| A new day is beginning in the town of London. Everything seems okay, but there is a house not far of the center of London, where there is a lady-well almost a lady-who investigates on the worst cases of England. This is the mystery of the voice.Vastra is reading the newspaper. A new murder has been declared. It is the fourth murder in ten days. Rumors say that victims always heard a strange voice before they died. No man, no shadow, just death. The first time somebody die like that, the police thought it was a dramatical accident. But after the third death, they've begun to ask questions. ' -I think we've got a new case on arms.' says Vastra. '-It's time to begin the investigation.' She went to pull on her outgoing dress and was going to go outside when somebody knocks on her door. She has opened the door, that was a face she was never seen. '-Present yourself, please.' - Spoiler:
I know the RP is short... it'll be longer when the story will become more interesting. Hope you like it and wanna be the people behind the door :3

| The Doctor popped his head through the now open door, a grin displayed prominently across his face, "Sorry, don't mean to intrude but my..emm...my..gps sort of brought me here" he said, forgetting to introduce himself as his mind was more focused on formulating a plausible excuse for his arrival before he finally noticed the race of the woman standing in front of him. "Oh.." He mumbled, stepping fully in front of the door, his sonic screwdriver dangling loosely from his left hand, "Silurian. Bit odd finding a Silurian here in London..much less one that didn't attack me on sight. Suppose i don't need to say my gps here..well....sort of..well...no...well...ok it was my ship. Blimey i'm a bad liar..probably need to work on it a bit" he rambled, sniffing at the end and focusing his attention back to the Silurian female. "Bit weird these killings don't you think?" The Doctor asked the woman, talking to her as he moved past her and welcomed himself into her house and immediately pulled his attention to the newspaper which he picked up and tucked his sonic screwdriver into his suit breast pocket while his back was to her.
Murderer strikes again the title read, followed by the picture of the crime scene beneath it and a page long article to the side. This immediately caught the attention of The Doctor who took out, and flipped on his glasses, then quickly reviewed it, "Someone is bound to have picked up on these crimes...maybe wrote out an outline of all the recent murders and looked for relations between each one" he mumbled, mostly to himself before peering up to the woman with an eyebrow raised and a growing smirk, "Sorry..sort of jumped to the conclusion you were clever".

| The door opens, she discovered a man with a strange way to dress up. He didn't tell who he was but Vastra knew immediatly who that strange man was. She had never saw this face of the Doctor but in fact, the Doctor will never change. By the way, he always forgot to present himself in first... The Timelord entered without permit and that had made Vastra shrug. He took the newspaper and began to read. "Someone is bound to have picked up on these crimes...maybe wrote out an outline of all the recent murders and looked for relations between each one" he said, "Sorry..sort of jumped to the conclusion you were clever". "- Could I know the reasons of your visit ?" told Vastra. "I don't think it's writting 'Silurian investigator' on my door." She said, without says she knew who the man was. "- In deed, those murders are probably bound. That's not a normal cause of death. Peoples can't die by hear a voice. I supposed injection of poison, but no trace of syringe on the bodys. I supposed heart attacks, but the victims were in a perfect health ! So, death without traces of shots, injection, or failing of health... it's perforce aliens ! Some of their technology can kill someone with a whisper. I have just to find who, why, how. I would need an associate. I suppose you couldn't resist... Doctor ?" She knew since the beginning that the murders was from alien technology. She only said this for explain to the Doctor she might needs help. She doesn't think he will refuse... | |

| ((You don't have to repeat what i said btw))
"No" The Doctor began, rubbing the back of his head as he pondered the correct way to explain how he knew her, "When you meet your future self, memories tend to clash and be exchanged. His memories mine, and mine his..well..ours..well..just..it's..wibbly wobbly..timey wimey". He explained in part, waving the thought off with his hand before turning his attention back down to the newspaper in front of him. "The power of words" He mumbled, "No, can't be that" he continued, moving away from the end table in front of him and beginning to walk throughout the house as he pondered the situation. "You still have their bodies?" The Doctor finally called from the other room as he walked back inside of the living room, "We need to check their blood. If you've got a DNA replication module then i need to use it, a type nine extrapolator and...one banana" he added, raising an eyebrow as his eyes shifted over to the scaled body of Vastra.
"And no, if i wanted to find Siluarian's, i would have just popped by a few active volcanoes" He began again, jetting his head to the left upon speaking once more, "Yes, yes i know all about that. But bottom line is, figured if anyone would be investigating this it'd be you..and knowing you, you're a bit too proud to admit you need help. You're just like me. So instead of calling this help, let's just call it a mutual companionship for the time being to solve this thing once and for all. Now! I know what your thinking and it can't be the power of a word. Only carrionites have power like that and they are long dead. I've got the last three in my TARDIS tucked away...no..instead i think it's something much deep..but i can't put my finger on it".

| "I've got a DNA module in the cellar." She walked until a brown door and opened it. A dark stairs appeared, Vastra looked at the Doctor like for invite him to move down. Some seconds later they were downstair. "The module is there" she told by showing a table in front of her. "I've got a body that has been found two days ago. We can take blood from him." She went in a little room behind this one and the noise of a locker's opening resonated. Inside the room, Vastra was putting the body out of the locker. He was pale, and unfortunately-well it's logical-dead. "There's no indications of murder on the body but families were clear : the victims was becoming crazy, they apparently heard a strange voice. They don't know what the voice said to them and I think the victims didn't too. I supposed an alien language for that case."She took instruments in a desk and turned back to the Doctor. It's time to begin the samples. | |

| The Doctor followed Vastra into the smaller room, flipping on his glasses once attention was brought to the lone dead body of a male in the center of the room. Walking over to the body, The Doctor examined him, scrutinizing every aspect of his body before finally picking up his wrist slightly then placing it down and commenting, "Well...either that or they couldn't make out what the voice was trying to say. Hypnotism comes in many strange ways....sometimes the words are clear, like a message sent directly to that person. Or...more frequently, the message is scrambled and placed there in subtle ways. Like embedded messages in songs or instrumental music. Music that can make people go mad...do horrible things all because they swear they heard something..something telling them to do things they never would".
Peering back over his shoulder, The Doctor spotted and quickly snatched a needle before turning back to the body and sticking it in his wrist. Exacting the blood then holding it up to the light, The Doctor handed it back to Vastra, "I can have the TARDIS analyze the blood" he told her, "But in the mean time....have any new songs or music come out lately that have been really popular? Possibly tie into the victims in anyway?".

| "- Hypnotism... I actually have a friend in the east of London who told me that he had an empty moment. He can't remember what happened but he swears have heard a noise. What the noise was, he couldn't tell me but I've been in the street where that happened and I found nothing. Well, in first step. Because two days later, that body has been found." She made a sample of the man's blood with a syringe and put it into a little roundish container. The container closed, she gave it to the Doctor. He was telling he could do the analyze with the TARDIS. Vastra nodded and was going to put the body back in the locker when she suddenly stopped. She was looking the man's ears. "- Doctor, wait. There is a cut in the both ears. I've never seen that before." The cuts were a little roundish, a mix of green and violet near of black, just at the enter of the auricle. | |
