Dr.Harry Turner vs Sonya round 1 ding!!!

"Hmph. At least you'll only have to live through it once, Harry. I have plenty more lives to be destroyed before I can finally relax." Sonya muttered, plopping down into the seat he just vacated, her eyes going unfocused as she stared blankly ahead of her again, the color shifting back and forth between red and blue as she thought to herself. "You know, spending time with someone like me is bad for your health. But I have to say, it's almost a relief to sit back and not move around like crazy." She spoke up finally, eyes sharpening slightly, the color hovering somewhere between red and blue before shifting completely to the blood color and staying there. "You humans are no more than ants to my kind you know. Not even suitable for testing anything on."

Leaning forward, she rested her elbows on her knees and held her chin up with her hands, nails tapping idly on the side of her face thoughtfully. "Why would you test on your own kind, Harry. Why would anyone subject their own species to something like this?" Trailing off for a moment, she focused her eyes on the doorway, already answering her question before he could get a chance to. "Because deep down, we all want to see how far someone can go before they're broken and beg for mercy. And then the contest begins to see how far we can go before feeling pity."

Harry just shrugged "Because the human race is a sad excuse for living things". As he is in the kitchen he opens the freezer only to be hit in the head by a frozen pizza. "Damn it!" He throws the frozen pizza at a wall angrilly. He takes a deep breath and then goes back and sits down "They pretty much invented foods that cause head damage."

"Makes sense, pizza is bad for your health anyhow." Sonya piped up, her voice returning to it's normal, bright state as she got to her feet and wandered in the direction he was in, a hand running along the wall until she came to a stop in the doorway, an amused smile on her lips. "Besides, some of you lot have really hard heads in the first place. Like Damon and Robin, solid steel I think." She added before walking over and picking up the pizza to test it with her knuckles lightly. "Though I doubt this would do anything, too soft, it would break in half if I hit you with it hard enough. At most you'd get a bruise, not a good idea."

Tossing it onto the counter, she leaned back against the door frame again, amusement sparkling on her features while she watched Harry busy himself with the refrigerator. "What are you doing anyway? What's so interesting in there?"

He looks at Sonya quite annoyed, "Well for one I am so damn hungry" he says. He continues rummaging through the fridge irritated. Finally he takes out some hot dogs "Ah here we are" he says.He takes a couple out and sets them in a bun cooking them in the microwave. As he waits he glances at Sonya "The person that let you stay here when you had no where to go and hiding you from the feds would you really hurt them when they helped you?"

He turns his attention to the microwave taking out the hot dogs pouring mustard on them and proceeding to the couch. He starts eating like he hasn't eaten in years. He glances at Sonya some mustard on his lower lip "Well don't just stand there have a seat I won't bite" he says. He continues eating after awhile. Finally he finishes eating and sets the plate down.

"I wouldn't hurt you. Why on earth would you think that?" Sonya asked curiously, a confused expression planting itself firmly on her face as she sat down across from him, watching idly as he wolfed down the hotdogs on the plate. "And honestly, I don't eat much, I usually stick to coffee or chips, not a healthy diet, but I even it out with various other foods around the universe too, so I'm good." She added with a bright grin, her blue eyes sparkling with mischief as she leaned back in the chair, planting her feet firmly on the edge of the table when she did. "And really, I'm not running from the feds or anything. I just don't feel like walking around that much, sometimes it gets annoying, and making portals really wear me out if I make them too much in one go."

Turning her head, she studied the room curiously, her eyes wandering around before settling on Harry again. "Tell me, why would you hide like this? If you keep moving like I do... Not a lot of people are able to follow someone that keeps moving like that." Reaching over, she placed a hand on his shoulder with a slow grin. "Come on, come with me. I'll show you all sorts of things around the universe, you wouldn't have to hole yourself up in this place forever either. Open air, sunshine, everything."

He looks down at her hand and at her and smiles nodding lightly "That would be nice" he says. "I never really traveled the universe only studied it". He looks all around the place "I never left this place much...only to just get food but I make sure I am well blended in my surroundings". He smiles to her"Just the only reason I never go out into society is because I frown upon my own race" he says. He then tilts his head at her slowly "Is the universe as beautiful as they say it is?"

