| "Can we go somewhere.. non-Earthish this time?" Emma asked the Doctor as she leaned against one of the pillar like things in the console room, which he seemed to use as a coat rack sometimes.
She was very interested in seeing what other kinds of places there were in the universe, since she had never been anywhere besides Earth. She knew people could travel to the moon, and she thought they'd gone as far as Mars even, but in this last year or so she had discovered that there was much more out there that most people had no idea about.
She'd encountered statues that moved, aliens that liked to exterminate people, been pulled on board a crashed spaceship via teleportation because some alien robot things wanted to take over the earth, and other things like that. Emma had no idea any of that could be possible until it actually happened to her. She was eager to see what else she would discover in her travels with her new friend the Doctor.
He said his ship could go anywhere in the universe, in time or space, but so far they had only gone to New York City, about 4 hour's drive from Emma's home. So, while she wanted to believe the space/time travel thing, she hadn't yet seen proof of it. So she had decided to ask about going somewhere that couldn't possibly be mistaken for Earth. She was really hoping he would agree.

| The Doctor glanced over his shoulder with a growing smile, "I can take you to places you could only imagine in your dreams if you want" he replied to her, glancing back to the scanner in front of him, "And i know just the place to go". Working over the controls with rapid fast hands and direction, The Doctor quickly set the coordinates then rested his hand on the lever, "Allons-y!!!" he proclaimed, yanking it down and sending the TARDIS into a turbulent entry into the time vortex.
Rocking back and forth, The Doctor held tightly onto the edge of the control console before a final roar from the engines marked landing for the infamous time machine. "Emma" The Doctor called back behind him as he rushed down to the doors, snagged his coat and put it on then turned back to Emma as he felt for the handle behind him. "Let me introduce you...to the Barcelonain Spaceport!" he exclaimed, opening the doors and stepping out of the way so Emma to come out of the TARDIS.
In front of them stood a giant central column protruding up to the glass like ceiling of the space station. Blue lights ran alongside of the column and danced across the glass walls until enveloping the entire station and coming back around. Endless hordes of people and various alien species moved in and out of the central hub beneath the column, various markets and vendors trying desperately to see their goods. To the left of the column stood a holographic viewing station, displaying the world, Barcelona, in the center and controls wrapping around the circular device that allowed all to access its databanks.

| Emma watched the Doctor working rapidly on the controls of the Tardis, and she smiled a little as this reminded her a little of Garcia working on her computers to aid the BAU in a case. She couldn't help thinking Garcia would love it in the Tardis, all that computer technology and stuff. Emma then gasped softly when the Doctor started the journey through space, and she quickly grabbed onto the pillar which she had been leaning on, and held on as the Tardis began its flight. She wondered where they were going, and what it would be like. What sort of far away planets were there out there, anyway? She was pretty sure that no one on Earth had managed to get even as far as Pluto, so there could be zillions of other undiscovered planets out in the universe, and she could hardly believe she was about to go visit one of these!
Emma was right behind the Doctor as he headed for the doors after landing. She couldn't believe they had already arrived! She was excited to see what was out there, and she couldn't wait to see something non-Earthly and new. She smiled a little at the Doctor as he announced where they were, but was a little uncertain about the reality of this. "Barcelonian Spaceport? As in.. Barcelona, the city in Spain?" She inquired. "And space port as in a site for launching or recieving spacecraft?" She asked as she stepped out of the Tardis, beginning to get skeptical.
She was going to go on to ask if she was correct in saying that space ports were used to send people into space on tours, but then she took a look around and saw all the people all around. She stared around for a long moment, taking it all in. There were actual aliens here. Real, extraterrestrial aliens from other planets! Unless they were people in costumes, but she didn't think that was the case. There was so much to see, and so much of it was very different from Earth.. but yet somehow it all reminded her of people flocking to the mall on Black Friday. She heard some music playing in the background from somewhere, and a radio announcer declared the station to be "WQPH.. Your number one hit music station on the space station!". This too reminded her of the malls, and she hoped it wouldn't be too much like that because she really disliked malls. Especially when they were busy.
Emma turned back to the Doctor with a sort of amazed look on her face, then looked around again. "It's.." She smiled and laughed a little. "Amazing!" She decided that was the best word for it. She grinned slightly and turned to the Doctor. "How far away from Earth are we?" She asked curiously, then caught sight of the viewing station thing that showed the world, and she widened her eyes a little. "Ohh.. that's awesome!" She exclaimed. "Can we look at that? Is that Barcelona? Did they name it after the city in Spain or something?" She asked him curiously. "Oh.. wait, actually, can we go to that planet too?" She added, then blushed faintly and hoped she wasn't asking too many questions at once. "Sorry.." She apologized, giving him a chance to answer, although she kept smiling.

