Hullo, I'm a Newbie With Some Questions

Heyyy, everyone.
Question el numero uno: Is there a separate form for Canons? I'm interested in Romana I.
Question two: I saw a post that this place is "very dead". It's literally the first thing I see. Is that true? You were the first to appear when I searched "Doctor Who RP", so I thought you'd be pretty active.
Question three: God, this forum thing is new. I'm a bit confused on getting around. I'm lucky I found this section. Any tips?

I'm Kota, and I'm not an admin, but I can try to help you out.
I'm like 98% positive that the form for characters is the same no matter what character you apply for.
Also, this site is kinda deadish, but probably only for a short while. We tend to be inactive for awhile, but then spur back up. Just make sure to come back often to check for active members. (Also in the summer we get really active ^-^ )
About the forum thing: I know a lot about forums because I've been using them for about four years, but I don't know if I'll be able to explain myself well...

Basically, tips:
-Read the rules always
-Check out other dead/finished RP's to see how our members do things around here
-Exploring is the best way to learn, honestly. Just lose yourself in the site for a couple hours and explore EVERYTHING.
