Aliens from Calont

Ummm... not quite sure if I also have to submit a new planet, so here goes nothing.

The planet I'm making up is called Calont. Calont is mostly forest, and has many streams and rivers flowing around the small planet. The sun is purple, and it's essentially just like Earth's sun in the way it moves.

The two aliens on Calont (the only inhabitants of Calont) are called the Kelm and the Emink. The Emink are the trees. Let me explain.
All of the trees have eyes, and a huge mouth, but no nose. They can't hear or smell, and they only rely on their eyesight. They are usually quite peaceful creatures, but when provoked, they turn aggresive. Although they cannot move, the Emink can suddenly make known their razor-sharp teeth. So say that you are poking an Emink. They will suddenly have teeth, and they WILL bite your hand. And I mean bite it off. So be careful around them.
Same thing applies to the Kelm. Although cute in appearance, the Kelm's one purpose in life is hunting. Like the Emink, the Kelm also have sharp teeth, which they use to chomp down on their victims. Unlike the Emink, the Kelm can move. And run. SO beware of both.

Description of the Kelm: The Kelm have a spherical body, with stubby, small legs. Two curly antenae on their heads is how they smell. Two big, cute eyes turn blood red when hunting, and are usually crossed. Short arms preven them from doing too much, but claws at the end of both of them make the Kelm a very bad alien to mess with.