| The Doctor chuckled, grinning as he reflected the emotions that his friend was, reminding him why he brings others along with him. Mainly due to his loneliness but because of how old he was, how he has seen everything. In his eyes everything has been seen and or done. But when their new views on everything and excitement, it makes it new for him.
"Oh no" The Doctor finally replied, shaking his head, holding his grin tightly on his face as he extended his elbow out to Emma, "Care for an escort to the viewing station miss Morgan?" he asked her in a comical formal British accent. "The planet Barcelona was named after its third high king..Lord Barcel. His reign introduced the universe to the planet, kicked it out into the galactic trade market, bringing it untold riches and tourism. That's what this is...a trading hub above the planet's surface" The Doctor stopped as he motioned to the central column, glancing over to it with a sniff before turning his attention back to the holographic viewing station as they approached it.
"You want to know how far away from home you are Emma?" The Doctor rhetorically asked Emma, extending his left hand into the empty portion of the holographic circle in front of them and opening his hand. Bursting in front of them shot out a screen; a screen The Doctor used to search Earth and calculate the distance. "There we go" The Doctor sniffed, glancing over to Emma as he read off the distance, "Two thousand years, three billion light years and...five feet away from Earth. Not that far away right?" he joked. Suddenly a station wide transmission shot out from the speakers in the form of three dings then a message. All passengers boarding flight four zero three to the capital city of Aurua, please make your way to hanger nineteen. Scheduled launch is in ti minus five minutes A feminine robotic voice echoed overhead, "Fancy taking a trip down to the planet?" he asked Emma, shifting his attention from the speakers down to Emma with a widening smirk.

| Emma smiled, taking his offered arm as she listened in curiosity to the Doctor as he explained about the name of the planet. "Really? Not after it's first high king?" She asked, smiling a little. Really it did kind of make more sense for the planet to have been named after the first king, not the third. That meant it must have been without a name until probably sometime after the third king had reigned. But then it made more sense as he explained about Barcelona bringing riches and tourists to the planet. "Ah, I see. That's cool." She replied, looking around at the spaceport with a small smile.
Emma watched as the Doctor put his hand in the thing and then told her how far away from home she was. "Two thousand years.. Three billion light years.. And five feet." She repeated, a little stunned by the vast distance. But yet she had been on Earth only lime five minutes ago. It didn't seem possible. "Are you sure on the five feet? It's not like.. Four and a half, or four and three-quarters?" She asked a bit jokingly. "Wouldn't want to get it wrong you know." She smiled at him and wondered if it was even possible to get here without traveling in his ship.
Just then there was an announcement for passengers going to the planet below. Emma looked up and listened, wondering how to go about getting to the place where people could board to go to the planet. Then, a the Doctor asked if she wanted to go there, she was wondering if they had to have any sort of ID or anything. But since he seemed unconcerned about that, she figured they probably didn't. Emma nodded eagerly. "Yeah, I'd love to!" She replied, smiling. "Can we just go to hangar nineteen and go, or do we have to get ID or something?" She asked, letting the Doctor lead the way since he probably knew how to find hangar nineteen and she had no idea where to even look for it.