"It's better than what they say it is, Harry." Sonya said brightly, standing up and spreading her arms out from her sides as if to embrace the entire room. "It's bigger than anyone could ever imagine, it's so full of life and ideas that you could spend your entire life searching each one of them out and still not even find half of them." She said enthusiastically, her blue eyes sparkling happily as she began pacing back and forth in front of Harry, her hands waving in the air in front of her while she spoke. "Everything is different, new colors, foods, people, worlds. There's a planet out there with trees made out of living crystal, it grows like a normal tree does, but when their 'fall' happens, they turn clear instead of red or yellow. In spring they turn purple, summer they're this beautiful, deep blue. Winter is the prettiest, they sparkle with every color in the rainbow, plus some. Then the grass, oh! It's so soft, almost like feathers, but it gets to a certain length, it curls into spirals, it feels like a big cushion when you lay down on them. The flowers are wonderful too! They smell so strange, sweet, but not, soft, but strong, the petals are the softest thing you'll ever feel, softer than silk, softer than feather down." Spinning around to face him, Sonya flashed a wide grin at the man, her excitement seemingly pouring from the Time Lady as she bounced on the balls of her feet anxiously. "So, what do you say?"

Harry smiles nodding "Its a done deal I will go" he says. He turns and goes to his room packing things in his suitcase. He packs his toothbrush clothes and other luxury items. Finally he closes the suitcase looking at Sonya "This planet you speak of what is it called?" He asks that question as he walks to the kitchen also packing some food items as well.

"Erm... Not quite sure, I only ran across it once before, and I can't promise we'll get there the first time around either. But we could have some fun looking around on other planets and such while searching, right? That's what an adventure is." Sonya said sheepishly, her shoulders lifting up in a slight shrug while she spoke. "Anyway, we had best be going soon, I think I heard some voices talking about you a few hours ago while I was walking, no idea if I heard it right or not, but can't be too safe, right?"

Turning around, Sonya lifted one of her hands up and flicked her wrist upward creating a small portal. Invisible to the naked eye save the ripples on it's surface bending the image behind it. "There we are, express travel to the next place in the universe, keep your arms and hands inside the wormhole at all times and please, don't leave anything behind because we won't be coming back." Laughing suddenly, she turned and grabbed his hand, pulling Harry along behind her as she jumped through the small wavering hole in the universe only to land seconds later in a field filled with purple grass. "Oh, damn, wrong place..."

Harry got up dusting himself off "Wow what a trip". He looks down and touches the grass curiously "Purple?" He didn't know weather it was his vision or it was perhaps another planet. He looks over to Sonya "That was quite a trip" he says. Walking around he looks around then at Sonya "Do you know this place...because I don't".

"Erm... It looks familiar, but I don't think I quite remember-" Sonya was cut off by a sudden war cry from behind them, causing the Time Lady to spin around and gape at the group of blue-skinned people standing on a small rise there, various spears and bows raised over their heads before taking off and running off towards their direction. "Oh yea... I remember this place. They all hate me here because I ended up insulting their chief a few years back... Looks like their memories are much better than I thought. Come on!" Reaching over, she tugged on Harry's arm, getting him to start running beside her as she took off across the grass, her eyes locked onto the treeline ahead of them.

"If we make it to the trees, they won't follow, there's another clan that claimed them as their territory. If they're at war, we'll be given a pass on safety. Hurry up!" Glancing back over her shoulder, she noted the natives were drawing closer, giving her a better view on their features, just enough to see they had them painted into war masks. "Oh, good, they are at war. Pick up the pace, Monkey!" With that, she put on another burst of speed, everything in her form driving towards the trees.

He doesn't really appreciate the name calling but he keeps up with her still running. He finally makes it across the trees with her. Now that is was safe he looked at Sonya "What the devil did you say to their chief to tick them off?" Now out of breath he continues walking with her looking around "Never seen this place before...looks quite identical to earth" he says. He looked to Sonya "where were we supposed to be going anyway?"

"Er... Sorta mentioned that his head reminded me of a watermelon at one point. Apparently the word watermelon is too close to their word 'Watamelen', which is basically saying he's a pile of- Well you get the picture. I insulted him without knowing I did." Sonya said sheepishly, her shoulders shrugging slightly as she began walking farther into the trees, her eyes keeping to the path ahead of them while she lead the way. "And it's not Earth, once you see the animals they have here, you'll believe me." She said brightly, turning her head slightly to look at Harry from over her shoulder, then resumed the trek deeper into the shadows of the giant trees over them.

"Not much farther, the village should be just around the corner... I think. It's been a rather long time since I last visited them. For all I know they might have moved on or died out. I hope not, because that means the others didn't follow us into the trees because of a very big, very dangerous predator, or maybe something poisonous popped up..." Trailing off thoughtfully, she paused in her stride and looked around the area, her eyes flitting between the trees and the shadows between them idly. "Ah well, won't know until we find out, now will we? Come on, keep up." Flashing him a wide grin, Sonya turned and began jogging along the rough path, her expression flickering between blank, to curious, to outright confusion then back again in the same loop, changing with each pass of a shadow over her face.
