Hair: long and black with silver streaks that she dyes blue(her regeneration does not change her hair. her hair mirrors that of a woman starting to grey, at least when she
forgets to dye it)
Eyes: her eyes are pale red so light that its almost white

Figure: thin but it hides an inner strength
Other: tramp stamp tatoo.(trying to blend in a bit. its green and celtic)
Clothing: crimson school uniform with a black tie. the pleats are black wears a tophat with a card in it (10/6). she also wears blue stockings

Family: never knew them. she was raised on a badly damaged tardis by an ood
Personality: quite mad. she thinks oddly and seems to like to quote lewis carols alice in wonderland (its the other way around really). she is quite caring however, willing to

help those who need it. she also is able to act quite normal though her thoughts are anything but.
Strengths: Very high IQ.  timelord-like regeneration. detailed knowledge of ood and tardis
Weakness: can only regenerate 3 times. mad as a hatter

History: too long to do everything so here are the highlights

• year unknown. an eternal wanted to break the cycle of abusing mortals. she enlisted a mortal man to help her. he figured that if a half human eternal were to be born then a new race of eternals would spring up. she chose the man to help this happen. she concieved a child and carried it to term in the mortal relm. she gave birth but ultimately passed. the srain was too great on her. her body dissipates. the baby was found crying on the ground by a group of ood that have made their home in a damaged and nearly destroyed Tardis. The Ood, hoping to take care of the child and serve her, began to raise her.  They named her Human 41-ICE. When Human 41-ice was 150 (bout 10.5 physically), her Ood family passed away from old age, leaving her to take care of herself. In honor of the only parent she ever knew, Human 41-ice dismatled her home and began to build a new Tardis. She decorated it like any girl would, adding hedges and roses. she even modifies it to be a pocket watch with external controls
  

• 1865 ac:due to not making the tardis right, she falls out of the time vortex. She is surprised by landing in lewis carrolls back yard. She spent time with Lewis as he slowly became a close firned to her. there time together also inspired alice in wonderland as soon as she was able she went to work fixing her tardis. carroll followed her inside.
  

• 2359 ad: thinking she had repaired the tardis she tries to fast forwards time to 3000 ad. when something goes wrong she crash lands in a military garage. she lands on a vehicle that Sgt nitro (nickname) is working on. this unfortunately separates his arm. soon after he becomes a traveling companion and a friend.
  

• 1942: She decided to take Nitro to go dancing in a Jazz club in new york. While dancing the night away, Human 41-ice finds herself in the middle of the murder investigation of Sonny Berman's untimely death. It was reported the boy had died from a mere drug overdose; but upon further research by Nitro and Human 41-ice, the real murderer was found. Nitro walked into a random cupboard for wine to celebrate and found a lone member of the silence waiting there. The silence attacked and in the scuffle, Human 41-ice was shot in the shoulder by one of the club's guards.
  

• 1871 ac: Human 41-ice returned to pay a simple visit to Lewis Caroll after being away for a while. During her visit, the two talked openly about the vast possibilities of the unknown and the imagination. Within these talks, Lewis found his inspiration for Through The Looking Glass and other great stories. As she goes to leave in her Tardis, Lewis presented her with the gift. A top hat that he had fashioned just for her.
  

• 480 bc: While witnessing the battle of Thermopylae  a spear ricocheted off a shield and pierced her heart. knowing her existence would be relieved if she regenerated during the battle she fast forwarded time for it was quicker. mid way through the time skip she regenerated damaging the tardis and depositing her  in 1969 during woodstock. she never visited carroll again, feeling her new appearance would severely harm their friendship. the decision breaks her heart. she spends the next s months traveling with hippies. she starts repairing tardis at this time and leaves a month later
  

• 2000 ac: she returns to earth a year after her regeneration (her time) and adopts the school uniform to blend in. during this time she also gets her tattoo
  

• 2014 ac: returns to earth after her Tardis malfunctions. she is precedes trying to repair it. she is attacked by the silence who believe she can save their race from the doctors influence. (this is where she is currently at)
  

Ability 1: regeneration 3X (she has 2 left)
ability 2: can remember the silence (though the memory is a bit foggy)

Its in the bottom of the character creation form, unless the SOs had taken it down. It has rule on what they want to see your skills and you don't have to draw it and you can find a close resemblance to your character unless you decide to describe your character in more detail.

The Doctor is stuck under a flickering streetlamp, you are on the opposite side of the street. It's midnight, no moon or stars, the only lights around are the lamp the Doctor is under, and the light in front of a closed store you stand under.