| The Doctor grinned and turned his attention back to the personal holographic screen in front of the duo, extending his hand out once more then pulling it back. When The Doctor pulled his hand back, the holographic screen showed a complete map of the space station, "Show hanger nineteen" he spoke and immediately a red dot blinked onto the screen. "There we go" The Doctor mumbled, pointing to the red dot, "There's the hanger..and we are...here" he spoke as he moved his finger back up to the center part of the space station, "Take an elevator and turn to the left..three times. Easy enough. Allons-y".
Taking Emma's hand, The Doctor directed her to the left then kept his grip tight, he of all people knew the dangers of a space station and wondering off. One moment they would be right beside you, the next on the opposite side of the station in the blink of an eye. Maneuvering throughout the station as he remembered the directions on the holographic station, The Doctor kept an eye out for the elevator and once finding it, he rushed over to it and pressed the down button.
The doors of the elevator hissed open to reveal a Judoon and a Pan-Babylonian standing side by side in the middle. The Judoon sniffed as it glanced down to the two as they entered the elevator and The Doctor pressed the number nineteen on the wall of buttons towards the left of the door. "Pan-Babylonian and a Judoon" The Doctor whispered to Emma, "Whatever you do, don't growl at the babylonian..sign of disrespect. Don't have to worry about the Judoon..well..unless you have a price on your head". A few seconds went by before the doors hissed open and the two aliens rushed out before The Doctor could even take a step forward, "Come on" he mumbled back to Emma as he followed in their footsteps and walked out of the elevator. Turning left, he gazed out to the open hanger, a shuttle rested in the center with a line of people waiting to be boared.
To the side were workers removing the fuel pumps from the side of the shuttle and running it away from view. Hanger coordinators, peered through a glass window down to the shuttle, their hands cuffed behind their back as the men sitting in front of them worked on control consoles, reading for the shuttles departure. "Please, let me on! I've got a pass!" The man in front of The Doctor and Emma pleaded as they walked up to the line, "No! Pass wrong, move along" the passport checker hissed, gesturing back to a guard who stomped over to the man and tossed him out of the line. "Passport please" The three eyed alien addressed The Doctor, who handed him the psychic paper quickly in return, "Names?" it asked without looking up from it's data pad, "John Smith and my daughter Crista..tourists from the planet Koron 5". The checker paused for a moment then nodded and handed The Doctor his pamphlet back, "Go through" he waved back towards the shuttle with his thumb before turning his attention to the next person in line.
"See, no need to worry" The Doctor smirked, chuckling as he boarded the shuttle and quickly found a seat next to a window, "You can take the window seat if you want".

