New here- some stupid questions.

Well, I have some questions that I tried to search throufh the forum but couldn't find (I don't know if it is because people aready know or I didn't search enough) but since I don't do anything wrong before even starting rp'ing (Since I'm both new to the fandom, the universe of doctor who, and forum rp'ing) I just have some little questions:
1- After creating the character template, and if it is accepted, should I already start a rp or should go to the "school"?
2- that's kind of a stupid question but why aren't accepted timelords/timeladies chatacters? (Don't get me wrong, I'm completelly okay with that, I'm just a bit curious)
3- there's anything else besides not being a timelord/timelady (or having characteristics of said "position") that isn't accepted?

And later I would like to apologize myself for any gramatical mistakes made here, since english is not my mother-language.

Once your character template has been accepted, feel free to start RPing! The school is there for learning certain things, such as how to make a good villain, etc.

No question is too stupid. Basically, aside from the canon timelords/ ladies, if we allowed everyone to make a timelord, everyone would do so and there would be a flood of them, where they are all supposed to be locked up in the time lock. (Correct me if I'm wrong, other admins)

I guess not having an overpowered character, such as those that cannot be affected by anything, in a sense, would be one of them?
