories to children, the Doctor being on of them. In fact, he helped prepare the Doctor for his second incarnation. He was known as the Hermit, a wise old man that lived on the side of the mountain. Soon, the monasteries in Galifrey were disestablished.

Now, just because the Hermit was old and wise, didn't mean that he didn't have a purpose in life other than being old and wise...at the time. He wanted to continue being a monk, so as the Religious (Or at least the monastery style) system on Galifrey finally shut down, he decided to make his way toEarth, but since it was that long away from Galifrey, he needed other means of travel. So, using his intelligence, he literally created a ship, to travel to Earth. He landed there (This was in the 20th century), and began to work as the abbot of a Buddhist meditation center, with his second incarnation working as his apprentice. After his 1st incarnation died of old age, his 2nd incarnation took over the role, until he was one day shot and killed, in an alley. His 3rd and current incarnation decided not to follow the same fate as the other ones. He began to rebuild his ship, and that's where we are now.

Only thing is.. you really do need to have a goal. Even if the goal is just surviving. Please, put something there. I promise you if you have a concrete goal, coming up with plots is ten times easier.