| Emma watched in curiosity as the Doctor put his hand in the holographic thing again and got a map. "How do you do that?" She wondered, studying the holographic map for a moment. She tried to pay attention to the route they needed to take. Then the Doctor was grabbing her hand and leading the way. And again with that thing he seemed to say a lot. She was tempted to ask him what that meant, but she didn't. She was glad, however, that he was holding onto her hand because she wasn't sure she would've been able to keep from getting separated from him in this crowded place if he hadn't.
Emma was a bit surprised when the elevator opened and there was a big rhinoceros alien thing in there. The way it sniffed as they entered the elevator reminded Emma of those horrible snobby girls who usually inhabited the malls back home, sniffing in disdain. She bit her lip lightly and kept close to the Doctor, listening as he explained that they were called a Judoon and a pan Babylonian. She wondered which was which, but thought it might be rude to ask while they were in the elevator with them.
Hearing the Doctor tell her not to growl at the Babylonian, she glanced at him quizzically. "Why would I?" She whispered back, a bit amused that he would think she would even need to be told not to growl at anyone. Then she wondered why it would matter to the Judoon if she had a price on her head. Maybe it was a sort of bounty hunter or something. That was the only reason she could come up with.
As the elevator door opened and they came out and entered the hangar, Emma looked around in curiosity. She had been to the airport before, and she had been on the BAU's private jet, but that was nothing compared to a hangar for space ships and stuff. It was amazing and very interesting.
She noticed, as she and the Doctor got in line, that the security seemed rather strict. One guy in front of them was turned down because he had the wrong pass, apparently. She and the Doctor didn't even have a pass, so she wondered how they were going to get in. "Um.. Doctor, how are you planning on us getting in?" She asked, uncertain about this. "Why is the security so tight, anyway? I'd thing they would want people going to visit the planet and all.. They're all basically tourists, right?" She asked. But then, she guessed it was about the same at the American border. They didn't want people getting in illegally.
When they were called on to show their ID, Emma smiled slightly as she stepped up with the Doctor. Then she blinked in surprise as she noticed that the alien had three eyes. She tried not to stare, not wanting to be impolite, but it was hard not to try to get a better look at all the unusual kinds of aliens all around her. To her surprise, the alien didn't question their pass at all, but Emma wondered why the Doctor used phony names for them. Or, for her at least. She wondered if John Smith could really be his name, maybe. She wondered where the planet Koron 5 was, and she also further wondered why he called her his daughter. She gave him a slightly puzzled look as they walked on through and onto the shuttle.
Taking the offered window seat with a thankful smile, Emma looked out the window briefly, but then turned toward the Doctor. They weren't moving yet so there really wasn't anything to see out the window, and she wanted to ask him some stuff. "So..just curious, why'd you tell them I'm your daughter? I would never have believed it, if I were them. You don't look old enough to be my dad." She commented. "And also, why did you give fake names? Unless John Smith is your name..but I kinda doubt it is." She spoke quietly so the conversation would stay between just the two of them, not wanting any eavesdroppers. "And since we're from Koron 5, is there anything I should know about it.. Dad?" She asked, smirking faintly in amusement.

| The Doctor strapped himself in, glanced over to Emma and released a slight smirk, "I'm sort of known in a lot of places...giving fake names not only protects our identities but also ourselves of people who might be looking for us". With a sniff, he looked in front of him, "Koron 5 is a bit like Barcelona, a trading planet on the edge of the spiral hiprocatic galaxy..about a light year or two away from here actually. Not that far away so seeing them here isn't unlikely...plus i've got an honest face..helps the believing process".
Looking over to Emma, The Doctor saved her first question for last and with a sigh he started to answer it, "I said you were my daughter because you remind me of her" he finally answered. "I never traveled with her...never had the time. Always found myself procrastinating on projects and off world shenanigans" He stopped as he pondered the word he just said with a chuckle, "Nice word shenanigans..brilliant word" he mumbled before continuing, "Anyways..." he sniffed, "I traveled with my granddaughter..Susan..Susan her name was. Tried to make it up to her mom for that missed time. You just remind me of her is all".
The boarding process is now complete, please strap yourselves in as we are set to embark A feminine voice sounded overhead, revealing The Doctor of having to speak more about his family. Never been more grateful to a stewardess before He thought to himself before giving Emma a reassuring glance and smile as the shuttle began to lift up. Slowly turning, the shuttle aimed for the opening docking bay doors and shot out once open enough for its escape. Quickly, the shuttle descended onto the planet, rampaging through the atmosphere then bursting through with great elegance, leaving view to the surface below. An endless ocean wavered below the shuttle, it's greenish orange crystal clear oceans going on seemingly forever. Forms of aquatic life and structures could be seen wavering under the waves of the sea when the shuttle got low enough. "Welcome...to Barcelona" The Doctor told Emma, smiling at her as he peered through the window from the seat next to her.

