NAME:50th century vortex manipulator
ABILITIES: under normal circumstances it would have the power to allow a singular individual (for optimum performance) to jump through space and time by a crude use of the time vortex. This particular manipulator, however, is non-functional and very much broken. No attempt was ever made to fix it. Although broken and unable to tap into the vortex; at the time of its 'destruction'- so to speak- the wearer (Ramona) was enveloped in what is in essence a time-loop. Except instead of living her life repeatedly, over and over, her body is transfixed in that very moment in time that she broke the manipulator, leaving her body at the mortal age of 43 while her actual age is much, much greater. (In english? She's sort of frozen in her own little time bubble.)
APPEARANCE:the vortex manipulator she wields is your standard manipulator design. the frontal piece which allows for the coordinate indication and your standard leather strap. The leather strap to her manipulator has been replaced multiple times and is currently a mahogany red with self-made inscriptions scrawled into it. The frontal piece is very broken, having been smashed accidentally against a rock-face, leaving the inner-gears exposed and small bits of glass still attached to the creases. At some point she will get the glass replaced but the manipulator itself will remain unfixed. (I don't have the stuff to make a fancy, broken, picture right now lol)
HOW DID SHE ACQUIRE IT?:to make a long story short there was the involvement of a black-hole that resulted in an electrical storm. Ramona accidentally finds herself stolen through the solar winds of an exploding star, thus propelling her into what anyone would call and alternate timeline. It has been stated in Doctor Who that alternate dimensions exist, pocket universes.. etc. It is during her time here that she receives the manipulator after taking up services with the 50th century Time Agency. Naturally, she just never gave it back... hahaha.