The only way to the Doctor is to cross the dark street, easy, right? Wrong. This planet is well-known for being infested with Vashta Nerada. Any shadow anywhere could be infested with them. You have a small pack on your back with several items in it that you could use to get to him.

41-ice was looking across the road. the doctor was there. all around him was dark except the light he was standing under the street light. reaching into her pack she pulled out the torch and chicken leg. kneeling down, she skipped the chicken across the road to the doctor doctors feet. the bone was clean when it got there, verifying her worst fears. turning on the torch and again reaching into her pack she pulled out the doctors screwdriver and pointed both items across the way. she recently reprogrammed the screwdriver to push lightly against certain things. she hoped it would work here. she pulsed the sonic and was relieved to see the shadows her torch was creating shift. she ran across the road pushing the button until she was next to the doctor.

"I do believe this is yours.' 41-ice stated handing the sonic to the doctor "I upgraded it for you. couldn't get around to putting in a wood setting though. sorry."

I'd like to see a more detailed..well...everything. Your sentences describing her history, likes, dislikes etc etc are only one sentence at best. And honestly, just sounds like an Alice and Wonderland. Work on a more detailed information for the character.

Your RP'ing is ok, apart from my grammar nazi side not liking the structure, i can still read through it without problems understanding it. So it's fine i suppose.

Work on details. Details are key here on the site, it helps members understand not only your character but also your threads and replies when you start RP'ing. It helps them a lot more if you have too much detail rather than not enough.

Example: 41-ice walked into coffee shop. Sat down. Drank coffee.

41-ice strode into a local coffee shop, glancing around at the crowds of people in the street as they passed by her, each eyeing her odd appearance. ((You get the point. It's like writing a story))

i usually just state details for an app like this. i do more detail in the story itself, preferring to develop the character in game. i've fell behind in getting a character up and am sort of rushing to catch up. i cannot explain in an app as well as i can in story. that's where my specialty lies.. the story

I hate to say it, but that... I don't think that counts. Sure, you can RP certain details out, but we can't be sure this character would be okay. Without those details, we can't know if you're going to do something that wouldn't fit the rules. Please at least try to put more information into your form, because I'd hate to have to send you a message later on telling you that you cannot RP your character...

We can just disapprove your character instead of trying to help you, you do realize that right? I am not sure how i am supposed to read/take that but i insist you listen to the people in charge here as all we are trying to do is help you. Yeah it's fine and dandy that you use all your "details" in the story but that RP sample is showing us how well you can actually RP as well as follow our guidelines.

Once again you have taken something i have said wrong. i am taking your advice. rather than me having to keep rewriting the character everytime you are unsatisfied or you haveing to post why you are unhappy. let me keep editing the history and discription. when you feel i have put the nessisary detail in approve it. detailing outside of a story is not easy for me. im going outside my comfort zone to make you happy. so calm down and stop getting insulted. i put together this character 10 minutes before posting her. she dont have much more than what is here. i do apprieciate your help, but i dont apprieciate that this is the second time you have gotten all in a huff because you didn't like the way i said something

It's called word phrasing and it matters greatly on a site that is internet and typed word based. Members have come on here and crapped out CC's expecting approvals without really trying to put thought into their characters at all. Not saying this is your case as well.

All we are asking of you is to show that you are capable of providing well enough details both in your RP and your CC to aid other members in replying to your threads, and reading up on your character to better understand her. Details help all here on the site because it gives other members ways of getting into your RP when they know everything that is going on, setting, plot etc etc.

the problem is is usually i play out a character to get the details. you all want the details first. its backwards from my point of view and thats why im having such a hard time

This CC is just for us Admins and Site Owners to evaluate what the purpose of your Character as a whole is. Not for RP purposes. This is just to completely evaluate your character and approve it for RP'ing.

Once RP'ing you can expand the story of your character more as her life progresses. Think of this as...the blue print of a house..we, the SO and Admin's, must approve of the outline of the house prior to it being built. We want to know where the bathrooms are going, bedrooms, living rooms (the details, history, likes/dislikes etc). Once we approve of it then it is yours to alter, change and fill in the blueprint to complete the house (character). Does that explain it better?

Not to mention the 'regeneration phase' thing I noted at the top there. Far as I know, Time Lords are the only species that can regenerate...

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he probably didn't. Mainly because the whole Timelord-ban-thing was his idea in the first place. Just thought I'd say it.