| Emma nodded slowly in reply to the Doctor as she followed the his example by strapping herself into her seat as well. She tried to memorize everything he said about Koron 5, just in case she might need the info at some point. She understood about protecting their identity, though she did feel the need to comment on the other part of that. "Looking for you, you mean. I doubt any of the people who might possibly have any reason to look for me are going to be looking this far from Earth." She said with a small smile. She wasn't even sure if anyone who might have anything against her was even alive, because she was pretty sure that Alexei was dead, and Ian didn't seem interested in killing her unless she got too close to him or the kids or Lia. And she didn't even know where they were.
Emma was very surprised to learn that the Doctor had a daughter, and that she reminded him of her. She thought at first maybe his daughter must be very young, but then he said something about a granddaughter as well, who had travelled with the Doctor. She wondered how that was possible because he looked maybe about 10 years or so older than her. She looked curiously at him for a moment as he talked about that, noticing that he didn't seem to want to discuss it, and seemed glad for the stewardess' interruption. As she looked at him she noticed that his eyes seemed older than his face, and she realized that somehow the Doctor was older than he appeared. She wasn't sure how that was possible, but she smiled back at him. "I'm sure you're a better parent than my mom was." She told him quietly with a tiny smile that she hoped was comforting. She left it at that, partly because she didn't want to talk about her mom right now, and partly because she didn't think the Doctor wanted to talk any more about his daughter.
Noticing he spoke of his daughter and granddaughter in the past tense, she decided not to ask anything else about them. Instead she turned to look out of the window as the shuttle began to take off. She leaned closer to the window when she was able to see the planet better, and watched as they moved closer. She admired the scene and wondered what the structures were, under the water. Then, noticing that when she tried to see land, there didn't seem to be any, she frowned and wondered where they would be landing. She watched for a moment before turning to the Doctor. "Where are we going to land? All I see is water.." She said, confused. They surely weren't going to be underwater..were they?

| "It's coming up" The Doctor reassured Emma before the image of a protective shield came into view, it's walls wavering to a opening just in time to let the shuttle pass through. As the shuttle came through the shielding of the floating city, it joined countless other flying vehicles at weaved in and out of skyscrapers, whose very frames resembled the waves that crashed against the foundations that kept it afloat. Like waves, the buildings were slim and bent in several different ways, making for an odd sight to see, their glass exoskeleton reflecting the glimmering sun light as it cascaded down onto it.
The shuttle descended lower and lower until finally reaching a docking bay of a somewhat medium sized circular space port. The docking bays hidden beneath a mushroom like top. Blue ray shields protected the ships inside the selective docking bays and could be seen shining fiercely on the docking bay the shuttle was arriving it before wavering out to allow the shuttle through then being brought back up after it docked. "We are now docked. All are free to move about the cabin" The feminine robotic voice echoed overhead as the seat belts automatically retracted back into the seats. The people and various alien species on board immediately began to grab their personals and make their way off the shuttle via the side and main back ramps, The Doctor looked over to Emma, "Ready to see Barcelona?" he rhetorically asked her before grinning as he got up from his seat to let her out.

| Emma looked all around in amazement as the shuttle landed in the unusual city of wavy looking sky scrapers. She wondered how they did all that, and how they got it to work. She was really curious about all of it, and she just kept looking out of the window, intrigued and impressed by the structures and stuff.
As the other passengers began to leave after it was safe to do so, Emma watched the seatbelt thing retract and then she smiled at the Doctor. "Yes, very!" She answered eagerly. She couldn't wait to see this unusual place. She almost couldn't believe that she was actually going to an alien planet!
As she began to leave the shuttle with the Doctor, Emma thought of a few questions. "What sort of people live here on Barcelona, anyway?" She asked curiously, glancing at her friend. "Like.. are they humans or.. not?" She asked, wondering what to expect. "And, if I'm here, but I'm from.. "Koron 5".. doesn't that make me the alien to them?" She asked thoughtfully. "Or us, I guess." She added. "Are they friendly?" She hoped they would be friendly. It wouldn't be good for them to go to an alien planet and the natives be unfriendly. Regardless, she was still excited about seeing this place, and it was so pretty too. She couldn't wait to see more!