Actually i did because she was insisting in being a Time Lord and whether i told her she couldn't or not, she was still going to fight it. So i made up a compromise to where her character could only regenerate 3 times. But now she has made the TARDIS fob watch idea which, in my honest opinion...we might as well just call you a Time Lord. TARDIS - Regeneration - IQ Level, next will be her own sonic screwdriver.

I was trying to make a compromise so she would be happy here. But i think i will have to switch back to my original thought. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING TIME LORDS. And your ideas for your character are pretty much Time Lord, it's screaming Time Lord and the only thing different is the species designation.

My fellow Site Owner and our Administrator have disapproved your character and device creation based off of that same rule. Not accepting Time Lords period, nor spin off Time Lords. I'm sorry, but you will just have to be more original with your character, your device is original and innovative but it's too Time Lord-ish. And your character IS NOT A TIME LORD.

Then sorry to say, i will be leaving. this site is way too restrictive in everything. you all wish to reenact the series instead of allowing people to have fun creating new characters and events. is crushes creativity. i wanted long life and intelligence, time lord was the easiest way to do that. i have been bending over back wards to get this character to were YOU wanted it. i have been playing DND for 6+ years. i have never had to do so much work to get a great character. i wrote a blank slate and developed it. ive seen police officers with more give than this site. the only reason she rebuilt a tardis is because i retooled a device i had literally dreamed up. it would not have been good for her to travel in the time vortex without a shell. i do not have the time to create a new character if this is how long its going to take. i will not be bringing anyone here and i will be warning people away. I am sorry you feel this way. Although comparing Dungeons and Dragons to Doctor Who is widely different. As well as Avatar: The Last Airbender. I am not sure that DND has canon or not, but i know ATLA does, how that site got around canon issues is making the site take place hundreds of years past the series on television. Resulting in much more openness in RP'ing with ATLA.

Doctor Who, however, is much more strict in what and what can not happen. Recently the show runner, Stephen Moffat, had to abide by the rules of the 12 regeneration's in the Christmas special. Before we have implemented the rule of no more Time Lords, that was all we were getting, period. Time Lord after Time Lord, each with their own TARDIS, sonic screwdriver etc etc. I mean, in all reality, Doctor Who respects and goes back to it's known canon more than any show and that is shown in every single episode. We want this site to feel like every RP is it's own episode, meaning respecting known canons while having fun.

If we opened up the Time Lord creations, that's all we would have. Heck! The ATLA site has restrictions on Avatars! It's the same exact thing! There is only one Avatar on that site, like here where there are only so many Time Lords until the owners say otherwise. Imagine the ATLA RP site if anyone could be the Avatar and create one, EVERYONE WOULD BE AVATARS AND BE SOMEHOW, ONE SHAPE OR ANOTHER, RELATED TO AANG.

there is a difference between trying to keep true to a series and being picky about HOW your people write there character. i had planed on 1 character for my entire time here, so i needed long life. i had a time travel device that would have dragged my character through the time vortex (remember the vortex manipulator it was dangerous according to the doctor if i remeber right)so i altered it to be a tardis with vortex manipulator like controls on the outside, leading me to need a very high iq. the biggest problem is you 10. you sit there and call yourself a site owner but when someone wants to try to take an established idea and alter it to fit within the rules you throw a tantrum. that is not how a site owner acts. i have chewed you out 2 times for being rude to me when it was not necessary. you will not see me again

Okay. I was going to be nice about this, alright? I was going to try and keep my head, but insulting David? Now you're in trouble.

You can have a long life without having regenerations. You could have made up an alien that lived for hundreds of years, and maybe, just maybe, could have been immortal. 

You can have a high IQ without being a Time Lord. There are literally nearly-infinite races you could come up with that are as smart as you required.

There are tons of ways to travel through time with a capsule. You could have made one up. There's even a canon way to do it.

But no, YOU decided to throw a fit. YOU'RE the one complaining that you can't get what you want. David even said that you INSISTED on a Time Lord! We do NOT tolerate that here. If you want to go ahead and say I'M having a tantrum, fine. I know I am. But when you call calmly negotiating with you and almost letting you bend the rules a "tantrum", you've clearly overstepped your boundaries.

You cannot just act like the rules don't apply to you. Open your mind. There are tons, and I mean TONS of ways you could have fixed your character and still have gone by your design, but you utterly refused to listen to us. 

And I'm gonna be petty and point out that you've said you're not coming back already, yet here you are, still fighting.

So I would suggest actually leaving this time. If you come back here just to fan the flames, I swear, I will ban you the SECOND I'm given permission.
